I love this honest company since my hire date they treated me very good! The Miles are great and consistent. Load Pre-plans are continuous. Benefits are good and home-time is priority for them. This app is good just needs more updates has some few bugs.
Had it long enough to find there is no login for them. Then I deleted it. The next day I went into the App Store to see if my review had been included. The App Store asked me if I wanted to open it. It opened. I found it. On a device I had not installed it on. I checked ALL my devices. It had been put on ALL MY DEVICES. I only installed it on one. Today I am deleting it from ALL MY DEVICES. There will be hell to pay if it returns to ANY of them. It’s been a couple of days. I googled to check my security. Security is good. No idea why this happened. They seem to have not come back. I had never gotten this previously because of trust issues. Trust issues were not improved by this awkward experience.
Crete as a company is fantastic, this app however, not so much. It really could use a major upgrade as all it seems good for right now is scanning paperwork, i cant see any load information or messages from the app which is the main reason i want to use an app. Hopefully Crete upgrades the app soon so it will be useful for us drivers.
iOS - The Messaging service requires you to login ever time. Also, does not provide notifications to the phone, because you have to log in to the messaging service every time.
This new auto scan image update is very annoying. It is not helpful. Please remove that and put app back to what it was. I’m also not happy about the app tracking me when I’m not using the app. Just saying these fixes would make the app better and get a better rating from me and a lot of others. Quit fixing stuff that isn’t broke….
There's absolutely no reason this app needs to be tracking and logging my location and making that information available to the company just to "prevent use while in motion" I looked at it the other day and noticed that it's been tracking me at all times,even when I'm on my personal time at home. You need to fix this.
Good upgrades. Do not like having the app auto-snap the camera while framing the document. Sometimes takes photo before document is properly framed. Needs retaking or requires manual cropping.
Been here two weeks. So far liking it very much. I really appreciate the fact that if I have a problem there’s always someone there to guide me thru it.
Still use the people net app (which you can’t send messages to your manager). All this app is good for is just scanning in your paperwork. There’s plenty of potential though!
Why with the latest update is this app now requiring that I keep location services enabled at all times, when I’m not running it nor do I have it running in the background? It should be enough that it will open when I run it, seeing that I’m not in motion, as it used to. This is not acceptable.
When using the SCAN DOCUMENTS tab, the new update is much less user friendly and image quality has gone way down! I can no longer get my flash to work within this app and the auto-crop feature snaps the pic before it is fully in focus.
This app is great for sending in paperwork but I feel that this app should have added the PeopleNet messages to it as well. Would have made life a whole lot easier in my opinion.
It makes no sense I have to have locations on to use this app. If I’m in truck there are plenty of devices telling you where I am, and if I’m not in truck then it doesn’t matter.
Crete is the first company I have ever worked for that was honest from day 1!!! I can see myself retiring from Crete Carriers!! I have not got no bad information about Crete from any of the veteran drivers that work here.Dispatchers are friendly and make sure you understand your load info.I would recommend any driver to work here...
Last 19 years here at Crete have been the best of my career.If their was a perfect company, we all would be wearing the same hat already! Back in 2008 when the financial crisis hit I sat half that day plus all the next day.Next morning I had a load and rolled!Now with that said if I take both hands and add up all the days I have been told we don’t have anything now check back in the morning,I can do it and still have fingers left over!So for 19 years I can’t complain! I have said the trucking industry is a field where when you find a better job take it!I’ve been looking for 19 years and I am still here!
Only thing I don’t like about Crete is they are all ways trying to get me to work 14 hours and take 10 hour brake,,,,Every day....That’s not for me.Noooo way man....I told the guy doing the recruiting class in orientation that working 14 hours and takeing 10 hour brake would not work for me...He told me NO PROBLEM,,,,We will work with you....Boy,,,,That was a lie.....I will work my hours but I will stretch them out over the 8 days.......I all most quit every other week over this......The only reson I have not quit yet is because the last 4 trucking companies I worked for were worse than Crete....Other than the 14,,,10 work hours problemo I would be happy here....Probly work for Crete till I retire from trucking.......
