Easy to search and find properties

I’ve been using this app to browse properties for sale in my area, though you can browse for leases as well. It’s incredibly easy to use with no distracting clutter. The filter functions help narrow down the listings by type (multifamily, retail, office, etc), price, size, tenancy, etc, basically everything you’d need in an app. I love that there’s a way to contact the listing broker directly through the app as well. It’s a simple but powerful tool for searching for commercial property investment opportunities. I would recommend this app to real estate colleagues, business partners looking for office/retail space, or anyone looking to buy an investment property.

Much better!

Great work on the past updates, you guys added everything I suggested in my initial review. Just one more thing, have the saved search emails open through the app rather than the web browser. Thank you and keep up the great work! Please make the above suggestion happen! I'd love to use the app on my phone more, but the only time I need it is when I check my saved search emails, and those emails redirect to the Safari browser rather than the Crexi app.

Glitches in App

I like the App. But I reluctantly use it due to the many glitches in the App. The Filters are extremely unreliable especially when using the filter withe the map feature. Also trying to save properties to a designated group you’ve created is very troublesome or incapable at all. The App closes down and you will have to find the same property all over again. Hopefully you memorized the address or some identifying factors to help with finding the property to lost during the App shutdown. Overall the App needs to work on the technical operating mechanics to prevent the constant shutdowns that can be very annoying.

Lots of bugs

Disclaimer — I’ve only been on the app for about 10 minutes, but that’s long enough to be annoyed and making a review. I’ve had the app freeze, crash, and now it won’t show any data with the listings that decided to show up. I can see the listing’s thumbnail, but all of the information (price, property info) is all gone. So I decided to report a problem within the app only to discover you can’t report bugs in app without creating an account first…as though after experiencing all these bugs would lead me to probably experience more bugs just signing up. Nope. Deleted now. There are other apps in the sea.

Finally!

I don’t know how it’s taken so long for someone to actually create a commercial real estate app that can actually help me. It’s not only easy to use the amount of information packed into an app is amazing. I am now able to find a deal near me and actually open up an entire OM right from my phone with no distortion. Well done!

App doesn’t work

If you do not give the app parameters it works fine but you have to look through thousands of listings on a map. If you filter for anything all of a sudden the app doesn’t show anything on the map. It always gives and error message. I have deleted the app from my phone and added it back and it didn’t fix anything. Would love to use this app but as of right now I am not going to filter through thousands of listings just to find a needle in a haystack.

Crashing Repeatedly

I heavily rely on my phone for work throughout the day, and unfortunately, this app has been causing me a lot of trouble. Despite the recent update, it keeps crashing repeatedly, making it incredibly frustrating to stay on top of my listings and promptly respond to leads and clients. I kindly request the development team to address this issue urgently and release a patch to fix the crashing problem. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

WHERE IS THE BACK BUTTON???

This is the most bizarre thing I have seen. You open the app, set your filters, and then are presented with all these options on the map. That’s great. However, when you open any selected option and check out the pictures, info, etc., you are stuck on that selection!!! There is no back button/arrow to go back to the map. I essentially have to swipe up the app to quit it and then reopen it again. Am I miss something here? Is it me being stupid or is this the dumbest mistake an app developer could have made??

Quality App

Wow this app is quite impressive. Very organized, get easy access to info you need about each property and there is a calculator tool. Like come on. This is next level dude

Don’t Make an Account!

Since making an account through the app to look for property to lease, Crexi has relentlessly spammed me. You can’t unsubscribe from their barrage of irrelevant emails (showing you property listings from across the country), and they will sell your personal info unless you “opt out” through their settings, which requires that you give even more personal info and agree to text messages from them - same with deleting your account.

Good features and interface

I like the platform. It is easy to navigate. The app is intuitive. The primary issue that I noticed is that the mobile app doesn’t seem to sync with changes made on the web app or through a mobile browser.

More Ways to Find Property

As a broker selling and buying commercial real estate, I find this app easy to use now and look forward to the updates along the way. CREXi has a great user experience and their team is very responsive.

Great app for finding commercial properties

Easy to use, great UI, and plenty of properties to view. Crexi has been great in finding commercial properties, and I’m glad there is a mobile app to use now. I’d recommend crexi to everyone!

Apt does not work just crashes every time

Downloaded this apt multiple times but it does nothing but crash every time it’s opened. Can not even use it. I have an iPhone 11 and it doesn’t work on it. The emailed me to help fix the problem but don’t accept emails from people not on their list. So I wanted to see if there was a way to figure out the crashing problem to no avail.

Crashes all the time

This would be a great app, however, it crashes all the time, which makes it useless. I’m on the latest iPhone and I’ve tried it on other iOS devices and the same thing happens. This is clearly been happening for several months now and still no fix. Seems like a critical issue that needs developer attention.

Please update

Great app to use on the go, but I can never click on listings or navigate through easily. I keep checking and my app is fully updated so it’s the program. Other than that, love it!

Great design

Bugs bugs …. Oops it shut down

I absolutely love using Crexi on the computer. I would stay on this app all day of it would just work properly. The filters aren’t reliable, and it will always shut down or lock up as soon as I start to get somewhere near finding a good property. Crexi, I need this app in my life. Please fix these bug issues!

Worst app ever

The App is complete garbage. It functions like Redfin or Zillow almost except the images never load (participants are not required to post photos that actually show the listings. They’ll usually post the exterior, a map location and a random picture of the city skyline). You can’t favorite listings. It’s a complete clunker of an app that is about as sleek as a 1990’s cd rom experience.

Freezes and not user friendly

Sharing listings is impossible, when choosing a listing from the map view, can’t see a full summary, for example size, price, location unless you open the listing. That Wastes a lot of time and makes it frustrating and not user friendly.

Having Difficulty

Filter option doesn’t work

Update ruined it

After the update none of the filters work and the app is constantly crashing. I preferred this app over loopnet until the most recent update.

iPad compatibility needs work

I dont know if it’s just for myself, when I open the app it’s the size of an iPod touch screen.

The app has been freezing all the time! I have updated it and I have great WiFi connection but still it would crash for some reason. On some days works without issues

Buggy bug buggy

Pretty much unusable .. always has been. Great site if using a desktop computer but the app need serious help. Pleas hire a couple developers! Who wants to be limited to their desktop these days, especially when out looking at real estate.

Horrible app

App is loaded with bugs and difficult to navigate. I find myself frequently having to close the app because it gets stuck on certain pages. It’s so bad it’s actually easier to use the mobile web page.

The Superior Alternative To CoStar & LoopNet

Crexi has always been a far superior platform compared to Costar & LoopNet and now their amazing new App has launched. Outside of the amazing UX and functionality, the CRE community has really rallied behind Crexi as the best Multiple Listing Platform for CRE professionals. Constantly Crashes

App crashes all the time. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue. Running latest version of iOS. No reason for it… At least when it crashes and you reopen the app, it remembers where you were on the map…

App crashes all the time

On top of the fact that app crashes all the time the app requires you to continue to tap on the green bubble to continue zooming until it finally provides information. Slow too.

If you up load your personal listings it closes out half way through every time. It’s a great app, if they stabilize it.

Amazing app!

Decent but glitchy

Many listings. But any time i try to save one the app glitches out and closes. Also, does the same thing online when pulling up OM/flyers probably 50% of the time.

Crexi for web is fine; Crexi app is buggy, needs work

Freezes every minute

Great app, but can’t use because it freezes 30 seconds after launching it. PLEASE FIX IT. once fixed I’ll highly recommend it.

Property Pins are HORRIBLE

The pins for properties when zoomed out is atrocious. Why group them together until you’re on top of it for it to move to an unknown area. Great concept for what the property types offered but do you not use your app and compare it to others.

Can’t use

Crashes every time I try an do anything. When it doesn’t crash, it says “something went wrong try again later” and I have to close the app and restart it. Then it crashes…

This app crashes all of the time. Cannot save anything or look at favorites. When you try to save, the app crashes. When you try to look at a favorite, the app crashes.

Not useful at all

Not sure what this app is supposed to do but so far it does a whole lot of nothing. It doesn’t even fit in my iPhone screen. If the app is useful I am not sure what for? Do I need to go to the Crexi website to make Crexi useful?

Unfortunately this app is borderline useless because of the lack of ability to filter and it’s refreshing constantly taking you to the top of your list of properties.
