Gets the info you need for the most part. Navigation takes a bit to get used to. Only major problem I noticed so far is there doesn’t appear to be a way to delete the documents you’ve downloaded without uninstalling and reinstalling the app. So if you have limited space I recommend you be cautious on what you view.
This app looks like it would be a great tool in the tool box for any level of HVAC technician. But it does not deliver, when searching though the equipment, once you find what you need the app crashes and kick you out of the app. This is a a new iPad with the latest IOS. The apps firmware was updated a week ago to the latest. I will continue to try this app and will report back. At the current pace this is a 1 star.
I have used this app reliably until very recently. Within the last month it has not worked. Please look at the bugs! It’s a great product but needs help immediately.
Recently upgraded my phone to iPhone 15 with latest IOS 17. and this apps won't open; it stucks in loading up. This apps was helpful for me, a new VRV tech. please fix bugs.
I’m on site with a Dan mini split. I can’t login even though I have an account, even though I went through the reset my password and the one 800 number no one calls you back what a terrible experience for a contractor. You’re supposed to be there when we need help
This app was working great for being able to walk through the field settings on a 10-ton VRV III and you must’ve updated it and now I can’t get it for the model number we have. PLEASE UPDATE THIS AGAIN TO PUT THAT BACK ON THERE!! It’s way easier than digging through the book, which is what I’m gonna have to do now! 😡😡
When I try to gain access thru guest login the screen goes blank. When I attempt to set up an account the continue button is non responsive. Would really love to be able to use this. I don’t particularly like dealing with Daikin units but this may help the process and change my mind.
Reset password. Got that accomplished now it rejected my account and wants me to talk to admin. It’s bad enough I have to replace compressor on these vrv units now I have to jump through hoops to get to the app. And now I can’t send because I have to make a nick name. Wow!
App no longer loads on iOS 12.5.7 for iPhone 6. Not all of us can afford brand new phones you know, you need to step up your backwards compatibility game.
As a tech in the field, I need information and access fast And the authorization is killing me. If I can’t easily access what I need on your equipment. Customers are going to hate your equipment.

I use to love this app for troubleshooting and love the binary step for the REMQ120 heat recovery. However NOW THIS UPDATE HAS REMOVED THE TECH SUPPORT FOR REMQ120. Can you please bring back the old REMQ120? Thank you
