Constantly gives an error for the location. The app is a great tool

Developer, please add an option to release students individually. I work full time and my dad picks up my younger child and I pick up the older one so I can actually work. The app releases both at the same time but I am not always at the same time at the school as my dad. Thanks

So quick and efficient. Use it every time I pick my son up early. Definitely download to pick your little ones up!

It’s never a good start when there are so many spelling and syntax issues with an app that has so few reviews. My children’s school apparently needs this app so we’re forced to use it. Spell check your work before you submit your app. Lazy.

I sometimes pick up my nephew and niece but when ever I go to pick up my son the app auto release my nephew. These seems like an issue that needs to be resolved.

My kid dismissal is at 1:50 but the app doesn’t let me select my child to be released until 2pm waste of time!

I absolutely hate the updated dash pass app. The old version was much easier to use and I didn’t have issues getting my kids released on early dismissal days. The new app requires you to manually request a release of your kids and it won’t let you in early release days even if change the pickup time because even if I approve it it still needs staff approval….why!!!!! Not user friendly at all!!! The old app would automatically let the school know you were there and release the kids as soon as your car was in campus. It was nice and user friendly not the new version!!!

My daughter has used the same after school program for over 7 years. Their policy doesn’t allow them to use a phone while driving the students and children. But due to this app and crap it’s caused a problem with my child being picked up from school because their policy doesn’t allow them to carry a phone while transporting children and because of this they can’t download this app and has caused a problem with me the parent and the after school program I use!!!!!!!!!! This is a problem since the school refuses to come up with a compromise!!!!!!!!!

I was having technical issues and I sent an email. They sent me a phone number to call and when I did they were very friendly and helpful. They solved the problem in 5 minutes. Now it works like it should. Thanks so much!

I am so glad that my kids school is using this app. No more waiting for someone to call them and then wait forever. Whether I’m walking or driving, the school knows when I’m there to pick up my kids. Recommend it for any elementary school.

Thank you for making a easy to use app for pickups vs. having a scan barcode that had to be attached to each individual car.

My child's school is now using this app for pickup. I see absolutely no reason why this app should require always on location to function. They are using this as a way to collect location data on people to pick up there kids. Unacceptable!! Developer please change your apps permission to function with "while using the app" or to not require using location at all and I will be happy to change my review.

Incompetence. When I contact support, the response is to send me a link to sign up, no matter the question. I signed up but can’t login because I a NOT A REGISTERED USER. I try to sign up again and I am not allowed because I AM ALREADY A REGISTERED USER. This is the circle I am caught in and I have explained this in detail only to be sent another link to sign up again. A child could create a better app.

This system does not work well I could be at school an hour early waiting and kids are never released on time daily it takes 2 hours waiting in a Car line to get my child, unacceptable! Poor teachers and students

This app would be great if it didn’t freeze every time I need to use it. I have been trying to add a student to my carpool for 3 days now but I can’t because the area I need has been frozen due to “unexpected errors”. Frustrating to say the least.

This app has never worked. Daughters school had us get it to make the car line go “faster” all it has done is slow dow the whole car line pick up process. If I could rate zero stars I would have.

I think it garbage that they make you share your location 24/7 even when not using the app.

The school had to give us window tags, because the app does not work at all.

Our school tried to use this app for pick up and it didn’t work.

There is no way to add a student unless you are with the other adult? There should be an easier way to create a carpool if adults are not together to share QR code.
