Astonishing

Every load that I get from different companies they require you to sign on to to them with a contract it's not like you could pick a load and go with it.. you have to sign a contract with each individual company that's posting on here to be able to carry for them takes longer time than just having a broker. Basically each company that post on here you have to have a contract with before you can actually get the load.

It would be nice if you could police the brokers about leaving loads posted that are no longer available and multiple posting of same load with different cities, by doing so it may show up in your search radius and when you call on said load you find out after being on hold it was a wasted call and you possibly lost the opportunity to get a load that made more sense, it is basically bait and switch!

best app

I used Doft Load Board & Truck Loads for almost 4 years since it still was Transcore360 software on PC. May not be perfect but the best out there. I had use many loadboard and still use 2 or 3 more, but none with the amount of freight this one has. Lately it has a lot less freight that some years ago and the rates are also down, but that is not the app problem. This is the economy and the brokers problem. Overall a good app. Recommended.

This app help me go home. My dispatcher couldn't find a load to florida. I did a free trial and got a load to give to him, now i am getting loaded and going to head home. Words cannot express appreciation for going home. My dispatcher was going to send me to another state until i gave him load info for me.

Says it’s free but to see rates you have to pay

Free to download yes, free to use no. Shows available freight but not the rates. You have to pay for that, calling yourself a free load board is misleading at best and downright deceitful at worst. What exactly does the word free mean to you that has payment attached to it? Already shady, probably was created by people who have no experience in transportation and will leave you sitting waiting for free without paying properly for detention or tonu or lumpers etc but they want a slice of the pie too. Booty juice.

Excellent

Pretty helpful for me, as a dispatcher. Sometimes during weekend I can get loads even while pausing from skiing 🎿, or if I'm at pool, swimming and booking loads.. Thanks again, much easier than the website for mobile platforms.. ☺

Sorry for being critical but

Sorry for being critical but I feel it could get a lot better, as a paid app your still only getting a phone number. Because Doft figures the mileage and uses the customers price to figure the $/mi. Doft dosent have the correct programming to get the mileage correct. Don’t pay for premium, it still shows the phone number, and I’ve got an email from Doft saying I still need to call on every load on the app before I make my decision.

Convenient

the App is very helpful!!! It makes sure you are always on the move with a load!!! It have some problems like any major App however, still very helpful, money well spend!!!

Simple

Simple, straightforward and fast. All major info is on the screen so browsing one load to the next doesn't require pulling completely off the road to interact with it.

So Loving this app!

I've used this for about 18 months and I must say I've been completely satisfied with it. On occasion there has been a glitch or two but very rare in my experience with it. Well done!!

I get close to 100 harassing calls all day long

All from foreigners who barely speak any english offering dispatch service, 70% of the actual brokers on here wont give me loads because i haven’t been DOT’d in over a year, mind you i have not one accident, insurance claim, out of service or any incident for that matter, but because my truck doesn’t get pulled in i dont pass their safety score lol amazing ! But i do get calls all day from pakistan dispatchers

Doft it’s a wonderful app for you guys truckers out here I am highly recommend you guys to use it and having many loads board doesn’t hurt us actually it’s great to experience other platforms as well.

App problem

Something is wrong with this. I’m been paying my subscription yearly and now every time I click on a load for information it kicks me out of the application to my phone screen. If it doesn’t get fixed soon I’ll cancel my subscription, I’m not paying for something that doesn’t work anymore

The app is easy to use However you can’t look at anything more than a day in advance. And what they have posted is a tiny fraction of the loads of the competition app load boards. And they intentionally make it extremely difficult to cancel your subscription. Extremely hard! Buyer beware
