I have worked as a GSM, Finance Manager, Sales Manager, and many years as an Internet Sales Director for different Auto Groups. DriveCentric has stormed the playing field with the most advanced CRM I have ever worked with. I have worked with Vin Solutions, Eleads, Auto Raptor, Dealer Socket, Salesforce, and others. However, DriveCentric packs a punch. It delivers more accessibility with its video platform. They have developed easily accessible buckets where your lead funnel moves the customers along the buckets promoting engagement until a customer reaches delivery. They streamlined the use of the sidebars, notifications, and messaging. Filtering allows the user deep dive and identify customer needs with little effort. Their virtual showroom brings customers into the dealership in way that allows you see all the stores engagement in real time. Their Live Video Room and other features surpass other CRMs. I’m definitely pleased and seeing success with the DriveCentric CRM.
I was told for a year that this CRM was the one to have, but it has just as many, if not more, issues than previous systems. Reports lag by 24 hours, and there are active desktop icons that haven’t been supported for over two years. It's frustrating to see unsupported icons still active while essential ones are missing. Merging data is a nightmare, and the contact log is nearly impossible to use. Frequent updates seem to blow out tasks, and business rules often disappear. The email templates are outdated, and I was advised to find an external company for fresh content because they can’t even add VIN-specific email brochures. Support response time is slightly faster than VinSolutions or eLeads, but DealerSocket and Contact Management are much better at replying to email inquiries, whereas Drive takes about 31 days. For sales reps, the mobile app is decent but lacks many essential features. For management, desking is a nightmare, especially when switching units. The AI only allows you to control the name that’s about it, it talks all over you when engaged with a customer and the appointment system is laughable. Do your homework before switching.
We switched CRMs primarily because of the potential increase in functionality of the app over our previous CRM. We have not been disappointed! Not only does the DC CRM app deliver on the promise of easy video recording / sending, but as a manager I can see everything that is happening real-time, and make adjustments to my daily strategy on the fly. Very happy with it.
I have to use this app all day every day for work. On the computer it’s a lovely system and I have no complaints. Overall it’s a great system just the app is terrible. Every time I try to open it it sits on the loading screen for 5 to 10 minutes. Every time I take videos the app crashes out when I’m trying to upload them and does not save them. The app also does not allow me to upload my own videos if I were to take them with my own camera app. This app seriously needs to be overhauled especially considering it’s used by major corporations. Honestly the functionality of this app in its current form is embarrassing.
I have submitted a bug that states the app kicks me out of login everytime I close it. I have to enter email and password every single time I login. Which is a detriment when trying to get a deal up for “grabs”. I will send a message to a client it will go to a different client, when I go in to look. I will have leads issued into my name, I won’t get a notification, until it’s been in my name for over an hour after it’s went up for grabs because I didn’t even know to respond. I’m not sure how the app even got published on IOS with this many bugs.
This has got to be a joke of an app 90% of the videos being taken on the app are terrible quality another 80% of the time app won’t even upload the videos to send to customers so then it seems as though I am not responsive to customers limits you to certain amount of characters when emailing customers like way to limit me in trying to connect with a customer limits videos to two minutes so now if the videos do send I am spamming them bugs upon bugs upon bugs
I like the App. It seems the best part of the mobile app is being able to shoot videos similar to trade pending snap cell. I do wish vehicles could be saved to be resent, for example if it failed or you want to send a general greeting. They do not store in the video library. I also would like to see scheduled tasks in the app which currently can only be seen and access through the desktop app.
The app is terrible please fix the bugs, if not I’m sure dealerships are going to find apps that work, no dealership’s sales team are connected to cpus at desks were out and about, on the lot in service we need the mobile app to work. I’ve been waiting 20 mins for it to log me in. I’ve deleted and re installed and nothing. Just throwing error messages.
I love video, texting and calling right through the app. Anytime one of my customers replies I get an alert and can instantly respond through the app. I believe the ability to connect and talk to my customers easier and faster is a difference maker for me and my business!
Could be better with license scanning you have a tiny barcode to scan on the license and it takes forever for it to scan. Also manually creating tasks, eleads created tasks for us automatically. We work with a ton of propel on a day to day basis it would be nice to look at your platform and have my daily tasks already laid out and ready to be actioned. Respectfully, Steven Vaughn
Good CRM software. Probably as good as it will get
Sometimes weird stuff happens. But overall very helpful app as far as car sales. Easy to use, manage, understand, self explanatory, and very helpful in terms of keeping the pipeline running.
Between customer support, or having a system that is simple and easy for a guy like me to understand. It is perfect, and it is super adaptable which is also AWESOME!
Gets a little quirky; need to be able to see my progress of my work plan ( ie calls made, emails sent, etc.) like I can on desktop version.. Still WAAAAY better than Eleads app I was using at another location..I’m sure they are fixing some of the minor issues.
This CRM does not address where most deals come from. Service and repeat customers. The service endless todo’s and no monthly calendar is just plain poor programming. It is said this was created by a car guy. Well he wasn’t a good one. I am Adding to my review after having this CRM for a month it has only Gotten worse not better. It is difficult to desk, hard to meter a trade in. Just the worst CRM I have ever used.
Been using this app on my phone for a year when I’m away from my desk. This application needs work. First you can’t reply to your customer's email, you have to create a new thread which is annoying. Second, if you want to complete your work plan, you have to do it on your desktop because the app makes it impossible to see your completion, progress, or tasks.
Really great app when paired with the web application. It does leave some excellent features I use daily out though. Thing like firing the genius are features I miss and re-assigning people would be useful in app.
Mobile App for iPhone need tweaks like Desktop version
We need GIPHS via text and email, videos aren’t smooth with the conversion from HEIC files to watchable videos both text and email when sending to customers.
Worked fine but lately has been giving my staff and myself a ton of error messages when you click to look at notifications etc that pop up. Has become a pain to use. PLEASE FIX
App is ~usually~ great, but lately I have been getting signed out automatically all the time and the app gives me error codes- not even allowing me to use it. Given my job is strictly related to using this app, it needs to be more reliable.
Very nice an easy to use video capability. I use Covideo as well. Would like to possess more features to provide links to inventory, pre-approval links or service.
Most the application is good but when something new comes in I always get and error and have to exit out the app and then get back in and it usually works.
App throws various errors throughout the day. Do not believe I have been able to record and upload a video in at least a week. Normally only quits during recording/sending at least 1x per day, but has been extra frustrating lately. Nothing resolves from restarting.
It’s like it intentionally lags so their ai can send a response before you can to try to keep their ai response time faster than a person. Also glitches where you have to close and reopen time after time randomly. Other than this it try’s to work.
The mobile version is ok, but it could benefit from an iPad or tablet version. This specific app opens on ipad but the window remains as small as it would be on a phone. Also it glitches and doesn't operate correctly.
I work in sales where we need a CRM to manager thousands of customers and previous customers. This CRM is on of the worst we’ve used. Lost a lot of clients in transition. Works slow and does not allow you to work from a calendar. This CRM limits your productivity and planning for the day, week and/or month.
My biggest and only complaint is the mobile app. The system works great on desktops and my surface pro but it’s a sinking ship when it comes the the app. Countless crashes, lag. A lot of functions on the desk top version are not accessible. iPhone11
The potential of this app is amazing. It’s just slow and glitches out way too much. Fix the glitches and it’s a 5 star app for sure. Right now it’s just too unreliable to use.
I struggle on a daily basis with this app. The desktop version is so wonderful but the app is lacking. Very slow load times and notifications aren’t coming through. I feel like there’s not enough updates.
Love the app and I use it a ton with my cell phone when I am away from work. It would be nice to have the app on the iPad as well so I don't have to go to the website every time.
