I am my company’s HR and Benefits Administrator and for OE I invited my employees to download the app for quick access to their benefits info and ID cards. Well, I have the app installed on my iOS device and it says I’m currently NOT enrolled in any benefits. I know I am because I manage them. Ease works with big payroll platforms and cannot get their app working?
Being able to request time off, find coworkers contact info and access my benefit information all within the app not only saves time but makes me feel much more self-sufficient. No more digging through paperwork or contacting HR to help me figure out which benefits I have and the details that come with it. It's all right here in my pocket at all times. This is something every employer should offer and every employee should have.
Excited to see how quickly Ease was able update their benefits page to make it easier to use. Their add benefits card functionality is great if you’ve got family members or co-insurance want to keep all in one place.
Not sure what happened but the app is now nonstop displaying that I am not enrolled in any benefits but when I log in on PC website it's all good. I also double checked with my employer to make sure everything is alright there. Tried logging out and in didn't change anything
As another review noted - What is the point if I cannot login with my correct credentials? I know my login info is correct b/c I use them all day everyday in a broker’s office. I was excited to see there was an app we could share with our clients but sadly it doesn't even work. Hope to see some progress on this soon.
I can log into the web version just fine. I am 100% sure my password it correct, and I’ve reset it. I have deleted the app and reinstalled and I have restarted my phone. No luck. Hopefully it’s being worked on, but not very useful if you can’t log in!
This app is absolutely useless! I was expecting that it would show all my insurance information, but instead there is basically no info, just an option to take a picture of your card. I can take a picture and keep it in my own photo folder why would i need this garbage?
My company promotes this app for our benefits needs but honestly the mobile app is lack luster considering I’m not even able to log in. The web/url works just fine but this app leaves a lot to be desired as echoed by other reviewers.
Literally a useless app for my phone since I can’t even log in! I have to use my laptop to look over my benefits. What is the point of having a mobile app you LITERALLY cannot even get access to of very important benefits I signed up for?! Please fix it!
I wish my previous employers used EaseCentral. Having easy access to my latest benefits info on my phone at all times is a game changer. The time off requests and company directory are nice too. Everything safe and in its place!
