2 Ultras with smart panel
I purchased and installed 2 Ultra Pro’s with 4 batteries connected to a smart panel. I have ten 240 watt solar panels feeding each Ultra Pro. It’s basically taken care of all my energy needs. I’m a general contractor so installing the panel was relatively easy although I would advise most people to hire an electrician. Connecting the batteries to the Ultra Pro’s and then connecting them to the smart panel was super simple. Just plug everything in with the provided connectors and it’s ready to go. Turning it on and setting up your preferences in the app couldn’t be easier. The best part of the entire system- it just works!!! I love how simple Eco Flow has made these products to use. The average user even with limited knowledge can hook these up and everything will work like it should. I highly recommend these products. I’m planning on buying additional Eco Flow products for my RV so I can be completely off grid while camping. Thank you Eco Flow, I can’t wait to see what you come out with next! Brian- Monterey, CA

decent but needs some kinks knocked out
overall this app is pretty good. functionally, it works most of the time, except i have noticed that the app doesn't seem to report A/C usage when viewing a device that is remote to the current location of the app. i see wattage flowing for output, but i don't see it for the A/C input. Once i’m physically on the same network, then A/C input flow is displayed properly. to be clear, i use products at two different locations. when i am at one location viewing devices at the other location, the real-time A/C input data isn't working or perhaps it isn't working some of the time. Another informational improvement that would be a good to add feature, would be an actual troubleshooting process section. example: i set up a new River 2 Max, but i didn’t immediately join it to WIFI, or update the firmware. the unit must have went to sleep, and after this the bluetooth connection method wasn't working. the unit would not turn off with the 3 second long press of the power button. i finally was able to make it turn off after i attached my laptop to the USB C connection. its as if the unit needed an actual use, before it would acknowledge a “turn off” command. Information such as that should be in a troubleshooting section. way better choice as opposed to what folks were stating in forums, which was to completely drain the battery, and then it would naturally turn off.

Could be 5 stars if…
I love our Eco Flo delta pro, and we use it to power our RV since it has a built-in 30 amp RV connection. I gave it only a four-star rating after using it for several months. It would have a five-star rating if it allowed both the car charger and solar to charge at the same time, and if it made it easier to connect to a car alternator to charge the battery back up. It’s the only unit on the market that does all that it does, and is designed specifically to have the ability to use in an RV, but it doesn’t allow for easy on the go recharging from an RV add an efficient speed when it limits you to eitherOnly the hundred watt eight amp car charger or solar panels. Most built-in RV lithium battery systems have a connection to either of the main alternator or a second alternator that can charge the battery back up at a much faster rate so that it’s ready to go when you reach your next location to camp. I don’t want to see just an improvement in the next model that allows that, I want an adapter made to allow that more easily with the existing original Delta pro I have.

Living off of EcoFlow Delta 2 Max
Everyone should have an EcoFlow generator!! We purchased our Delta Max 2 a couple months ago to be our main power supply for our 5th wheel(family of 5 living full time). The generator was so intuitive to use right out of the box. Especially with the EcoFlow app!! Which makes this generator incredible. We like to walk around our trailer and see the individual power loads our lights or furnace or microwave consume. Allowing us to use our power wisely since we are off grid. We currently charge twice a day off a 120v ac outlet(which the rate of recharge is incredibly fast!). The handles on the generator are very sturdy and comfortable to lift the generator. We are saving up for solar panels and a Delta 2 max battery to pair with our generator. We can’t wait to try out more EcoFlow products because of the success we are having with our current Delta 2 Max! We will write a review on that setup once installed. But seriously everyone could benefit from an EcoFlow!!!

It’s a good app
It does almost everything I need. Feature request: i want the same backup reserve behavior as solar but using the wall outlet as power source. I’d love it if I could specify a time of day to run on battery entirely. The app has the choice to not charge during a certain time, but everything plugged in still gets passthrough power even as it’s not charging. If you plug the Ecoflow into a smart switch and turn power off during no-charge time (peak), then it can’t fallback to line voltage if the battery runs out. Additionally, if it was smart it could incorporate the energy management and backup reserve behavior just like solar but using the wall outlet. In California, my power goes up by 25 cents per kWh during peak. It would he nice to arbitrage this using the battery where I could cycle the battery every day to avoid using peak power. Otherwise this battery just sits around when I’m not using it for a trip. Give me the chance to use this thing every day and I would.

The best on the market and more
Let me start off by saying that I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews for this app, I think that like any software/hardware system they go through iterations. I’ve bought the Delta max product and the app works incredibly in fact more than I expected. They have clearly put software first when it comes to switches, which is exciting because you can only imagine one features they may release (scheduled timers please). The pairing between their port product connections and the information that has passed between them is very impressive. There are a few people asking why they wouldn’t use Bluetooth instead of Wi-Fi stating that many people use these batteries for off grid solutions or temporary installations. The thing is that Bluetooth does not require any authentication and people can connect to your battery and have all the fun they want. Which in some uses e.g. CPAP could result in misuse. What I do is I have a little Wi-Fi router that I plug straight into the AC outlet (with my home Wi-Fi name and password mimicked) that I use on the go so that if I ever have to use it off grid I just plug it in and take it on the go, may cost 30 bucks but it’s worth not having someone tamper with your set up. Overall I’m super impressed by their app, I had another brand before (no mentions) and they are incredible but the lack of an application and thoughtfulness that DeltaFlow adds makes it for me amazing!

Great App
The app works well has a lot of great features. You can control how fast the battery charges from 200w to 1800w. It also allows you to control full charge low charge limits. I like to keep mine between 8% to 92%. I personally use the EcoFlow charging it on normal AC. I do not use the solar configuration. I use this unit as a battery back up for when my electricity goes out for 6 to 8 hours. It allows me to keep the Internet and television working and running, a fan to beat the heat. I do wish the app had some expert features. It would be nice to actually see the different voltages of the batteries. This app is basically idiot proof I can understand where they are coming from in the design…. Keep it simple stupid works but tech people like to have a lot of data to pull from and compare… One other thing I would like is for the app screen to rotate a full 360 around the screen. This app does even rotate into landscape mode.

Amazing systems
I purchased Delta 2 max for my travel van (Ford Transit) with two EcoFlow mini (total of 3 units). Use the van power to charge the Delta 2 max while driving and use the mini to top it off for overnight charging as needed (by connecting the Delta 2 max charge cable to the mini 110 volts outlet). Use land electric outlet to alternatively charge the mini units because they are lightweight and easy to move around. No need for solar panel complications such as installation issues, possible water leakage when it rains, wiring, add to wind noise while driving, etc. if no access to land electricity, I can charge the mini units in about an hour by running the van engine via 1000 watts inverter either while driving or engine idling. Simple and clean. By the way my van alternator is rated for 250 amps and it easily can handle 1000 watts inverter. Practically, I use the van engine as supper quiet power generator ! Running the Ford Transit engine at idle cost about a dollar or two worth of gas.

EcoFlow Delta 2 for the win vs Dual battery
I initially designed a dual LiFePO4 battery system for my overland vehicle to suit my needs and budget. However, during a big prime day sale, I came across the EcoFlow portable power station bundled with a 220 W solar panel and decided to take a chance on it. This purchase led me to redesign my auxiliary batteries setup around the EcoFlow system, which turned out to be a game-changer. The portable power station has proven to offer more benefits than a built-in system. I've utilized it to power tools for constructing my auxiliary battery setup, as well as for various tasks in my workshop and backyard. The EcoFlow app adds convenience by allowing me to control power to AC or DC outlets and monitor remaining capacity without needing to be near the unit. Getting it at a 40% discount during the sale was a no-brainer for me, although I would still consider purchasing it at a 20% discount. However, I wouldn't have gone for it at full price.

EcoFlow Delta Pros and app
We got our system back a couple of years ago and I love the system. We’ve had a few problems but overall it’s a great system and EcoFlow and Shop Solar Kits have always been responsive and great to work with. The app has gotten better and it seems I’m constantly learning new things and details about how the solar and electric energy flows through both systems . I also love the ability to visualize the energy flow whether it’s during daylight hours and there’s solar energy available or at night and there’s very little energy being used. Just recently the visualization of energy flows and adjustments available using the reserve energy is very useful for me. I can see how much energy reserve is available in case the grid goes down and I’m on the EcoFlow DP’s reserve.

Wow! You guys still didn’t fix the password with latest update!
I thought you guys said you were going to expand password field to 58 characters on the next update! Instead you just added a note saying “Max 30 characters.” My password on my router is 37 characters long…and yes I could change it…but that would mean I would need to change the password on every single device in my house. That is too much work and would take way too long. It would be much easier for your customers if you just expanded the number of characters allowed. This update is so disappointing to me. I love the product, but I can’t link the WiFi to it because my password is too long for you fellows. So I can’t get the full functionality that comes with WiFi. For this reason as well as for not following through with the password improvements you said you would fix, I’m giving you guys zero stars for service and 5 stars on the product. So, that’ll average to a 2 because I’m rounding down. Fix the password and I’ll give you guys 5 stars.

I love it
I love using the EcoFlow DELTA Pro. I have 2 of them. I also have 2 of the Ecoflow River. Your app is very easy to use and understand. And gives most of the information that is needed. For some reason on the last update, the charge timer has messed up on both of the Delta pros. Every time it’s plugged in. It says 99 hours to charge. Hopefully you will come out with a fix for this. If I may make a recommendation on the home page that shows all of the power stations that are connected to the app it would be nice if it showed not only the battery status, but input and output. So at a glance you could see what each unit is doing without having to go to each unit. This is how the Victron app is done. And it’s very useful. Update still having a problem with the time of usage on the EcoFlow Pro. I called and spoke with someone who helped me reset my EcoFlow, Delta Pro, but it did not fix the problem. It seems like the update is the issue. Hope they fix it soon.

Frustrating Experience
I’ve had the delta pro ultra and smart home panel 2 since February. Sadly the notifications on the app gives more details than the actual logs. The unit is advertised to start up an AC unit, but this is basically under only the load of the AC unit and nothing else. So you basically need 2 Delta pro ultras which I can’t afford at the moment. The TOU option in the app is off by 24 hours for some reason. I setup a schedule to discharge during 2 separate times of the day. It only ever does one of them. TOU option never charged from the solar panels even though they were hooked up. It just fully charged itself overnight and attempted to discharge at 6pm so the solar was always wasted. Most of the time the app would just say it was discharging but then also show no energy being taken from the batteries. Was it worth 13,000 for this much of a headache and useless product. No not really. If they actually can fix there bad software I’d have a decent product.

Great Investment & Great Peace of Mind!
I had some difficulty disconnecting the solar panel cables and called customer service. They were very responsive and even emailed me the next day to follow up on my issue. I had to use plyers to disconnect the cables. I decided to leave them plugged in so when I want to charge with the solar panels I just have to plug 1 plug into back of generator. I tested the solar panels and I was getting a little more power than my 160W solar panels were rated at. I charged at 1pm on September 28th. I’m sure if it was June 21st, I would have gotten more input power. I experimented by putting a silver car sun shade on the ground directly in front of the solar panels to bounce more sunlight onto the solar panels and I was able to increase the wattage by 20 watts. I’m so impressed that I immediately bought another one for my 2nd refrigerator. 👍

Very Satisfied w/ River 2 Pro
After doing research on many power stations I chose EcoFlow River 2 Pro. Recently used the power source to run a 12V 58qt fridge for several days in the Ozarks. I let the power source run the fridge at night while the vehicle was off & charged the unit during the day while traveling. Also, used the source to charge radios & other battery powered devices. It’s light enough to fit on a rear cargo shelf & small enough to make use of space efficiently. Overall I am very pleased with the performance & versatility of the power station. Currently I don’t have a need for the solar set up but would imagine it would perform well too. I would recommend this product for any power needs within the design capabilities.

Decent power solution so far
We just got an Ecoflow Power Kit for our van. We really like it so far - we finally found a system that is meeting our power needs. For what you get w the Power Kit, the early bird pricing was good (the regular list prices are a lot less competitive). Installation was as easy as it can get. My only minor points of constructive feedback are that this app can be a bit clunky - like due to the Bluetooth nature of it (maybe?) it is slow to respond at times. And the data analytics is lacking. To the devs of this app: You are missing an opportunity to offer a lot more useful data analytics and visualization information. It’d be an easy win. Your graphs would be a lot more useful if you had an option to view a record of battery bank % vs time. This way folks can see how much we drain our batteries down throughout a day and know what it’s lowest point is on average or how low it gets over night for example. Also a similar metric on individual batteries and battery health. Our batteries always charge and discharge at different rates and I haven’t yet figured out how the power hub is prioritizing that. What you offer: total in vs total out just isn’t as useful as specific metrics on the battery bank itself.

Love the review but no way to connect to it
This app doesn’t work. It makes me connect via Wi-Fi and then asks to update firmware which it can’t do because my phone thinks the power station is the web. It needs to connect via Bluetooth. Broken and failed! Now my multiple units can be used remotely or updated. Help help help!!! When you spend over $7,000 you expect more! I have 2 Delta Pros, 1 River Pro and 3 160 panels. The app crashes constantly. How is the world to I update these things. I gave up on this app doing anything and I guess I loose some of the features. Also, a 4 year old couldn’t figure this app out. It should be labeled nuclear engine only ;) Once it finally links and shows bar to 100% for connecting to the web, it backs out to the app home page and shows 0% and it is unresponsive. Been at this for hours and not I am really upset. The firmware update on the Delta Pro gets to 48% and dies. I’ve tried over 10 days for an hour each. Why ??????????????????????????

Battery first Then the Wave2
Although both the battery and Wave2 were shipped on the same day and from California by the same carrier, the battery arrived three days before the Wave2. Both arrived not damaged and well packed. Followed the quick reference and ran the unit from AC power cord first then turned unit off and attached the battery. I then allowed the battery to charge fully while I downloaded the ECOFLOW APP. Turned the unit on from my IPad Mini(using battery power), then went through the process of connecting the unit to my internet usin the Bluetooth function from the app. I was also able to register the unit from the app and verify the software was up to date. Everything was flawless and very impressive and will continue with my evaluation. Do I recommend this product? DEFINITELY……

Game Changer
Outstanding products, I'm sold on this company as their products work with each other "eco-system". Back up batteries, solar panels, AC/Heating unit are very portable and work well for what I need them to do. Plug and play is what i like about it. No large high-tech mathematical set ups on what inverters, cables, batteries do i need to run for house, van life, or work. Everything is portable also, so no fixed systems"saves time/money". I like that this company is continuing to improve and stay ahead of the ever changing tech world. They are not a follower making a quick $$$. And the customer support is great. Highly recommend paying for these products vs a cheaper company product with no/little support of the products they sell.

Excellent Power System and Support
I have the Ecoflow Delta Pro and Max, as well as the River Pro and the extra battery for each. This backup power suite has performed flawlessly during power outages at my home. Customer support is excellent and very responsive to any questions I’ve had regarding the battery features. I’ll be moving soon to a home with my breaker panel in the climate controlled basement rather than the garage. This allows me to integrate my Delta Pro into the panel so I can easily choose which circuits I want powered during an outage. And because my entire suite is portable, I can take it with me when I move, unlike a whole house generator. I absolutely love my Ecoflow system!!!!

Multiple problems
1. In a chat with customer service, I was told the current version of the APP is newer than the newest one available to me on my iPad. 2. It’s annoying that the app does not rotate to landscape from portrait. 3. The app should show the battery state of charge for all devices on the device screen and certainly from the “Spaces” screen. 4. The graphic that loads when you access a device is too slow and is unnecessary. 5. My app often indicates my devices are not connected to my WiFi, which is untrue. This indication usually goers away when restarting the app, but not always. 6. The link to get to customer service chat should be easier to find. It’s fairly hidden, which may be because customer service is pretty bad usually. I could review other EF products here, but since this is for a review of the APP, I will stick to these comments for now.

Useless in an emergency
This app continually needs to be re logged in to work the generator. If you want to control your unit when there is no cell service to log in the app itself just to use Bluetooth doesn’t work without the app the generator controls are useless. You constantly need log into their system to use your own property. Absolutely ridiculous. I wish I knew that before I bought it. I wouldn’t spent $1300 on this platform that constantly locks you out of your generator when you need it most. Eco flow is untrustworthy You guys have made a good product extremely difficult to utilize incase of an emergency or camping situation. Why does the app continuously need to log into EcoFlow to use it locally. The bluetooth connection works but only after you have logged into the ecoflow system. and who remembers the log n and password that ine may use 2 or 3 times a year. What a complete waste of my money

Great service, team and products
We have been excited to save for some ecoflow products and chose the glacier with battery as our first. We love to camp and fish so this will make life much more enjoyable, no more coolers and ice melting except for the ice it makes. Like a lot of people, we love the idea of having power and the safe feelings it can provide during emergencies or just out camping. We have done our due diligence and have chosen ecoflow, the cost is not really within our budget so buying the delta pro 2, the battery and solar will take us a year or so of saving. Definitely worth the time though. Thank you for building such wonderful products that actually work!

Best products in the market
I own two Delta pros one Delta pro 3 one River pro one River 2 max and a Delta mini also 4500w ground mount, three portable 400 W panels and four 100 W rigid panels. I love the performance, build quality, options and ease of use. The app helps with monitoring and it is easy to change settings when I need. I have used customer support and my experience what is something I’ve never had before and that experience was excellent, the representative was very knowledgeable of the product and helped me through the process with ease. If there was a way to give a higher rating for this product and everyone involved with it I would give it 100 stars if I could!

Been doing great.
I got my River as the singular unit & purchased the auxiliary battery at same time. Charged the main battery first, discharged it. Then connected auxiliary battery, discharged it as a whole. Disconnected the auxiliary battery. Turned on the unit, turned it off, then connected the drained auxiliary battery to drained unit. Then turned the unit back on & charged both the auxiliary & main unit as one. Then discharged it & charged it as a whole once more. Now, it still won’t show up as a River Max on the app. But I’m not going to complain about that. It’s been through a few cycles & hasn’t shown any issues so far. So until it does, I’m content with this little unit…

Functionality
I actually like the app. However it could use a bit more functionality. Like programming settings for use. Like being able to set timers via app for usage. Better control of maintains a certain temp like 68F automatically. Understanding the eco settings better. Ability to program setting in sleeping mode and etc of how long to stay in the mode and being able to start a different scheduled mode to operate. It would explain things a bit more too. The settings are the easiest to understand how to get the most or the best out of it. Being able to connect it to SmartThings and/or Apple Home would be great. It would help run my home more efficiently. The app could use a bit more creativity. Right now it’s use is very limited.

A fascinating view
Although the app is not perfect, it has been one of my most frequently opened apps since I purchased the River 2 back in 2023. I now have three Delta units, and love them dearly. I enjoy the real time performance, but I do wish that some of the more recent additions like historic data, ability to turn off the device, and specific input data would be shared with other devices. For instance, I love the three options above for my Delta Pro 3, but still do not have them for a Delta 2 or Delta 2 MAX. If you have the latest units, you’ll have the best features. Still, the app is one of the reasons I love the Ecoflow brand.

DeltaPro helps me run Home Office on Solar
I purchased the Delta Pro as a backup system for the occasional interruptions that can occur during my busy season when I cannot afford to be without power. The February 2021 big freeze we had here in Texas had many without power for up to a week. I have my Delta Pro attached to 1600 watts of solar panels and it supplies power to a desktop with monitors and peripherals. The power seems to be clean. I have adjusted the settings through the very useful app to tailor the units characteristics to best suit my objectives. I am very pleased with this unit and I recommend it for those wanting an all-in-one unit that is expandable at this price point.

customer service
Issues with shipping was not handled in a professional manner through the trucking service that was chosen to make the delivery. My panels went from California to Idaho, and finally to Tucson about a 30 day journey and 1000+ extra miles I didn’t need to go the box is pretty messed up but they pack product well and it was in the great condition now that I have have my panels. I am impressed went smoothly after I was able to get a hold of somebody from customer service. The automated service is very subpar. Please pay more attention to your customers. We spent a lot of money on these solar generators. I don’t mind paying for the best but to be the best, you need to have a good communication with your customers, thank you for your wonderful product. It is great.

EcoFlow stands behind their product.
I have owned several EcoFlow power banks over two years all first generation and until April last month I experienced issues with three of my units. Two delta max 2000 and a river pro. After reviewing my video describing issues they determined I needed to send them back. I received three shipping labels and was given a choice of having them repaired which would take longer or request refurbished ones which they would ship immediately upon receiving my units. I chose refurbished units and only the river pro was new as they did not have refurbished ones in stock. I want to thank Zyla and Hannah for being patient with me as I had misunderstood several things and even when I got frustrated, they maintained a positive and professional attitude. All this happened the end of April and by 14 May, 2024 I had received all three units back. I have many power grid failures in Texas with the recent storms and I am very grateful that EcoFlow stands behind their products and their customer support is first class.

Keep up the good work
Love our eco flow river pro 600, a great little battery that has saved my hide more than once. Use for CPAP, kids charging on road trips, and occasional miscellaneous powered use outdoors. I finally pulled the full 600watts the other day when the power was out and I plugged in my coffee maker. Worked great and got a smile from the wife. So many apps are abandonware for devices like these, great to see a committed development group revving and updates released regularly. Using WiFi to connect to it is a little counterintuitive, but the security is worth it And providing an email address to create an account is really just table stakes any more for electronics devices, people really need to get over that. If you are that paranoid you shouldn't use a phone or computer at all (or have one, but don't turn it on) There are even throw away email addresses you can get if you are so paranoid or spam adverse Anyway, there are clearly hard working engineers behind this project - thank you to the team for a great looking app and product!

Off grid living
I just want to say I love my ECOFLOW delta pro and extra battery!! I live in a cargo trailer converted into a house 🥰 I use my ECOFLOW every day 24/7! I’m completely remote and I love I can monitor my power with this app so I know my dogs are safe and okay while I’m gone. I like that I can see how long I have until the battery is empty while away from my trailer. Plus the ability to remotely turn power on and off. I can’t wait to have the dual fuel generator so I can have cold a/c for my pups while I’m away without worrying about having to start a generator to take over when charge is low! I can’t wait to see the new one soon!

Game changer
I have the delta pro with extra battery powered by 6 240 watt solar panels. After using all the power we need not conserving all day and night I’m usually charged to 100% before noon on a sunny day. If I’m fogged in I might have to fire up my firman generator to help charge both units for a couple hours once every few days at our off grid property in central Oregon. This past winter we were down to minus 6 degrees for a few days and my main concern was keeping the propane tank full for heat not the power to run it. Have a small 3’ x 4’ x 2’ high power house outside so there is absolutely no noise whatsoever. Thanks for the piece of mind Randy

App becomes more useless the more it’s updated
EcoFlow has gone downhill fast. I was very high on EcoFlow in the beginning but I’m getting more and more annoyed by them now. This app used to be workable but after multiple updates the app won’t take my password (says incorrect password even though it’s the same one I use to log into their website). Let’s not even get started with the fact that an internet login is required to access your EcoFlow device that’s right in front of you - this login requirement is purely to track people’s usage “ostensibly” for marketing purposes. And I won’t go into the lack of usability of their website. I’m uninstalling this app and please EcoFlow don’t patronize me by asking me to contact your support people - you already have plenty of feedback on the app stores from many, many people about what you need to fix.

Eco Flow App and Batteries
After using the EcoFlow Delta Pro batteries for 2 plus years. The batteries combined with the software provide the best monitoring system compared to the other batteries systems on the market. When EcoFlow come out with the Smart Panel to integrate with the home electrical panel to power the home with the Delta Pro and I know I have invested in the right batteries system to provide the backup power for the home. The application continued to improve with version upgrades to help users monitor the performance and usage of the batteries system. I am very pleased and happy that I chose EcoFlow as my battery solution for my home.

Good app overall. Could use some tweaks
While the app does what it says it will do, the update process is sometimes a multi-step series of updates. First you do update one which reveals update two, etc. This means it may take longer to do the update process than you expected. And having to leave the phone app up on the phone's screen while the update occurs is a bit of a pain. It needs background functionality so you can still use your phone for other things while the app on the Ecoflow device updates. Other than that, it is a good app and it is nice to see frequent updates so that my EcoFlow systems work their very best.

Loving my Delta 2 Max and 400W solar panels!
Understanding that there are several great brands with portable battery solutions out there I decided to go with EcoFlow due to the array of devices and solutions for different situations such as home power backup during blackouts, camping and just being off grid. I also like the form factor of the batteries and the fact cables and connections go at opposite ends of the unit and not on the sides like competitors which limit your use when the units are close to totes or stacked for transport! Tested the unit with a CPAP and charged with solar to top it off. Worked flawlessly! Will give me confidence when I am camping off grid!

Happy customers with notes
Eco flow is top shelf product, the app is good aside from the blue tooth connection being a little clunky at times …. If I open the app there’s normally a game of selecting my device and going back to the main menu interface once or twice before I get a solid connection with accurate charge figures . Aside from that I would only ask for the features used the most to be somewhere on the main page rather than having to go a few steps further into the interface, like the “charge wattage control” and “charge limit control”

good app…
The app does a good job of giving you lots of options, especially for like the Delta 2… I don’t have as many options on the EcoFlow river to, but that might be because I don’t have the latest firmware on that battery… Hopefully all the features are available on all batteries, except where a specific function is not capable by a given battery of course of course. The biggest thing I’d like to see as far as an in-app feature is a cycle count of the battery… I mean how do and we know if we’re getting the advertise number of cycles or anywhere near it?

Back to dial up
These apps are getting more abyssymal as we go, every software update is an excersise in humiliation for using these products. I have the pro, the max, the mini and the plus, I have the smart panel but afraid to have it installed dur to endless aggrivation of reconnecting after an update ruins everything over and over. “Is your wifi flashing”? Oh yes, memories of Lexmark printer installation disk on dial up in early 90’s, now my max won’t load or rcognize in the app, is your wifi still flashing? Grrrrrrrrrrrr! If there were a store I could dump all this stuff on the counter and get my $$$ back, I would.

Really good app, just one complaint.
I don’t know if it’s just me, but I wish there were more notifications associated with the device that is paired to my phone. for instance, it would be cool for the app to let me know that my batteries done charging because I don’t like to keep it plugged in overnight. another example could be the app giving me a notification letting me know that the battery is too hot and it needs to be placed somewhere cool. This would be very useful as I went to Mexico and it overheated in the car because I forgot I left it in there. Overall 9 out of 10 app would recommend for anybody that has any EcoFlow Products.

Really Disappointing
I have a love/hate relationship with Ecoflow. Love because the system works well… for the most part. The app connecting is buggy and seems to get worse with each iOS update so can’t monitor levels often. This is problematic as the screen on the unit is garbage, aka unreadable, and their support told me to use the app instead rather than fixing or replacing the unit. (Screen went out after about one month of use.) The company seems to be more interested in creating more offers to sell than customer satisfaction and service which is disappointing. If things don’t change, I’m sure there will be another worthy competitor soon that can take my business and loyalty. I so wanted for Ecoflow to care and be THE company I endorse. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Overall a pretty good reliable app
Overall I give it a 9.5 out of 10. I think everything is great about it. It connected easy and tech-support is easy to talk to. If you have any issues or questions I plug it up to 110 W foldable panel on my apartment patio just to get some sun here and there, sometimes entire panel is not getting sun. Nothing will show up in the input. I wish I had like a indicator that the panel was working but as soon as I move it into full sun, it lights up up to about 70 W of input. overall, that is my only complaint which is tiny

JUNK. EcoFlow unit and app is a failure.
I have a Delta mini. Welcome to a world of frustration. It will require you to give them your email address in order to use this app, WHY? Can't connect to wifi, will give you unable to join error even when your phone is connected to the unit via wifi. Will need to reset unit multiple times. Then you will get "Obtaining device's SN failed." Bluetooth? There is no bluetooth connection. Lies. If you cannot connect to unit with EcoFlow's wifi, you cannot use this device properly. Xboost and screen settings etc are completely dependent on this defective app. Wifi connection will be lost and forgotten after 24 hours, you will go through this frustration again and again. Stay away from this company. Surprised a class action lawsuit hasn't been filled against EcoFlow.

Worth the money
I own 3 different sized devices, they have saved me during multiple power outages, kept my Wi-Fi and tv online during storm with no power and are extremely convenient for outings. Solar panels charge them very quickly in direct sun. I’ve been very impressed. I will say customer service needs to be more responsive, I have had a small issue with the smallest of the 3 systems and have not been able to get customer service to get back to me despite multiple attempts over several months. Products are still very worth it

Rocksolid
The EcoFlow equipment is well designed with quality parts and looks good. The software app works well and I like the graphical layout for the battery and control panel. The statistics pages are very useful to track power usage. It is programmable to turn the power on and off your circuits. My only critique is I wish the programmable feature had more functionality, for example, a trigger based on an event like battery level, or an API that would allow an external automation feature that could be integrated into something like Home Assistant.

Unauthorized access is possible. Security issue?
My neighbor bought the same Delta 2 model. I see it when open the application. It’s accessible via Bluetooth. I can change settings. He can do the same. How can I protect my device from unauthorized access? Can I prevent linking my device to other profiles? Nope, even if I link device to my profile in app, anyone can do the same later without any authentication just by looking for device via Bluetooth, and turn off any output, or change settings. This is critical security issue.

Glitchy and Broken WiFi
App is pretty cool but works terribly inconsistently. Spent over 4 hours trying to get wifi to work right. Ecoflow actually connected to my hotspot device and gets IP, but still says failed to connect. I’m trying to test another wifi access point now, but the WiFi scanner in the app is broken, won’t even show nearby networks anymore now. I also tried unlinking and linking again, but WiFi setup fails again even when I connect to the Ecoflow hotspot on my phone directly. For the amount of money I spent, every advertised feature should work right out of the box.
