There should be notifications for more things - for example, it tells you when someone read your email, but not when they reply? 🧐😩 Also please fix the constant notification error where it just stops giving you notifications for new leads, when you check the notification settings in the app it tells you there’s an error and to log out and back in again, but that doesn’t fix it. So then I tried hard resetting the app, then my phone, with no luck. So now I’m uninstalling and reinstalling in hopes it will now work for me. It’s just crazy to me with the amount eLeads chargers customers monthly they don’t make sure they have a state of the art cutting edge app as a part of their platform.
This app is super nice for checking the customer in and putting the trade in and that’s about it. I don’t see why it brings up the process on the phone when I’d like to be able to edit the trade, what car we are looking at and even changing addresses etc. it’s impossible once they are checked in because it just brings up the process again. I feel like it’d be more beneficial for us to be able to do more on the app on the fly when we are outside or even on the sales floor.
I don’t know what happened to this system. Last 6 months it has gone down the toilet. Super long lag times on desktop to refresh screens. Yes temp / cookie files cleared out daily. Try working remotely. Bigger joke. We have fastest internet service you can buy and apologizing to customer about lag times is embarrassing. I would not recommend this system to any business. My time is valuable and I’m burning a lot of time waiting for screens to refresh. App doesn’t work well with Apple products.///// 7/9/22 -Last 2days system lands on buy my domain. A big overall improvement from the original eLeads app. Much nicer UI and UX, along with other features that make it a breeze. However, I’d like to be able to properly use landscape mode. Every time you do anything in-app, it turns the landscape view the other way, making it nearly impossible to use cases with keyboards. (Home button facing to the right). I’d also like to see a feature implemented to where you can upload a video to send to a customer from your photo gallery.

It’d be great if could-. -Load info from License scan into CRM and save ID at same time. Can see client pic in entity screen -individual # for client to text back to. If following correct legal procedures, instead of using personal cell phone we should have a master phone # per rooftop and then an ext. for the consultant so clients can always reach out via text on same #. Hassle for both client and consultant when using randomized The flow is just missing something. App functionality getting better but still needs tweaked.
Been trying to use the app for weeks now since I got the new iPhone. I cannot use any of the icons on the top two corners so I cannot add new customers or scan licenses. I am guessing it is not formatted to the new screen of the iPhones with the new Dynamic Island. So that renders the app completely useless for me and I cannot perform my duties to the fullest at the dealership. Please update quickly and accordingly.
This is 100% a game changer to the car business! You can take a customer from hello to goodbye without ever having to leave the customers side! Creates an incredible customer experience as well! If you want to stand out and be different this is the way! Your competition isn’t using something like this! Be a trend setter!
Really nice update and much easier to use. The video is a really nice feature. Make sure your video is 90 seconds or less or it won’t save/send. Texting has gifs and is easy to upload a photo which I use a lot.
This app makes using eLeads easier on your work computer. I can scan drivers licenses and vehicle trade-in door VIN plates. Sometimes it gives you an error when trying to log in, but you can just delete the app and then re-install it to make it work again.
Please make the appropriate updates to your app. I do a lot of work from the app and constantly have to shut it down and re-load the app because it locks up or stalls. This should not be an issue with a company your size. Please make the appropriate investments and correct these issues. Usually, this is a direct reflection that upper management is not giving other departments the resources they need to do their jobs.
The functionality of this app was mediocre at best, but now doesn’t work at all on iPhone 14 Pro and iOS 16. You’d think with as often as something gets tweaked on the web interface, as evidenced by daily new release notes, someone in mobile development could have updated the app.
It’s been nearly a month where I haven’t been able to use the mobile CRM and it’s been a MAJOR inconvenience. Please update the app to work with iPhone 14 Pro. I also work with another salesman who hasn’t been able to use the app for near 3 months now who uses an iPhone 11. With how much the app is pushed as a convenient way to keep track of valuable information, this issue needs to be addressed ASAP.
This has got to be the worst crm in the entire world! It’s so cumbersome to use on your phone in the first place but now doesn’t work at all…this is costing me customers because instead of making calls outside, I have to sit by the dang computer and on top of that I can’t check on reply’s unless I have a laptop!🤬Like come on, figure this out for everyones sake and this is obviously been going on for a while now!
The app eliminates the need for using a desktop or laptop. Everything in the palm of your hand. You do t even need to type comments, you can speak them! Highly recommend!
This new version doesn’t show all the appointments scheduled for the day or the ones that are already in showroom. Version 4.5 did show them and would have a green dot or red dot next to it if the appointment didn’t come in but this new version has a lot of issues in that regard and it looks like it only shows a few appointments as opposed to all of them. Please fix this
I’ve attempted to give the app an opportunity and try it for a few months but it straight up doesn’t work. I can’t get past the log in screen and when pressing for help there’s no feedback or response. This app is supposed to make my job a little easier however, it’s just a waste of phone space at this point.
Technical issues happen once in a while making it a huge inconvenience for work. Also the app is not user friendly at all, definitely needs work especially when searching a customer by name
Won’t let me log in now that the main website added two factor authentication with their “one login” feature. Please fix the app to allow to sign in again. This app is incredibly useful if I don’t have my computer in front of me. Thanks you
Use this app for work and it worked well on my iPhone 12 and I would give it 4.5 stars for usability. I upgraded to an iPhone 14 and the app stopped working completely. Open the app to a white screen and eventually it just closes the app and returns me to my Home Screen.
Super clunky. Mobile app doesn’t work when you get a new phone for some reason just shows a blank white screen. Saw other reviews so that’s been an issue for over a year. Looks terrible. Difficult user interface to train newbies on. I could go on but I don’t want to waste even more time than I already do using E Leads.
E-lead doesn’t work on my new iPhone 14 Pro Max which I don’t see why not. I’ve tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and that doesn’t work. I mean I never really liked this CRM to begin with but now I hate it that much more. They really need to step their game up. If you’re looking for a good CRM go with VinSolutions CRM it’s much more responsive and works on any phone or tablet
I’ve had this app and used it daily for several years. I just got a new iPhone 13 pro. This app doesn’t work on the new phone. It won’t even open. Totally useless. I’ve contacted elead by phone and they say they will start a ticket and email me. I haven’t heard a thing from them and that was 2 weeks ago. Totally worthless.
App is mediocre at best. Lots of bugs and glitches, not user friendly, very clunky. We rely on this app tremendously to take care of our customers and generate income to survive. Simply put this app does not meet the standards it should for high volume dealerships. I’d think twice before paying this company.
After updating to iOS 13.1, the video function crashes the app. I’ve tried on two different iPhones both with iOS13 and neither work. This video feature is crucial to me doing my job well, and at the moment the app is a serious hinderance to that.
I’ve installed, deleted, and reinstalled this app like 5 times. Every time I launch it, I get a blank white screen. Talked to Eleads support and was told it’s a “known issue” and they’re “working on a fix.” That was months ago. The app is completely non-functional and the support/development team are completely incompetent.
Still just a white screen after months of this bug being reported. Dealerships paying thousands to use their service and sales people unable to handle CRM while on the lot or on the go…which is literally every sales persons daily life. Frustrating to say the least.
A smooth and easy CRM system that you can use on your app....that won’t crash?!? This ones the bees knees, the whole enchilada, the cherry on top of the sundae!
E Leads as a whole is outdated, clunky and barely usable but the app is even worse when it did work I couldn’t click on half the things on my screen as it wouldn’t register and now since they have introduced the SSO I cannot login at all as it directs me to use the SSO login but won’t allow me to. Pathetic excuse for a CRM.
The app would be more useful if the task would execute when clicking the phone number. Instead going back to the task after you’ve made the call, seems very inefficient. Just my suggestion. Thanks

I downloaded the app and signed in. None of the correspondence I have had with any clients show up. Whenever I refresh a page, it would just take me back to my client list. It doesn’t even SHOW MY FULL LIST OF CLIENTS! This app is complete 100% garbage, just use the browser. No redeeming qualities.

This is outdated. It’s slow, cannot add DL, Info on one screen to make it easy. With this app you have to go through many touches to get things done. Not very helpful at all. Please update !!! As of today the app is frozen and cannot do anything on it. I want out.
Super outdated and very complicated to use specially the Desktop version they have to simplify the software and get rid of the Pop ups. Change the Comment section to Notes. And put a Notification Tab. Making the Font a bit bigger on the desktop version would help
I have used a number of CRM systems and their Mobile apps. It’s not very user friendly nor can you see your actual appointment times ? That is HUGE .. pretty disappointed
This app does not work on IPhone 13. All I get is is the white screen. I called in to the support team in early July and was told it is a known issue and they were working on it. Today is Aug 16 and no fix has happened. Seems we all need to make sure GM’s and Dealer Principle know how their investment is working.
Cannot log in all, I get the white screen and the app then crashes after a few seconds. Worked just fine on the iPhone 13 Pro. Also deleting and reinstalling the app does absolutely nothing!
App constantly messes up the most basic of tasks. Today it uploaded a video completely upside down that I took from the same orientation on purpose. It still flipped them at random. What a great look for our dealership!!! Thanks guys. Do better.
My work uses this app and have not been able to access the app for 2 months since getting a new phone. Tech support told me they are aware of the issue but 2 months and no solution? Be better please
App has been nothing but a white screen for a couple of days now and even when it does load it’ doesn’t really work. Doesn’t show me 1/2 of what I need. A real inconvenience. Especially when it interferes with my money.
From always force signing users out, to talk to text not working with this app, the apps constant force closing, and now not even working with mobile data...way more issues then we have experienced with other crm apps.
It worked ok for several months then it just shows a limited amount of inventory and covers the search bar where you can’t search for inventory. It’s completely useless to me now.
Every time I get a new iPhone it takes almost half a year for the app to start being compatible with it. Please fix this as the point of the app is for eleads to be convenient
It used to work ok ,but now when I try to open the app it pauses on a white screen. Then after 10 seconds the CRM Mobile app kicks me out! This is effecting my relationships with clients (probably loosing me money)therefore I’m very disappointed!
