The ability to see multiple properties at once it’s very beneficial. I love the fact that you can sort and filter how you want the app to appear teach individual tech. Support for the app is excellent and their customer service is outstanding!!
The app is great. It would be helpful for our company if we could select more than 3 properties at a time. We share maintenance staff between most of our properties as they are all in the same area and it woild be helpful if they could see everything they need to do all at once.
Glitches are endless Nothing is consistent No templates are the same Will shut down unexpectedly without saving work No ‘undo’ button after inspection is submitted or way to edit it Pictures taken on phone or tablet don’t populate during desktop approval of inspections meaning no way to charge residents for damages Takes 10+ mins to take a photo under one field, but won’t let you continue until said photo is loaded Photo won’t load and app will kick you out after extreme wait times If Wi-Fi connection is lost, entire inspection is lost No fields for certain rooms
Only issue I have with Entrata is on the maintenance inspection section where I do my inspections and then submit them. I can no longer get in and view or make changes.
App constantly crashes when I try to add photos. When it does work, the photo takes, shows it briefly, but doesn’t add it to the work order. This is a constant, everyday problem. I’m also not the only one this is happening to.
The app is great, until you have it downloaded for a week. Stops working and no matter how much you close it and reopen it, the page will not refresh or give you and new work orders. That is until you uninstall it and reinstall it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times.
I’ve contacted support a couple times with no follow up responses after several weeks. The app is fine, but if anything goes wrong then best of luck on your own.
The app it’s so hard to understand, in website you can see apartment number easy and type apartment number to check if it’s occupied or not. I never recommend to use this app to work
This app will completely destroy your maintenance department! -no 2 way communication! -no scheduling feature! -refresh takes forever -glitches, freezes up all the time -does not sync well -multiple properties are constantly lost or do not appear in the drop down ( you’ll have to reset the app and that takes forever)
Everytime I use it and try to complete a work order at work one of my work orders are stuck and can’t complete it or delete it off when it’s done any solutions?
For the past 6 days or so, the app has been crashing on iPhone and iPad, but not for my coworker with an android. I cannot open the app to view work orders and this has created a massive inconvenience for our team.
