I tried to find their tech support but the mobile web on phone is completely disabled. When i login it just loads a blank screen. Ever since they integrated manager control into my app, i cannot access anything on the mobile app. Pretty useless for checking in my employees or even looking at my own pay stubs. I’ll remove the review if someone from their tech team actually helps me with this issue since that seems impossible. Would love to actual use this app like how it use to be.
I use this daily to clock in and out of work. I can do everything on the mobile app that I could do on the computer. This makes you stay on top of your personal information which makes my life easier. I recommend this app for everyone.
Managers are not tied to their desktops to manage their teams. If you have an internet connection you are good to be on the go and still see who is clocked in a working, who is off on PTO, access allowed employee information, etc. And the mobile app is intuitive and easy to use!!
The employee app is simple and easy to use. It’s convenient to be able to see all your information in one place to include my pay stubs and benefit elections. I also enjoy the fact that they allow for Face ID instead of having to input my password every time.
I work from home and this app makes it super easy to navigate my personal information, view my paystub‘s, clock in and out And so much more. I love the facial recognition that works with my phone. I can even see my benefit information!! So awesome!!
The ESELFSERVE app gives employees plenty of autonomy by allowing them to easily clock in, request time off, or keep track of PTO balance and multiple other functions. It works properly and isn’t confusing to figure out!
This is hands down the easiest time tracking app I’ve used with an employer. It’s easy to keep all of my information in one place without having to get to a computer.
Very easy to use to clock in and out, which is nice since I work remote. I can review my timecard and make PTO requests in the app, too. I can also approve my time card when it’s time to submit for payroll. Overall, it’s very easy to use.

I use this app every workday to clock in and out, sign my time cards and keep up with company newsfeed info. It’s also very easy to access my pay stubs and my W-2’s. Such an easy to use and intuitive app.
What is the point of having an option to add a preferred name, if it doesn’t change my name anywhere on the app? People who have a preferred name definitely prefer to see it over their legal name. I’m transgender and my co workers can see my legal/dead name instead of what they call me. It can be confusing, and upsetting, since that’s not my name anymore. Getting a legal name change is 400 dollars which is why some people can’t change their name.
This is a great app for logging your timecard and contains all the necessary functions for daily use. I’m not sure it could be any easier. Highly recommend!
The ability to submit time off requests, view hours available, clock in/out, view vouchers - even benefit plans from my phone is so helpful. Love this app!

The app makes my day so much easier. I can use my phone for anything I need from benefits, scheduling, and approving my employees time cards. I am able to clock in from anywhere!
It would be nice if I could actually click my pay stubs, without being sent directly to the wheel of death. Every time I go to my paystubs it glitches and everything disappears. I tried to quickly click the arrow with a specific stub, but the information appears for a second. Then, it goes directly to the loading screen.
The time clock feature to clock in and out doesn’t pull up the screen is just frozen. When I tired to get a hold of app support on the website the chat box I asked to help me rudely ended the chat after asking if I was the administrator. Very rude customer service
This app is great not only for myself as a manager but for my team members. Great improvements since the app first launched. Highly recommend APS payroll.
I have used this app for a few years on my iPad to log my hours into my timesheet. Since the last update, it has not worked. I have had to load the app onto my Motorola phone. It works there.
Won’t load! Blank screen after login. I’ve closed the app multiple times. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times. And still nothing! Somebody help me, please!
The app won’t even go past the log in page and there’s no one to call. I need my pay stubs. It just goes to a blank page you can’t get out of upon signing in.
I have app. It will not work. Called company for help. They offered no help. Asked if phone was up to date. It was. They said they didn’t know what was wrong.
The time clock is missing from my app so the only thing it’s good for is paystub but useless if I can’t save or print my paystubs either. What a waste!
