Pre order review

Great place and great people always feel welcomed! Only had one issue I did the pre order texted me said it was ready and when I got there to pick it up was told they did not have what I ordered! It takes me over a hour to get there would have been nice to know you guys were out of it! But other then that the pre order is easy and convenient!

Great app to complement great business

I was a first time customer in the Kalamazoo location today. I walked away, thoroughly impressed with their staff knowledge and kindness to provide the best customer support. I was highly encouraged to download their app which I have found to be just as impressive. Products on app are so much more detailed and descriptive then most other competitors can offer. I highly recommend!

Diamond Man

Exclusive is a game changer when it comes to the Canabis Industry. You cannot find any better product or serviced anywhere in the United States top notch five star service all the way and the product is exceptionally awesome from the recreational to medical. You cannot go wrong with accessories and all the name brands in the industry, you have to try them out you will be happy.

Glitchy

So i love exclusive but the app not so much. I like to search by brand. But no matter if I select 1 brand or multiple brands literally nothing pops up. Searching thru all the brands is time consuming. So hopefully they can fix this. Ive tried everything over and over to search using the “sorting” method. And it will not produce results. I use an iphone 13. Anyway like I said they have great products but Im struggling to make the app seach options work correctly.

Great place

The place and employees are always great, unfortunately the app has been having a lot of issues. It hasn’t let me into it it just kicks me out of it. Update: the app had a very nice update however it doesn’t let me even sign in. It says I have wrong credentials when I know I do not. And anytime I click forgot password to change it it just says error. I can even use my rewards or anything.

Love this place! App isn’t great though

I love love love this place compared to others in the area. Truly awesome people who work their. I do not care for this app though. It’s hard to scroll. Some items show the content, some do not. The app crashes a lot. It also asks me to make an account every single time after I order...but I’ve made an account and am signed in on the app. So I don’t know what’s up with that. Overall exclusive is a great place, but the app needs work.

Very clean

A lot of dispensaries don’t have apps and when they do they aren’t usually this nice looking. I love the look of it and the fact that you can easily place online orders. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is simply because of the lack of a “Dark mode” option in the settings menu… 🌚 ᴱᵐᵇʳᵃᶜᵉ ᵗʰᵉ ᵈᵃʳᵏⁿᵉˢˢ

Excellent service!

We went to Exclusive on Thursday and were amazed at the organization and service! I thought we would be waiting in the cold but they have a huge tent with awesome heaters in it . Once inside everyone in the service dept. knew all the answers to the questions we had. Hanin helped us with questions and was so helpful with everything we wanted. She deserves 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lost my rewards

I have used this dispensary because of location and quality however it’s latest app update has caused me to loose almost 900 reward points, unless something can be done to correct this I will be looking elsewhere

Excellent customer service

Every time I come in everyone on the staff is so knowledgeable and attentive. Shout out to Big B for always holding it down, giving quality advice on products, and always putting a smile on my face. You guys rock keep it up!

Great product great people

My first visit was about a 1 1/2 hours wait. Second visit was only 15 minutes. Both times were great experiences. Staff friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This is the way it should be. Thank you! JL

Price increase

Love this place. Drive almost 4 hours to get there from Indianapolis. Super efficient, and fast... tons of options. Only issue is- they just hiked their prices up- like a lot. Not sure if I will be able to continue shopping here😞

Info on this app

I love this app because I can see everything and the % of THC or cbd in each product. When I go into the store I can be overwhelmed with all of the choices, so this helps me greatly.

Love This Place!!!!

The wait was only about 25 minutes which was much better than what i’ve heard. They have a great selection with a very knowledgable staff that are in a hurry to help but let you take time to decide! Shout out to Big B for the plug on the VFIRE. Great product👍.

your app

is the fricking worst. i’ve deleted and re-downloaded it yet it still is asking me to turn on my location which is ON to be able to even see the menu or order. i’ve been disappointed w other things about your business which is why i took a break but coming back to this ensures i won’t come back at all. i’m sure it doesn’t matter to you to lose a customer but it should.

okay app

App shows no indication of limits. I had a big order that went over the limit. I did not realize until I picked up my order and stuff was missing. I also never received any rewards points for that order.

Best cannabis app yet

This is by far one of the best cannabis apps I have found yet! Easy to navigate, awesome photos, great descriptions and cool reward point system! With lots of locations I think It’s worth a look!

Can’t use app anymore

This app worked great up until recently. I tried to open it a couple days ago and today and it shuts itself down. Can’t access it at all. I did just use the website as backup but I really do like the setup of the app. Please fix 🫶

Real-time Adult-use Menu

Happy Place!

Cannot register

Its not possible to register/link your accounts because you're not able to see the entire registration screen. Its very zoomed in and you cannot move left/right, only up/down. If you enter information in one of the lines, it zooms in even further.

Updated app is terrible!!!!

It has locked me out, it won’t even recognize my email and allow me to reset my password! The format and just about everything is trash! Roll back to to previous app format You actually went horribly in the wrong direction. This is terrible!

The old version is a lot better. This update says store is closed and will open at 9:00am well it’s 11:00am and the app still says store is closed how? Won’t let me sign into my account so I had to make a brand new one. Horrible experience with the new app changes
