Great app
My apartment community recently started utilizing Fetch to assist with the influx of packages arriving in the leasing office. At first I was a little annoyed, but after using the service initially, I realized this was much better than the leasing office accepting my deliveries! I don't have to wait in their office (during their limited office hours) for them to search around the store room for my package. I just ship my orders to the Fetch warehouse, they receive it, and many times I can schedule delivery to my door on the same day, during a convenient delivery window! That way no packages sit outside my door for hours for the package thieves to steal. The app is great, and always sends me notifications when a package has been received at the warehouse, I can schedule my delivery window, then I'm notified again right when my packages are dropped off outside my door! Great service and the app is seamless!

Unfortunately Required Service
My first few months using this service at my apartments was okay, but this wasn’t my preferred method for deliveries. My complex unfortunately requires residents to utilize Fetch Delivery Services for all packages. The past 6 months using this service have been horrible though from missing packages, lost items, deliveries made outside of the scheduled timeframes, and not being refunded or financially compensated for packages their company has lost in a timely manner. When items do not arrive in the scheduled window I have even reached out to reschedule, but they deliver anyway when I’m not home and my package is gone by the time I get back. By far the worst part of my experiences with Fetch and the common issue has been communication. It is an overwhelming task trying communicate with this company any time I have had an issue with deliveries. By the time anyone responds to communication and you begin to explain, they have assigned someone else to the thread (because phone calls are not possible) and you have to resubmit all information and explain the situation again. I have reported my concerns to my complex in hopes that when others do the same we can either find another delivery service or that they will allow us to have packages delivered directly to our complex.

Protect yourself from Fetch
I would love to tell you about it. Do not expect Fetch to back you up if one of their gig “couriers” games the Fetch system and steals your stuff. Have a doorbell camera. Don’t have their “couriers” leave it at the door. If you have to contact Fetch for customer service don’t set your expectations high. Even when I was fully owed a reimbursement because the warehouse admitted fault, it took over two weeks to get the reimbursement. My apartment complex uses Fetch and hate this downgrade. Last straw was a package where I was right at the door when the notification came it had been dropped off (no picture). I opened the door and it was not there. I immediately attempted to contact Fetch (good luck). Two hours later, I got an email reply, then finally a call after requiring it. I told that person the above she asked about the picture. I said it wasn’t in the app, she agreed she couldn’t see it. Said she would investigate and get back. An hour later a picture was emailed to me and the app was update. I was told someone else must have stole the packages inside my secured apartment complex. Right?!?!?! I’m done. In this case it’s a $18 dollar package they REFUSE to cover. Cheaper lesson for me. Next move I will be asking if these guys are dealing with my packages and if so, welp I can move elsewhere. Terrible service, no accountability, goodbye.

This services do not provide any added benefit!
Want your package delay and go missing, this service is for you. I can’t express how much I dislike this service but since it required by my building complex, I can’t do anything about it. At first it was nice, the first two package was on time in the slotted time frame and same day. Then after a while, they keep delivering outside of my time slot. I had complain so many time about them being late. I was waiting for my package and had something to important do after but they ended up not delivery that day and rescheduled the next day and again still outside the time frame window. I gave up on signing for my package which defeat the purpose of this service as it suppose to provide security. Now I just do express where I don’t have to sign but “express” is not how you describe extra 2 days add on to your delivery time. Forgot paying for extra for fast delivery because it will never come on time. I got my package missing and they can’t do anything about it since it “lost” or never received even thought there was photo proof. The facility they have are not secure at all and if they are close at the time of your delivery, your package will go missing. I had delivery guy call me at 7am since they can’t enter because it was close. If your apartment required this please avoid it at all costs.

Forced to use, false promises, and missing packages
Oddly I have lived in a location for over 4 years and all of a sudden due to a lack of staffing and high turn over rate we are now forced to send and packages to a warehouse. Reading there is 0 ownership of the package when the service receives it. The terms of you read them, remove liability for missing packages for the apartment complex and then also fetch. It’s not there problem. What a great business idea if to drain money out of residents that already are paying inflated rent prices. Hi welcome to your new resident, you don’t have a mail box it’s actually located in a different city, so you can’t have a registered address to do any business in, even though it’s you working from home. We are not allowed to send packages to a 3rd party. Seem like no one really wants to deliver. And why not put the cost and liability on the resident. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not trust this service. Complain and begin to push back. This is the worst service ever. I have lost 0 packages before fetch. With fetch I have lost 5 now. That’s what they do make you “fetch” your own package. Shoot I may be better off going to the fulfillment center my self. Instead of moving the item between warehouses to get it lost. Cut out the middle man. Goodness.

Useless
This service is the most useless service I have ever heard of. I just moved to a new apartment that requires us to use this service as all our packages get routed to their facilities. I made an expensive purchase with expedited next day shipping. I get a notification at noon that my package was delivered. I check the tracking and it was sent to them. I check this app…no info on my package. I check 3 hours after ups said it was deliver. Nothing. I call Fetch and they don’t know if they have my package and say they’re waiting on it to me processed. I call back an hour later. Still nothing. I ask them to pay for my expedited fee, they refused and hung up on me. So I decided to go the the facilities myself to pick up my package 5 hours after they received it. They inform me that the just finished the previous days shipments and won’t be getting to mine today. So naturally, I get upset. I have a package, that should have been delivered at noon being held hostage my a service I'm being forced to pay for. I don’t understand the point of this service, we are paying for inconvenience, crappy service, and unreliability. This is an absolute scam. You can set up pick up at FedEx and UPS facilities for free.

Not accessible. Not a good service.
Our complex recently switched to Fetch in lieu of package lockers. Now that we’ve been using the service for a little over a month. It is not great. I track my packages like a hawk, and frequently they will arrive, but Fetch will schedule a delivery either late in the day, or the following day. This is especially frustrating when priority shipping is purchased. Additionally, the app is not fully accessible with VoiceOver, so we have a lot of difficulty navigating the app and figuring out how to schedule delivery times. Buttons and options are not labeled correctly, and this is especially frustrating because we are effectively forced to use the app (the website is not better). We have automatic scheduling enabled to work around this, but as mentioned before, we never receive our packages in a timely manner. Lastly, if you receive a package addressed directly to you and it gets dropped off at the post office, apparently Fetch intercepts it? This feels...sketchy to me. Regardless of all the positive copy I hear from my apartment complex and Fetch themselves, this is not a great experience for the end user, and is not a good replacement for package lockers (what we had previously).

Constant Issues With Delivery
For the last couple of months I have been having issues with my packages being delivered. When Fetch first started doing our deliveries I had no problems. Tonight the delivery person stated they attempted to deliver my package when they did not. I’m sitting in my living room right next to my front door had they knocked THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD NOT HAVE HEARD THEM, when I received the text I immediately phoned fetched the gentleman was very nice he put me hold to get in contact with the driver well while he has me on hold, I’m walking looking for the fetch truck by then my guest see the lady that’s delivering the packages in the garage on the 1st floor, he ask her was she fetch and she said yes, he told her she just marked my package as me not being at home and we are home, she stated she knocked but she did not knock. Please fetch speak with your delivery people about these issues that are happening. I understand this is a big complex and maybe walking it looking for apartments is to much but I’m never going to schedule a delivery and not be home. So please knock on my door because I’m always sitting next to the door when I know I have scheduled for my packages to be delivered ......

Don’t let your apartment complex switch to Fetch
Fetch has a number of issues that all can be traced back to their management of their business model. I will schedule delivery windows and they are frequently not met. I can understand this happening once or twice every once in a while due to staffing issues, but when it happens as often as it does, it’s clearly a managerial issue. Furthermore, the app does nothing to notify you when a delivery will be missed. I had a large package delivery I scheduled for last night between 5 pm and 9 pm; in order to schedule this, I had to agree to be home for the whole window, and I was. 9:30 PM rolls around and my package is nowhere to be seen, but the app still says “your package will be there by 9 pm.” I didn’t receive any notification that the delivery wasn’t going to be made until 10 am this morning. Like I said, there’s numerous obvious managerial issues with Fetch that have left me with absolutely no faith that delivery windows will be honored or met by Fetch. If your apartment is considering Fetch, let them know you do not want it. Opt for a service like ParcelPending instead.

Good sometimes but horrible when it isn’t
Most of the time, you get your packages a day later than they originally arrive but at least they’re pretty safe and delivered straight to your door. But about half the time recently, deliveries to fetch won’t be logged in their system for 2-3 maybe more days, deliveries will be scheduled and not attempted, and when you realize the package isn’t coming you may not even be able to reschedule it for 3-4 days because it’s held as “delayed”. Customer service is non existent, I have reached out several times over the months and never actually got a human response back. I’ve had missed windows that I could not reschedule, with a missed delivery time three hours ago still showing as “delivery scheduled” and no changes when I try to update it to the next day. When it works, it’s ok. Maybe even good if you’re very worried about porch pirates. But when it’s bad, it’s a horrible experience that will have you screaming and pulling your hair out at their bot because it’s the only one that answers your texts.

Great concept poor execution
Firstly, this app is rudimentary and does not provide things that should provide. Like live chat, or the ability to look at when a package actually arrives at the fetch facility. Three of my last four packages have had issues from delays or were lost. I feel like this could be a great concept, but the company has staffing issues and they are growing too quickly to properly. Serve the clients they have. I want my mail room back, because I doubt this company cares. It’s reflected in the basic app they have provided and the execution. Is well it adds a day to the delivery process.

Do I even get my packages?
Long story short. Package is delivered on a Monday at 2 pm local, they mark it to be delivered that night at the 6-9 pm window. They end up rescheduling the order around 5 to delay it to the next day, on- that’s fine, I get it. Next day, get another notice that no delivery times are available at 4 pm local. Ok fine, I’ll go to the hub and pick it up that day, I leave work early and arrive. Front desk lady give me my other two packages that were delivered that day, but the original package I’ve been wanting for two days that they rescheduled- they accidentally put it on the truck. They tell me it will be there that night at the 6-9 window “guaranteed”. Two hours later they delay the package in my app AGAIN. which begs the question, do you even deliver packages? Have you lost my packagse? Are you trying to steal my package? A full 48 hours and I still haven’t seen anything, and I’ve gotten the run around at every turn. Do yourself a favor and just wait on your doorstep all day until UPS or FedEx gets there, it will probably save you time.

Unreliable service DO NOT USE!
My apartment complex has forced the residents to use this service against the residents wishes. I received notice yesterday that a package had arrived at their facility. I booked the delivery hours between 4 - 6 PM while I would be home so I could receive the package in hand. At 6:15, the package had not been delivered. I left my apartment to run errands and received notice that the delivery person had dropped off my package at 6:40 which was well past the scheduled time. When I got back to my apartment, my package was gone! This was completely and totally avoidable if Fetch had delivered my package ON TIME when I had scheduled it. As a result, a care package containing several sentimental items from my mom is now gone. Fetch needs to make this right. This is completely inexcusable and I expect a full reimbursement for the items that you misplaced as result of your unreliable service. I will now be sending any and all package to a nearby UPS to avoid this issue from ever happening again. Unbelievable. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Liked it at first…
I’ve used this service a total of 4 times. The first two times, the experience was very pleasant. But the last two times I used this service, was this week, for two separate packages. Both packages I had issues with. I was forced to “reschedule” multiple times (for each package) because the time I chose kept becoming “unavailable” at the last minute. Also, both packages came well after 9pm, one of them even after 10pm. I thought this service was supposed to make package delivery more reliable, convenient, and give the person receiving the package piece of mind… one of my packages wasn’t even able to be located at one point, but this service is suppose to manage our packages “securely”? I only use this for items I know are being delivered by USPS and if it won’t fit in my mailbox (which is almost every package), they take it to the post office to be picked up. But after all the stress I’ve dealt with this past week with Fetch, I’ll just bite the bullet and pick my packages up from the post office.

Pay money to delay getting your packages
My apartment building requires tenants to pay to use this extremely frustrating service. I would much rather have my packages delivered directly to my apartment building than have them sent first to a company that’s more likely to cause delays than add convenience to my package delivery experience. This company is so short staffed that it’s become common for multiple days to pass between the package being delivered to the Fetch facility and Fetch reporting that they’ve received the package. Then you schedule delivery from them to you. However, once packages are in their system, they can still lose them, causing even longer delays. Earlier this summer, they lost one of my packages for 3 weeks before finding it and eventually delivering it. Many others have gone missing for several days after they’ve been processed in the Fetch system. They also seem to have little capacity to respond to customer concerns, such as what’s going on with these missing packages, in a timely way.

Avoid at all costs
My apartment complex recently signed up for the service and forces all of the residents to get packages delivered to fetch instead of to our front door. It takes so long to get packages from when they’re actually delivered to the fetch facility to when you get them at your home. Today was my final straw as I was waiting for a package to finally be processed into the fetch system. It got delivered right before 2 PM today at the warehouse and I just got a notification now at 5pm that they have my package. The kicker though is that apparently they have no one to deliver it so I can’t get my package, that I need by tonight, because they didn’t schedule it to be delivered until tomorrow at 2 PM. That’s 24 hours from when my package was actually delivered to when I can actually have it, and that’s only if it makes it on their truck to be delivered tomorrow. This is honestly one of the worst services I’ve ever had to use through an apartment and I could not caution you enough to not move to a place that’s utilizing this.

Dumbest service ever
I don’t see the logic or why any apartment complex would implement this. It’s absolutely idiotic. In my apartment I have to pay 20$ on top of my rent for this service. What does that extra 20$ get me? Faster shipping? More secure handling of my packages? Nope, pretty much the opposite. You order something off the internet on Monday and it says it will be arriving on Wednesday right? Well with fetch add 2-3 days on top of that because if your apartment uses Fetch you can’t ship things to your address, you have to ship it to the Fetch warehouse that’s closest to you. And once it arrives there you can set a delivery time for it to be driven from the warehouse to your apartment. But guess what? 80% of the time they just don’t show up when you scheduled them to. So if you have something being delivered that day you’re pretty much forced to wait around in your house all day to make sure it comes and to get it as soon as it does because a lot of the couriers take a picture of it at your front door and just steal it.

Best delivery system! Reliable and friendly
I love Fetch! I don’t have to worry about being home to receive packages, and they hold my packages when I’m out of town or I want to get several packages delivered at once. I can just schedule when I want them delivered. It’s very convenient and reliable. I think the main attribute of the service for me is reliability and that’s what I’ve got from Fetch since I signed up seven months ago. I even made a mistake in the shipping address once and was able to quickly get to a customer service representative and they found my package and delivered it right away. I like that, as automated as the service is, I can get to a real person quick. Also, they were super nice and friendly! In my previous building the front desk person would receive packages and then I had to go to the lobby, ask for them, wait while they went to the back to look for them, sign for them and return to my apartment. That seems so old school now compare to Fetch. The missing star in my rating is because I don’t have a service to return packages. I understand it’s something that each building community has to enable, but I think there could be a way to make it easier or attractive for all properties to sign up for return services too!

I hate that I have to use this company
I really wish my complex didn’t require us to use this service. The concept is fine, the execution is not. Issues: -The app often won’t push notifications (I have an iPhone 11 with notifications turned on, updated app, app background refresh on, etc. so it’s not my phone’s problem). When I reached out to Fetch, the reply was to check the app regularly to make sure they didn’t screw up. I guess it’s my fault that you had my package for 3 days without telling me. In the future I’ll just expect y’all to screw up and deal with it myself. -Regularly I’ll get a notification from the place I ordered from saying they delivered to Fetch but the order won’t show up on the Fetch app for 4+hours. By the time they have it scanned in their system, the only available delivery window will be 8pm-10pm. That means a package delivered to them at 10am won’t show up til 10+ hours later. -I showed up to the facility to do an in person pickup only to find out that they had moved locations without notification. When I reached out to them about it, they told me, “we recommend checking my spam folder” regularly. Obviously they don’t care and I wasted a bunch of time on my day of. I’ll just keep checking my spam folder on the off chance that you MOVE YOUR BUSINESS’ LOCATION AGAIN....that makes sense. This company is bad at executing their business model. I really wish my complex didn’t use them.

App is not helpful
I have been trying to get ahold of someone at Fetch about a package that has been “en route” for almost a week. When I go to report a problem, the text option does not work. I can only email someone, which I did. A few times. The last few times I’ve tried to chat with a live agent it says that I’ve caught them when they’re taking a break and to try later, which I also did. I feel like this app is becoming more of a hassle than just going down to our mail room. Honestly wouldn’t have it if our apartment didn’t require it. Just adds one more step and one more party involved in getting a package from point A to point B. This is nothing about the delivery workers - the ones who have brought things to my apartment have been very kind and I know they work hard. This review is solely for the app and the management of things when they go wrong.

Painful Experience
Where do I begin? This experience of receiving packages through Fetch is brutally painful. This past Saturday I had multiple packages scheduled for delivery, three days before Saturday. On Saturday I did not receive notification that I would not be receiving my packages until 2 1/2 hours into the arrival window. That is utterly ridiculous to notify a customer that they won’t receive a package during the window that the package was supposed to be delivered within. Customer service have me on hold for 25 minutes before I got someone on the phone then the person on the phone wasn’t very helpful and I had to ask to speak to a manager who was much more helpful kudos to Tabby for providing great customer service but yet I still had to wait two additional days for my packages. And to top it all off I’m still missing one package that was received at the Chicago facility on Friday but yet I have received any update... a terrible experience overall!

Avoid apartments using Fetch
Predatory service that is not actually desired by anyone using it- this is a mandatory requirement by apartments that force the service on residents. Packages are late, damaged, and delayed through fetch. Bonus, you pay extra to less reliably receive mail you should already be receiving. There is not responsibility or accountability in their services because they don’t actually have to care about the true users, tenants. This is all reflected in the app they built and a huge problem if timing and reliability are important to you. App is absent helpful tools when things go wrong, as well as adequate help text or intuitive behavior or navigation. It regularly just cancels scheduled delivery times and leaves it to the user to notice and reschedule. The customer support relies excessively on unhelpful bots, creating a service that really takes advantage of people with no alternative.

Missing packages constantly
I love the idea behind this service. Unfortunately the execution is awful. They’ve delivered multiple packages in the past month to the wrong apartment, once to the completely wrong apartment complex. When you submit feedback that your package wasn’t delivered, they start a week long “investigation” and then after a week of “investigating” email you to confirm that your package was “delivered” when you still haven’t received it. The first time this happened, I was understanding. The second, I was getting skeptical. The third time it happens, I have absolutely no faith in this service to actually do the one job they’re supposed to be doing. Unfortunately, this service is part of our apartment fees, so we’re all forced to pay for our packages to continuously be lost, and have no option to cancel. TLDR: if you actually want to receive the packages you order, don’t use this service.

Not a fan
My apartment complex forced this delivery service on us and while I tried to keep an open mind.. it’s proved to be more of a hassle than a convenience. I had to give all of my family and friends a new delivery address because deliveries are delivered to a warehouse and then to me.. causing at least a day delay in delivery and half the time the deliveries aren’t even on time. The last 3 deliveries have come hours after my scheduled time frame. In fact, I’m currently waiting on a delivery that was supposed to be delivered 6 hours ago. Customer service is hard to reach and takes almost a week for a response. The deliveries are inconsistent and completely unreliable. The only positive I can give is that when my package was delivered to the wrong address they issued a refund for the item. That being said though, I still don’t recommend it.

Repetitive bad service in Orlando, FL
Delivery drivers for fetch in my neighborhood treat packages carelessly, thankfully my perfume bottles didn’t break today. They never knock on the door when something is delivered and I’m pretty sure one of two packages that were stolen from me was stolen by their delivery driver because it was gone from my door 2 minutes after it was “dropped off”, the picture they took of my package was still in the delivery drivers hands, didn’t even set it down at my door step. Fetch also definitely needs a better support system because it takes them forever to respond; after my second package was stolen is when they finally responded though I had to use all of their resources to finally get in contact with someone. I won’t be using fetch anymore. Maybe other locations have better experiences with this delivery service but I was left extremely disappointed.

Fetch is a disaster
My apartment complex uses fetch, and it sounds great in theory but in reality it is a nightmare for anyone expecting to receive packages on time. First - support is nonexistent. Emails and texts go unanswered for days. Trying to call them means waiting on hold for hours only to get hung up on. Second issue - let’s say you have a meal kit delivery service with food that needs to stay cold in Texas 100+ degree weather. It gets delivered to fetch and just sits there for hours to days without getting logged where I can schedule a delivery. If it gets delivered tomorrow I’m sure all the food will be spoiled. If the meal kit service was responsible for the delay, I can get a refund. But with fetch, they couldn’t care less if I get the box in a timely fashion. So if you’re ordering packages that you don’t care when you actually get them, sure go ahead and use fetch. If you actually need your item quick don’t bother.

Ineffective, useless, and beyond frustrating
I had an oversized package come in last Thursday and the delivery window was 6-9 pm. I didn’t get off work at 8, and I have issues with porch pirates so I need to sign for it. I asked if there was any way I could make sure my delivery was in the last part of the delivery window and they said no, which was fine so I scheduled it for my next day off- 4 days later in a 4 hour delivery window. My order contained a bed frame, something I couldn’t assemble myself. My parents drove over an hour to my apartment where we proceeded to wait the 4 hours and nobody showed up. Now I can’t get it delivered until my next day off- 9 days after the first available delivery. I can’t pick it up either as I don’t have a car. So my question is, what is the point of this service?! I’ll be getting a ring camera and washing my hands of this awful app

App developers, please make it so that you can select ONE package to be delivered
This review is just for the app - as far as the actual service, Fetch is great, all our deliveries and the drivers I’ve met have been great. However - there needs to be a feature in the app where if you have multiple packages at the Fetch facility, but only want one or two to be delivered at first and the rest kept at the facility to be delivered later, you should be able to move the delivery window for only the package you want delivered. Instead it groups them all together. I don’t know how common of an issue this is. In my case I have several LARGE packages there (we moved, so we ordered furniture, but can’t fit all of the large packages in our small apartment to unpack at once, so rather than having 6 large packages taking up space in our small apartment I’d rather have them delivered one by one on different days, but there’s no way to move 1 package to a delivery date, they all move together - does that make sense?) If the developers could fix that issue that would be great! I don’t know if that would be complicated though.

I was skeptical at first BUT
My apartments had their own package locker room, and I really loved that setup so I could get my packages without being limited by leasing office hours. However, the parcel room wasn’t big enough for the amount of residents so they switched us to fetch recently. I was annoyed that I’d have to wait for a third party, but Fetch is on top of it. I get all my deliveries the same day, and I’ve even conveniently picked up parcels as well. I really do like this service, now I don’t even have to leave my apt go to a parcel room, and I feel safer knowing fewer people have access to get into the security gate. Thanks, Fetch!

Inconvenience at Best
I've now been at two apartments that have transitioned to Fetch and its use has been forced on residents. It is not a service for residents. Both apartments previously used package lockers and a package room where residents got notified a package was delivered and could walk down 24/7 and quickly grab packages. Compare that to Fetch which requires a different address when ordering delivery, requires you to schedule a delivery time, and only offers 2 hr windows for them to deliver packages. Having to use a completely separate address is probably my biggest frustration, especially when conveying it to friends and family who want to send you something. But, getting a package on time is impossible. A package must be delivered to Fetch by 4p to maybe be delivered in the 8p-10p delivery window which means you won’t get your package til the next day. Also, unless you want your package to sit outside your door, you have to hang around for a 2 hour window (which packages are often delivered before or after). This is primarily a service for apartment management and it’s frustrating to see it marketed for the resident. I moved from the last apartment that implemented it and I’ll be doing the same for this apartment.

update 10/24: they lost another package. i have been unable to get in touch with anyone. no one answers the email address. they also added a tab to the app where they serve you ads. are you not making enough money off us already? you’re paying $10 a month for complete incompetence. when they lose your package or deliver a package for someone who lives in a completely different building, you will be unable to contact anyone at customer service. april 2022 update: they once again lost my package. when you contact support you get the message “please note we are experiencing higher than average wait times”. they have had this message since at least August 2021. that is unacceptable. hirer more people or stop being incompetent!! my package had now been missing for 5 days.

My favorite App
I was definitely skeptical when I moved into this building and heard we had to use a third party to get packages delivered. However, being able to pre set delivery times of your packages for when you’re around is great. Second, when we moved in, we ordered a bunch of large furniture and fetch delivered it to our apartment door for no cost. Last thing I’ll say is that their customer service is top notch. I’ve had several packages get lost in the shuffle, and they’re always quick to track it down and get it delivered asap.

Terrible Service
I work in an occupation wherein I read about people whining about frivolous things all day. I would not be writing this if the service was even halfway better than it is. I’ve scheduled about 15 deliveries and only 2 have been successful. The last two times I’ve been told that two attempts were made, and there was never a knock. Inconsistency is one thing, but bold face lying is not something anyone should have to put up with. The last time I went to pick up (because I cannot rely on the delivery service), I waited 15 minutes while the rep inside tried to sort out an order they screwed up for another customer who was at the facility. I had to leave because I was on my lunch break at work and then today had two more false attempted deliveries while sitting 5 feet away from my door.

What a joke of a company, middle man added for no reason, but I have to pay for it. 50 dollars a month for me is insane, especially when I rarely order anything online to begin with. I'm fully capable to take the elevator literally downstairs and grab my order. Heck, even if the elevator was broken, I'm fully confident I could handle picking my own order up. I get certain people may have mobility or schedule issues and may need this service, but the fact that I HAVE to pay for it as part of my lease agreement is actually ridiculous. I sympathize with the employees of this company, and I hope you get compensation worth the work, but the creator of this is literally just swiping money out of people's hand with a service that people don't need. And forcing a contract onto apartment buildings? What an absolute scam.

Convenient, But...
I love this concept for apartments like mine that don’t have a secure place for packages to be left, although I’m not sure why an apartment building would just not go with a package locker type service. It is very convenient to be able to schedule packages to arrive via Fetch during the two-hour time frame of your choice, but it seems packages ALWAYS arrive 5 minutes after that windows. Additionally, they only pick up from USPS once per day or if your package from another service arrives late in the day, it may mean your package can’t be delivered by Fetch until the following day. It is convenient and a secure, but if your delivery is time sensitive, keep in mind that you may need to add an extra day to your delivery depending on when it arrives at Fetch.

badly done
used to be able to chat with someone directly from the app — now they redirect you to a form and you have to wait a few days for a response. a delivery person left my package at the wrong location, and when I tried to give them a negative rating, the form wouldn’t submit because I had to “select a reason” for my negative review, but there were no reasons listed. when packages are delivered, it’s important to be able to reach out to a delivery service as soon as possible. minutes wasted means it’s more and more likely that a package is lost, and it should come at the deliver service’s expense because companies will say that your package was delivered and there’s nothing they can do. sad to see this direct chat feature lost.

Great service, needs one adjustment
I love this service. Everything is fantastic! I have just one improvement that I would like to see and then it would def be 5 stars from me! Under Express Scheduling, I wosh you could fine tune the delivery preferences per weekday instead of all or nothing like it currently is. Right now you can choose a time slot, but it’s for Mon-Fri as a whole. I have a weird work schedule and I would love to get packages 12-2 on Monday, 6-9 on Tuesday to Thursday, and Next Available Window on Friday. Currently I can’t do that so I have to turn it off. There’s nothing technical preventing individual days having preference windows. Thanks!

Fetch is a terrible service
This is a rating of fetch. Not the app. The app works fine. Fetch is a terrible service that intercepts your packages from USPS/FedEx/UPS (or your residence if delivered there instead of fetch address), takes days to process said packages (delaying their receipt), then loses your packages and automatically concludes, even with compelling evidence showing that the package was never delivered to you, that it must have been stolen from your doorstep. The only way to protect against fetch losing your packages and concluding that they were instead stolen is to not allow fetch to leave the packages at your door. This means you will have to wait at home for one of the 3-hour time windows offered for delivery. Which defeats the purpose of this service that is for “convenience.” Even then, fetch may try to blame their error on a stolen package.

Forced to use Fetch
I’m not sure why our leasing agency has required us to register for Fetch at a $10 package delivery charge added to our rent monthly whether we have any deliveries during any particular month or not. We have no choice in the matter. Fetch is certainly not more efficient then FedEx, UPS, or other similar services that deliver packages to my door without any additional charges in many cases. I’m not even sure this requirement is legal, or meets ethical standards. I’ve personally experienced lost packages, packages delivered to the incorrect apartment, and other residents’ packages being delivered to my apartment. It is my opinion that we as paying residents of the property should be afforded the opportunity to choose what delivery method we are more comfortable or confident with.

Unreliable
This is an app that can only work as well as the people behind it, and the people that work at my local Fetch facility couldn’t possibly care less. Features that are supposed to help users are ignored: the Fetch workers don’t take photos of the correct part of the shipping label to help me know what the incoming package is, and they don’t input where the package actually came from (just “USPS” or “other”). If the Fetch driver neglects to deliver a package in the requested window, the app won’t update with any more information; the package is just marked as “out for delivery” indefinitely. Finally, the Scout tool is a joke and I’ve ended up in too many cycles of trying to find the pretyped response that fits my issue, with no way to reach a real person when these options are inadquate. My packages are also routinely left at the wrong address, though this is less of an app issue than it is a driver issue. I wish, though, that there was a way to more quickly fix that issue through the app, such as a driver messaging function or a way to let them know they’re at the right door. I can’t wait until I find a new apartment and am not forced to pay for this service.

Good reviews on here HAVE to be fake.
Was forced into this awful, terrible, annoying service by my apartment complex recently purchased by Greystar. Not sure what the incentives were for them, but seems very shady and scammy that we started all of a sudden having delivery problems when this new “solution” popped up (as if existing delivery services are somehow incapable?). Anyways, the service is wildly inefficient and ALWAYS days late no matter how much you’re willing to pay for same day or rushed delivery. Took me literal weeks, and 16 emails to get a response from someone there to fix my last issue and this week they lost my iphone twice. Lol. Not enough time in the day to bash this garbage company. Also, they don’t have a phone number to reach out to so when they screw you over they can ignore your emails.

App bad, service ok
The app only works well when everything is normal- you can schedule deliveries pretty easy. But when something goes wrong (e.g. your package is misdelivered) the app is non-functional. The “chat” leads you to a google form, the “report a problem with your delivery” button doesn’t work, and they don’t have live customer service. The service itself is mediocre. Having it brought to your door at a scheduled time is nice, but you often have to wait an extra 24-48 hours for deliveries. Things slow down during high volume, and customer service never offers fee waivers or discounts even when they really screw up. Also certain vendors, like Under Armor and LEGO, do not deliver to their warehouse in my area.

Delays package delivery by days
Fetch has taken multiple days to log my package which could have been delivered same day if we weren’t forced to use them by our apartment complex. Their customer support is useless as they wait until after your package is logged to actually respond to your ticket which can sometimes be days. They also have issues where they kept canceling my delivery every time a new window was selected for 2 days. I finally decided to pick up the package from the warehouse myself to find that they lost the key fob to our apartment complex. They didn’t bother communicating that with residents or ever respond to my ticket which is terrible customer support if I have to drive and pick up my package to find out (also defeats the purpose of a delivery service).

Great service
I’ve lived at many different apartments with many different methods of handling packages (lockers, leasing office room, etc) but this service is definitely the best and the app is very well made. Being able to schedule specific times and request I be at home for specific packages instantly from the app is super nice, with notifications when the package arrives at their facility and also when the package is delivered to my door. Customer service is also always super responsive and proactive when there’s an issue with then getting my package to my at my specified time, which happens rarely.

Wouldn’t Use If It Wasn’t Required
Unfortunately, my apartment complex mandates the use of Fetch for packages. They’ve gone MIA with literally my first package through the service. It’s 9:36, the app still says it’s out for delivery and will be here by 9. This package is not replaceable. The support line closes at night so by the time my package was officially late, everyone is offline and I have no recourse until morning. The ONLY package delivery window that works with a 9-5 schedule is the 6-9 window, so I can’t just choose something earlier to avoid this problem either. I’ve never heard anyone say they like this service, I have only ever heard terrible things and stories of lost packages. Don’t use Fetch if you don’t have to. If you’re like me and you do have to… all the best of luck to you.

Worst delivery service ever
I’ve had packages lost so many times by Fetch. I had a package “delivered” but it was actually stolen by the Fetch delivery person. I had video footage of them placing the package on the ground, then taking a picture to show as delivered and taking the box back. Fetch said the video isn’t clear and I’d need to file a police report, so i never got any compensation from them. Thankfully the store I ordered the package from sent me the package again. I’ve also had packages delivered to the wrong address. Packages delivered to fetch but got lost in the warehouse so i had to go in person for them to look for it. Overall horrible service. All the 5 star reviews are bots. No one I know likes this service and it’s impossible they’d have enough users for all those 5 star reviews

Late-stage Capitalism At Its Finest
Apartment-building owners profit, Fetch execs profit, and the end user gets a worse paid service (that they didn't want, let alone ask for) than the free one they had before. I have been waiting 11 days for a package to arrive from the Fetch facility a few blocks away. It has been scheduled for delivery twice and never arrived either time (obviously). This package will soon have been longer in Fetch's uncaring hands than it took for the contents (clothes) to be both created from scratch and shipped to the US from India. If they would let me just go in to their facility and retrieve it myself, I would have done so 10 days ago. If you have any means to protest or prevent the engagement of this company by your living facility, I would urge you do so.

The app is fine. The service is horrible.
My package was supposed to be delivered between 4pm-6pm. It never arrived. I called and reached out via email. When I finally got a response I was told they don’t know where it is and are still giving me a hassle to get a refund for what they lost. If it would have just came USPS like originally sent I would have not had this problem. Every package I order is either delayed or lost. So I’ve been trying to use other services that will just deliver to me instead of it going through them like FedEd or DHL. The only good thing they have going for them is that you sign for your packages so delivery is ensured once signed. The idea is great. The execution is horrendous. I will never sign another lease that lists Fetch as its package delivery system.

slowest delivery service
They keep holding on to my packages and there is such a delay between when they receive the package and when they will actually deliver it. Right now there’s a 6 hour delay for when i’ll receive my package even with having the setting of “next available window” as the default. My package was delivered in the morning and it’s not going to be delivered until 6 PM because their processing is so slow. What’s the point of having the option of “next available window” when i’ve never gotten my package delivered in the “next available window” and instead get it at the end of the day every. single. time. They’re also impossible to contact by phone, just by email when they feel like replying.

Forced to use Fetch, fed up with missing packages
So my apartment complex has forced this company on all the residents, if I can give this company ZERO star, I would. My package was delivered to fetch 2 days ago, and 2 days later I still don’t have my package. Yesterday I chose my delivery window from 6-8PM, low and behold, it’s 9:47PM and I get a notification that a delivery was attempted, mind you, there was no knock or any informative communication of the package trying to be delivered. It is now the 2nd day and I chose my delivery time today for 4-6PM. It is now 9:20PM and I have still not received my package. I’ve contacted fetch support and no response at all. This company never fails to disappoint you when it comes to delivering packages. Wish there was more that I can do to boycott this pathetic courier company.
