It works in the way that I can see my invoices and moneycode transactions. I’ve had a problem where I can’t make a payment bigger than my AVAILABLE amount. Which was really annoying when my limit was $2000 but they’ve upped my limit over double that so I don’t run into that problem often anymore. But when fuel doubled it was a mess. I’ve contacted Fleet One several times and their IT guys can’t seem to figure it out. But it still does most of what I need it to do
It’s nice that they finally got an app. Unfortunately it doesn’t work well. Constantly logs you out, constantly saying “Something went wrong” and then you can get in. More often than not the Face ID doesn’t work and it says incorrect password. Yay, then you get to wait for a token to be emailed. Incorrect password? Like, is my face incorrect? Sure was fun at 2:45 am trying to issue a lumper check only to have to go find the website and do it that way because once again APP ERRORS!!! Do better EFS, we pay you TONS in fees.
Finally updated and I can login now. However, still lots of bugs. I tried to pay an invoice and check the invoice with the invoice amount, but when you confirm it shows incorrect amount. You can click on the amount to change it and you type in the amount. When you type the last cent of the correct amount it changes the entire input to a different amount. Unreal. At least check the app once before you release an update that does not work.
Cannot login at all any more. Even after a password change. At most I’m able to use it to log in once, but that’s not even every time. Having a phone app would be super convenient compared to having to use a normal browser. I don’t even mind the security token each time as I value having a 2FA to login. But if the primary authorization(password) doesn’t want to be recognized, it makes the app worthless. I was kind of excited when I got an email regarding the app update as well.
The app is solid sometimes but mostly has signing issues total open balance issues, really needs an upgrade or an update Fleet one please do something about your app.
For the past couple weeks when I have tried to log in it tells me “Something Went Wrong” then below that it says “Please try again later”. This needs to be resolved so that I can log in.
Everytime I log in it have to authenticate via email it sends me multiple login verifications. I have a iphone 14 before I had iPhone 12 it’s not the phone. If could get cheaper fuel somewhere I would never use this app again
Overall, app is very handy for an OTR Owner/Op who needs to manage fleet payments and monitor card transactions... I don’t understand why the app issues a security token every time I login with Face ID. It’s a little overkill and hugely inconvenient.
Even though I retired and closed my account with this corporation they keep harassing me every month with the “monthly reports” saying that I don’t owe anything to them. I’ve called and emailed them which has done no good whatsoever
I’ve used the app in the past and it’s convenient . I tried to use it recently and I am not receiving the token code . I checked on the website and my credentials are there and correct , so I’m not sure what is the problem . Not able to use it anymore .
Since this new update I can no longer login. It says “password expired on eManager. Yet I can login via the website without a problem. I changed my password just in case but the app still gives that error. Please fix! Otherwise this app is useless.
I have tried to use this app both on my phone and iPad with no luck. When I first installed this it would issue the security token but for months now it will not so if I need to assist my drivers with Fleetone I use my laptop. It’s too bad because it’s a very convenient concept.
Imagine getting up at 2am to issue a lumper check and this app refuses to log you in using your face. Then you manually enter the password and it asks for a token sent to your email. The emailed code is incorrect. Surprise! They actually sent two in a row and when you go back to double-check what you entered the first time thinking "how could I possibly mess up 6 digits," the second email arrives with the code that works. After all that the app says your password is expired and needs to be reset through the web browser. You then log into your account on your PC using the same password this app just told you was expired and issue the money code for a lumper. The experience has been like this for years, they will never fix the app. They're really good at billing your account every week though. No mistakes there.
Simple. Convenient. Instant. The Fleet One CarrierControl app provides the fleet manager the ability to generate a MoneyCode when using the Fleet One card isn't an option.
