Hands down the best fleet software out there! They listen and have implemented many suggestions. The addition of Ford to the shop integration is amazing. Push notifications are great. Support is always helpful and they do everything they can to help. Perfect solution for managing your fleet! Constantly making improvements to make it better. Would highly recommend...
Fleetio desktop is a great product, but the app needs work. My biggest complaint is that the inspections frequently close mid-inspection without saving progress. So I have to start over…sometimes multiple times for one inspection. The end result is that I often have to enter the data for an inspection after I have actually completed the process. The result is not only a lot of wasted time, but the report indicates that I completed my inspection in 15 seconds, which implies that the data is falsified. Also, there is no access to work orders through the app. Id like to be able to add and edit work orders through the app.
Works really great now thanks Previous - The pages don’t work correctly now and you mark something and it doesn’t get marked or skips several pages so you have to select each page in the list and mark it and do this repeatedly because it’s all buggy and is terrible
Overall it’s a great way for me to check in and show my company I’m taking care of the company car. Only odd thing is the order of taking pics of the wheels is wonky. Other than that it flows well.
Forced to use this app for several months now. The people running the program clearly don’t know anything about what they’re doing. For example: no matter how many times you inspect the same vehicle old issues keep reappearing and you have to confirm the resolution every single time. As.a former IT professional, I know exactly what they’re doing wrong, and it amazes me that they keep doing the same stupid mistakes over and over. If I wasn’t forced to use this application, I would never use it again.
This is by far the worst pre-trip app I’ve ever used. It’s extremely time consuming and difficult to use. Doesn’t work if you don’t have cell service too. The stupid app doesn’t even work right, if you’re looking in the instructions during a pre/post trip, most of the screens are blacked out or blank. Anyone paying for this piece of junk app needs to be fired. Big road is beats this app hands down. Whoever designed this app probably never drove truck before too. Worst app ever.
The app is pretty decent, however, currently it only allows photos that are taken in real time and does not have a way to upload saved photos or videos. That would be extremely beneficial for communicating and sharing information.
Very user friendly and easy to follow. Makes drivers issues make there way to me without the hassle of paperwork. Would highly recommend this software if you’re looking for an alternative to paper
I’m a software geek. I normally hate software Fleetio allows me to do everything I need to and a little bit more and it’s very easy. My maintenance manager and I are having trouble believing how good it is.
Download the app that my employer wants to use. Open app. No new user option so I select forgot password. Next window I click in the box to type keypad comes up I enter email and I have no way to get rid of keypad or scroll down to the button to submit. I go to the app and look for help, chat don’t work and options are for the desk Hokies that want to micro manage the employees.
Dark Mode. Please. Our drivers use tablets that connect to Wi-Fi in the vehicle and the tablets flip to cellular network outside the vehicle. The network flips cause inspection’s to reset. It will be very helpful to make sure a started inspection can persist through these network switches.
The app turns off all the time and you have to restart it many pictures I could taken one so you can see the truck to make sure there is no damage but you have to take two photos of each point side and the front and back of the vehicle before you can submit it
The app has its own idea of what I should say. I gave a low score because yesterday it was unable to accept my signature. The app is also stuck in label mode a lot. I don’t see your app making the cut. Whenever someone decides to improve on this type of app and hire someone no matter what their age is will be successful.
I love the app with my company. But it keeps crashing on my iPhone 13 when I go to the shop directory. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still crashes.
This app is the worst I’ve seen in 34 years as a Factory Trained mechanic. Mobile version different from desktop as to adding parts unless a database is created. Just a bunch of videos to watch and attempt to use. Don’t recommend this app.
No sign in via TouchID, no sign in via FaceID, can’t remember password, hides password as you type so you can’t tell if you made a mistake typing it in. That’s the killer, you have to use a complex password and manually enter it EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
Waited at the the shop for over an hour to get these idiots to approve the oil change. Because of this the shop and other customers had to wait as well. Pure garbage, not impressed at all.
The app is hard to use. I can’t just talk to someone on the phone to help me out. I have to talk to a robot on the internet. And I don’t feel that I would like to renew my subscription.
Most of the shops on the apps directory won’t accept Fleetio as apparently they have failed to pay their bills to certain shops. Definitely a shady company
Decent app but be prepared for unachievable standards in order to try to obtain a high rating even if keeping the speed limit. Seems to be more of a “driving green friendly” app but the ratings you get are ridiculous. It detects aggressive driving when it’s absolutely not. The slightest tap of the breaks to avoid crazy drivers or reasonable acceleration to get up to speed in today’s highway traffic or get out of a tailgaters way and boom! You’re dinged with a lower score for aggressive acceleration or heavy breaking. Be prepared to drive like a little old lady UNDER the speed limit and coast as much as possible if you ever expect to get a decent score. 70s seem to be average and that says a lot! Dumb out of touch with real world driving scoring! Hangs up and just shows a white screen with car sometimes requiring force close too.
Not sure on why all the 1 start ratings but I have used Fleetio for over 2 years now and it is hands down the #1 Fleet Management Software I have used, period. Works on all devices, we have had no bugs or sync issues, and the reporting capabilities are awesome. We track everything on our vehicles. Please make sure you know how to use the product before you throw in the towel and give these guys a bad rating. Some of the 1 star comments actually reveal the ‘level’ of user. Maybe you should just stick to your spreadsheets in excel.
I signed up for a free trial, turned on trip tracking. Drove over 30 miles away and it never logged a trip. The app is buggy and completely not functional. Glad I didn’t pay for this thing. Not sure how a 30 mile trip doesn’t create a new trip automatically. It just shows 0 trips and I can’t see anyone in the live data screen from the web management interface... again, this doesn’t do any type of tracking at all. Don’t buy!
Very disappointed to find out that the app had disabled all along I have been driving for carvertise thinking that Myles were being tracked. Auger finding out yesterday that this had happened this morning I decided to check the app and sure enough it wasn’t working, I deleted it and reinstalled only to see that indeed it had disable again. I just lost my revenue because of your ap not working properly! Very disappointing!
