Love to use on Desktop and IPhone but….

Let me start by saying I absolutely love FUB. I do however have a minor but important issue. I use my iPad for most of my business for writing contracts, searching properties for clients and other business applications. Due to its versatility and small size I find an iPad to be a nice happy medium between a small phone and a full sized laptop. I just wish the FUB was more optimized for iPads. It totally works like it does on my phone but its just not optimized for the larger screen, I think if this is something that can be achieved it would make this app 100% effective on all platforms!

Great platform/iPad App Needs Some Work

Love Follow Up Boss so far, as we have recently started using. Like some other reviews have mentioned, the iPad version is not optimized for the larger display. Review would easily be 5 stars if this would could be worked in the future!

7 years and I’ll never Change

I run a small real estate team in Tampa. We’ve been FUB users for 7 years. Using the app since it’s launch 4+ years ago. It is the one tool we have we’d be lost without it. The folks at FUB are constantly innovating and adding features. We never feel like we are missing out. The company is forward thinking, has great training and exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this company, this product and this app.

The gift that keeps on giving...

Amazing app with an even better team behind it. There’s virtually nothing the app can’t do for an agent, team, or larger brokerage. Hands down the best solution to managing your leads and past clients, tracking and supporting ongoing transactions, and automating many daily workflows. This easily pays for itself and then some. It even increases your ROI on other marketing efforts. Among all the CRM options out there, Follow Up Boss is light years ahead of the pack in my opinion.

Best All-Around CRM

... and getting better every day. I’m a huge self proclaimed CRM nerd and this system ticks 99% of all my boxes, and the very few that it doesn’t tick, they build out their system to accommodate. Dan and his entire team, from the CSR (Madaline) who flawlessly answered every question we had, to our account rep (Michael), and the ENTIRE support team (most recently Paul and Kasey) are 10 stars out of 5! If you’re looking for a CRM that does it all, look no further. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing platform

This platform has helped out team expand and grow by tracking everything in one place. Everyone knows who needs to do what and when. And knowing when they last spoke to someone has been amazing. It’s been amazing to see how our business has changed. We live and breathe Follow Up Boss! Excited for all the new updates and features!

Incredible app

As the database manager with Palisade Realty I am tasked with using and working within FUB everyday. I absolutely love my experience with the app and love the support I get from my customer success manager Zane Roberts even more!! I encourage anyone using the app to dig as deep as possible and explore options like the success community on Facebook or even in person events like FUBcon to learn more and hone your skills!

Can’t live without it!

My wife and I are starting our own team in real estate as a side business (just the 2 of us). FUB will allow us to create a seamless prospecting and sales hand off SOP so we can increase our efficiency with our buyers. It’s truly an easy to use platform that can make our lives easier to do better and more effective follow up!

Love For Desktop, Not iPad

Let me start out by saying I absolutely love Follow Up Boss. It has made contacting my clients so incredibly easy. It works great on desktop, and just so so on my phone. The organization of the app is not great. The layout on the desktop website is much more functional. I am giving this one star as I am trying to use it on my iPad, however it is clearly not designed for anything more than a phone. I am surprised there has not been an iPad version. I would not recommend this app for iPad, and I would instead say to try and work with it via the browser if you plan on using an iPad as your primary computer.

This is IT!! I will never change!!

I have tried so many CRMs over many years. FUB is the only one I recommend now. I had a client who actually works for a huge CRM competitor, and after showing him FUB he even agreed how awesome it is… it’s a MUST Have for any member of my team. Congratulations guys for always being on top of creative thinking and design.

Keeps Getting Better

The best CRM is the one you use.... yep that is what they say. I have tried several before I settle in on FUB! It was easy to use and I feel like I have lost every day. It’s easy to figure out if you haven’t touched someone in a specific amount of days, interstates with my other software programs and best of all they just keep making it better!!!

Best CRM system EVER!

I’ve been using FUB for two years. My business drastically changed once this amazing CRM system came into my life. Everything I was having difficulty with on who to call and when. Remembering what leads texted me and to respond. This system had all the answers to help me. Total game changer. I couldn’t do the volume of business that I do without it. ❤️

Wish it had more functionality

Ive only been using fub for a short time, which I really like.. but I wish templates for texts and emails were in the app as when we are on the go and get a lead, it would be easier to respond on the mobile app. I also use a iPad Pro, and its frustrating that the app will only display vertically, not horizontally- so, i have to goto the website to use it, but still need to keep the app installed so I get notifications.

Essential

Game changer for my business. Don’t know what I would do without it. They continue to innovate and make the app even easier to use while on the go. The caller id integration is clutch for when I receive a call from someone in my database and not saved to my iPhone contacts. The feature tells me who it is in my database.

Highly recommended!

Having tried many other CRMs, I am happy to have found FUB! Intuitive and easy to use, it’s made a huge difference on my conversion rates for new leads while keeping me in contact with past clients. The continuous updates just keep making things better and the support is fantastic! Highly recommended!

After many trials with other CRMS, we chose FUB. Been using a couple years. Top reasons we still use them: 1. Very user friendly 2. Mobile app 3. Great Facebook group with tons of support. 4. ALWAYS evolving and improving with input from users. You get a monthly update with all improvements.

Solo Agent System Must Have

In todays real estate market you must either get Uncomfortably large or stay small and become Intentionally specific! FUB will allow all agents and teams to get intentional with their clients and leads. I still have lots to learn and with the support of the FUB team, I have nothing but excitement.

From BT to FUB!! No Brainer!

After 9 years with a previous platform we made the decision to switch to FUB. Moving a team of 40+ agents wasn’t an easy decision but the support staff is AMAZING and the platform has been such an upgrade! Thanks FUB team for continuing to innovate and give the agent what they want!!

FUB is the HUB

Simply the best CRM in community in all of real estate. It operates as the centerpiece to every piece of software that we use. It is blazing fast, rarely has downtime, and has the best support and success in the entire real estate landscape. If you’re not using it yet, you’re missing out.

Needs a distinctive “New Lead” sound.

I keep missing my new leads as the notification sound is so soft and sounds like all the regular notifications for your phone. Not able to make it any louder or even make it a custom sound :(. Also, put the pictures of the homes that the leads are looking at……. This was a really great feature of the “Boomtown” app. Also miss their “Jaws” sound notification for new leads :(

Great App! Can you add a TASKS button?

Great alternative to the desktop version. I am on the go a lot so I use the desktop version quite often. It would be nice to have a way to check my daily tasks on the app.

FUB has made managing our database and more importantly our business so much easier! The integration with our other systems is AMAZING! The phone app is so easy and allows us to manage our business on the go. I don’t know how we managed before FUB 😊

Awful App, Needs Complete Overhaul

Now I’ll say firstly the desktop portion of this CRM seems phenomenal, and there are some features I like on the app but honestly the lack of access to features on the app and only having the phone version and nothing for the iPad have me leaning towards another CRM, the best CRM is the one you actually use! And if I can’t have most the features and access on my phone and iPad that I have on the desktop than that just won’t work efficiently for me...

The best CRM!

I’ve tried them all and there is no better CRM than FUB. Interface, automations, options, it’s all there. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to text throughout campaigns.

Was great now it’s to glitchy

This app has run successfully for me for over a year but now whenever I’m in a low coverage zone, it does not work at all and then it does not reconnect once I’m back in coverage. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, rebooted my iPhone, etc. It’s extremely frustrating because yesterday I had no access to any of my contacts while it was having issues for over an hour!

Need to have the ability to change orientation for the iPad

I like FUB but it needs to have the ability to go landscape mode on the iPad as many Realtors use the iPad as their primary computer when out and about. It shouldn’t be hard to incorporate that immediately.

Can’t even sign in

I downloaded the app on BOTH of my iPhones and when opened it asks me for email and password. I’ve never been prompted to set up account, and when I enter email and password it tells me I can’t sign in. There are no other hyper links or places to sign up. A complete waste of time! I thought I would really enjoy using this app based on the description. I can’t even get past the first page...

Like Follow up boss a lot but wish they change the following without delay: When making an appointment.. we have redundancy because sellers and buyers should not see each other’s email addresses... this needs to be changed so that we can include any emails and o lu respective receiver sees their own email and no one elses When texting we need group texting as more than one principal legally has the right to see all communications... we are forced to redundancy here too as only one person can be texted at a time Please fix this and it will up the rating Thank you Natália

Best CRM out there

I have used Top Producer, Wise Agent, Referral Maker, Realvolve, MoxiWorks, Kunversion, Boomtown, Contactually, Agent360, and many many many others. This is the most versatile, and easy to use CRM. The staff actually listens to their clientele to get things done and continue innovation.

Makes follow-up super easy!

Before Follow Up Boss, I had a tough time keeping up with my leads. Since I got Follow Up Boss, I haven’t let one lead fall between the cracks. Getting FUB is the best thing I did for my real estate business.

Very frustrating to use on iPhone.

This app needs a lot of improvements. Tags don’t work on my phone. Can’t seem to ba access customer list from the main screen. Super frustrating. Have to use it in a browser on an iPad to get anything done. Please fix the iPhone app!
