Works, but could be better

App has consistently improved although there still needs to be better implementation of SSLVPN to avoid random disconnects and/or initial connection issues. Integration with FortiToken also requires more attention. All in all, IOS version is less reliable than desktop app.

Disappointing lack of reliability

Always going down. Constant issues when compared to our previous VPN software. We are told it's a better VPN, but we haven't seen it from a user reliability perspective.

This is the stupidest most inefficiently created app in the Apple store. It has no functionality and is a waste of time and space

App is horrible and SAML SSL never works

They keep removing negative reviews as well confirming this same issue with other users.

Loses VPN

It connected to EMS and now the VPN tab is missing. Also, had to jump on internal network to connect to EMS. This is not needed with Mac client so something’s amiss with this app.

Where’d the VPN tab go

I was able to connect to my org’s VPN last week through this app and now I am not

VPN button missing

VPN constantly missing and had to re-download the app. EMS always get disconnected.

Standalone mode removed

No way to use unless you purchase an EMS server anymore.

Nov 2020 update bug

Updated to latest version. When it does connect, shuts down and crashes after MS Two-factor texts me code. Also doesnt seem to want to connect to EMS.
