I’ve been using humble pro on my Yomito for the past two years and love the results. Yet, today I’m trying to record a face tracked video with no success. The screen showed the record timer clocking, the gimble tracks my face and when dropping the recording it says successfully saved. However I don’t see the video. Not sure what’s happening. Rebooting didn’t fix. Reaching out to customer support...
The app works wonderfully for a while but, now I have a problem. I turned on my Gimbal pro and connected it to my iPhone 7. The app said my phone is connected to my Gimbal pro but, the blue tooth symbol on the app said I wasn't. I tried taking pictures and switching to video by only using the Gimbal pro. However, it didn't work I tried to use the app to connect to it once again but, it said I am already connected. The blue tooth symbol continued to show that I wasn't connected on the app. As I went to settings on my iPhone it said I was connected. The Gimbal pro is brand new but, it won't connect correctly while using the Gimbal pro app. The app tells me that I'm connected and not connected at the same time. I looked in the manual but, there is nothing about blue tooth other than telling me what app to use. Can someone please help me with this issue?
I used the app today while filming some open houses I lost a 8 minute footage from the app including having another video being cut in half, I made sure the app was recording both times I get home and the videos are known where to be found this is ridiculous Im also having the same problem someone left a review of 5 years ago where the Bluetooth connects and in the camera in app says mobile not connected which I’m suspecting may the reason I lost my footage, apparently they have intentions on improving their app I will no longer use it and will now use my native camera I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t want to loose your photos and videos
This app is necessary to unlock some of the more advanced features of my gimbal, however, the proprietary camera software in the app isn’t up to par for the quality of my phone camera. I should be able to shoot 24fps if it’s native to my camera. Update the UI as well and this app will be seamless.
At first the app was freezing and the zoom mode would not work. Today it open with a new look and when I recorded a recital the recording came up as portrait even though the camera was in landscape and I could see everything. It was very frustrating to have a video that cut off half of the players. Please fix the app or see if there is a way to use the device without the app.
I am using this software on a SMOVE Mobile X and a iPhone 14 Max Pro. The camera view gets stuck in the wrong orientation when rotating the camera. Should be a simple fix, unfortunately, this bug makes the entire app useless. The problem starts as soon as the phone is rotated to landscape - it won’t clear until the app is rebooted. Be happy to leave a good feedback if this problem is solved quickly.
Hello, I love this app for many reasons. There is face tracking, panoramic photos, and even Filters. However I'm not sure how to change the quality of the video, the default shows 720p but is there a higher quality such as 1080p or 4K?

My phone can record up to 4K @ 60fps but the app will only let me shoot in 1080p. Honestly might return the whole device and find a better one that will let me fully use the settings of my phone and gimbal
It works well for the first about 5 videos that are recorded, and then it doesn’t record the audio unless you close out the program and restart. Kinda frustrating.
It’s always crashing never records and the gimble it self is absolutely garbage. The gimble I’m using is the vivitar which can never balance any and always turns off
