I didn’t know what to expect from this app and tracking device I just bought. Well I’m pleased to say it not only works perfect, it does everything these claim it does and the nice part is the battery life is holding up way better than they even said. It’s been going for 6 days and it’s still reads 89% left. The reporting the updates that the app gives you is awesome and it’s very informed and detailed as much as you would like it to be. Thanks guys I will tell everyone about you. Great price for a great product and service
Customer service was great to help me to setup the gps, then I bought the service and everything works exactly how I need. Sometimes is a bit slow but no big deal. Battery has a 4/5 days life but I used intensively. Be waterproof is solid maybe a lil big to hide, has two passages on the back o use a Velcro. Magnets could be stronger, you need to find a clean spot. In general is a good solution, with more effective magnets could be near to perfection. Worth the money.
Safari failed to auto-save my password while setting up my account. With a functional system, this wouldn’t be a big deal. However, SpyTec’s site never actually sends you the password reset email, despite being able to send you a receipt for service payment (service that you can’t access) and emails from the completely useless chatbot. If this company doesn’t have a back-end that can even handle password resets, why should anyone trust it to be handle tracking? EDIT: I have been waiting almost 5 days now for SpyTec to have someone give me a temp password so I can reset the acct. They can email me marketing messages, the chatbot can email me, they can respond to bad reviews here, but for some reason they can’t email me a password reset.
It is a great tracker battery charge last about 8 days and even when it is low battery and you do get alerts for that is does a great job wry accurate, the only complaint and it is completelyFrustrating is they make you sign back in numerous times so you could be out and you’re just quickly trying to check in and all of a sudden you have to sign in all over again I think once you’re signed into your device you should not have to constantly be signing in numerous times they need to really work on that
Both my husband and I preferred the original version. I do not like the new name. It’s silly and childish imo. More importantly though is the lag time of tracking. Previous version had a much faster and more accurate response tracking rate. This version is much, much slower. It will often lag up to 15 minutes or more if not refreshed (log out of app and back in - time killer). It will show route going off-road in populous areas. It’s a waste of precious time especially if needed in an emergency. Don’t respond, developers, with some mumbo jumbo. We’ve used the app for several years. Bring back quality and functionality and accuracy. Thank you.
Product and app are everything they say it is. I live in the woods of New Hampshire where cell connections are often spotty. This product has both accurate and timely notifications showing exactly where our vehicle is. Customer service is excellent. Able to clearly understand your problem and the tools to solve any problem.
When I need questions answered or billing issues resolved it’s always a good feeling when the company your paying is right there for support. I’ve experienced very bad service in the past from other places and makes want to just reach thru the phone and choke them
I have been using Spytec for a few years now. I have had only excellent service the entire time. The tracking platform is easy to use and is exceptionally accurate. I would recommend Spytec to anyone needing to protect their property or any other uses you may need.
This product is AMAZING. I could not believe the quality and how easy it is to use. I could not have asked for a better tracker for twice the money! I even bought a second one and was extremely pleased. You will not find a better GPS tracker.
These work as advertised—I use them to randomly track fleet vehicles. Very easy to set up. The only thing I would improve is the reporting output. Next level on these would be the ability to print or view simple reports.
Does EXACTLY what I need it to do! Small and fits in small spaces! GPS is very accurate, maybe 30 seconds behind. Notifications when trip starts, finishes, speeding… etc! And more…. One thing you have to also do is pay for a monthly network subscription of $30
I am using my GPS tracker for my motorcycle. It works great. It has a waterproof box with a magnet that is very convenient. It tells me every move, speed, and when it needs to be charged.
Spytec is always updating the app to make it better. My only complaint is the app logs you out multiple times a month. I uninstall the app and reinstall it and it will work for a few weeks. If I need to pull up my locator in a hurry I don’t need to try and remember my info to log into my account. It should always log in immediately if I tap the app

I absolutely loved the old format. I liked that 99 % of the commercial places had names and you could even walk the area. Now we have to look up the address separately. Which is not what I’m paying for
Works great except the start time or end time of a trip is not updated real time. It is always delayed. The delay notification comes in between 10 - 15 mins before or after a trip has started or ended.
It works good , dont get me wrong . Its only at certain points that when i check back a trip the lines it places are sometimes all over the place on the map . Thats the only downside of it . But honestly it works good !
This is by far, the best app of this type I have ever used. Intuitive, simple, beautiful, well designed, fast, and most important it does the job flawlessly.
Even though it has had an occasional hiccup but pressing that button seems to resolve that issue. I do which the mileage counts can also be reset for trips or added THANK YOU GREAT DEVICE
pretty accurate way to keep track of a moving vehicle, provides alot of peace of mind. It used to be easier to look at a life like map of the trackers surroundings, which i miss. Would be wonderful for teenagers or elderly family members.
I am very satisfied with the assistance I received from Hapn, agent Hana was very professional in solving the activation of my tracker and called me to ensure the tracker was working. He is a five stars professional out of five stars. Keep up the good work.
This is an impress device that I would recommend. It’s inexpensive and simple to operate, plus they have people who will assist you with any problem you might encounter.
It is frustrating to have to randomly log in to use the app. I don’t understand why I do not remain logged in. Why do I have to try a million nicknames to provide a review that you guys asked for?
I use a Hapn tracker to know when my kids’ school bus is arriving. It’s a slam dunk. Zero problems, and it even tells me how many MPH they’re moving at. Super accurate.
Can’t say how the device works. I never used it. However, I have now twice had to cease the subscription because after ending it once, I’ve continued to receive monthly withdraws for it. Just went into delete it and it’s saying I haven’t got a device to delete. No one’s in at the company to help until Monday. It’s a terrible gimmick. Don’t fall for it.
Typing in my email and password every what 10 views ,,,, why is this necessary!! You can’t do it when your driving going to cause an accident Can this be changed ? Brian Peyton
I definitely prefer the old version much better. This version won’t allow me to track time by the hour is only allowing me to do it for today the full day.
