Needs More
This app has only been okay.. when it wants to work. Constant network error, doesn’t load, or will show the calendar but can’t click on your day. Also, you can only see the days you are scheduled to work. It would be SO helpful to have access to view each day of the week, and to see what shift everyone works that day to make it easier to swap shifts (If needed). Instead I still have to go to the scheduler to see whom I can switch with and vice versa.

The new update is even worse than the last
This new update totally stinks- it is much harder to see my schedule when looking at the calendar view. When the app had the scheduled shifts in orange, it was much easier to see when I worked, now, it shows which days I requested off and which days I work- I don’t need to see which days I requested off, I just want to know when I work. Also, the new update- I cannot see everyone who works the same shift as me. The charge nurses come in at 6pm and I come in at 7pm, so since the charge nurse has a “different” schedule than me, it doesn’t show whose charging, it just shows who else comes in at the same time I do. All I want is to be able to see when I work, who I work with (all people scheduled at night/day, not just people with the same exact shift start time as me), and who works on days/shifts I don’t work so I can see how short staffed we are to make picking up shifts easier. I do not need to be able to pick up shifts on the app because the manager of the floor needs us to get it approved through them anyways. The “shifts needed” is not helpful whatsoever because it might show that 2 shifts are needed but they are for PCTs not RNs. Just show us what days we work (with easy readability), who we work with (all team members working during the night/day, not just people with the same exact start time), and who works on day shift/night shift on the days we don’t work. Honest feedback - Please READ
After spending sometime reviewing all features within the app, I don’t understand why there are so many low reviews from people who cannot access. This app is amazing, I can check on my schedule, block my PTO days and have a better understanding of my working hours at any time with the click of a button. I been a nurse for over 15 years and this is the first time I been offered a tool that can help me at work at the tip of my hands. IGNORE the comments from those who can’t access it yet, cause they don’t know what their missing once your able to get in and play with this tool. Thank you for your efforts, and stay safe everyone!

Schedule not available
I use this app for the sole purpose of checking my schedule instead of logging in online. Doesn’t even do that nowadays. Please fix this bothersome error UPDATE: Although I was not formally contacted personally from the HCA Inspire app developers, after I received an email from the Apple App Store about my original 1 star review, the app magically worked after many weeks of not being able to review my schedule. For this reason, I have changed my review to 4 stars and hopefully eventually 5 stars once this app continuously keeps working and updating my schedule

EDIT: schedule works now!…Not showing schedule
Edit form original post: This app has been restored and the schedule works now! Great app. This app is pointless now because it doesn’t show your schedule. That’s the only reason why I downloaded it. The support team has been contacted many times by pretty everyone who uses it and still no resolution. When it did show your schedule, it was great. It’s been well over a month, and still doesn’t work.

I do not understand why corporate is really pushing this app… it does not work like it is supposed to. I am not in nursing, but still a part of the health care team at my hospital. Nonetheless, I cannot view my schedule, ANY SCHEDULE, for that matter. I can simply read posts and see pictures. It was not like this one n the beginning—something changed, and not for the better! After reaching out for help, I was contacted by someone and told they had been working on things; he instructed me to delete the app and download it again, which I did… NOTHING HAS CHANGED FOR ME—still no shift calendar, not able to put in PTO requests or look at possible shift trades. Will delete permanently and continue to work off paper shift schedules.

Inspiring!
This app has been fun for me to use to recognize my nursing staff and the people that I work with. I have several times tried to leave recognition and gotten an error message. This seems to be almost a user specific, when I try to leave recognition for specific people. Additionally, education upload are not translating into badges. My bachelors and Masters degrees are still not showing up under my badges. I love the idea Of this app I look forward to seeing it grow!

Subpar
This app services thousands of HCA employees. You would think that it would be free of glitches the majority of the time. The whole MyScheduler disappearing without warning and putting a burden on very busy nurses to scramble and log into the website (which takes forever by the way), just to glance or request days is unacceptable. It has been days since we got a “we are aware, sorry” and the schedule is still not working. New developers need to be hired and glitches like this should be fixed immediately.

User friendly!
Even with the Limited Computer Knowledge, we can use this app easily. If it’s not working ,it must be internet connection. I love the schedule page ! I can access to it from my phone itself. It tells you who you are working with too!

Schedule is gone?
Not sure where it went but the schedule tab doesn’t even exist in the app anymore. I’m unable to access my schedule at home completely. Also can you bring back the old schedule view that was highlighted with orange the days you worked? The small calendar makes no sense and is confusing to read. The new calendar shows open needs and days worked all in the same color so it’s difficult to discern the days you actually work…

Poor Support
As a new employee of HCA, I’ve been trying to use this app for almost two week. Many of my fellow employees have connected with no problem. However, I’m still getting a message that says, “I’m not a authorized user.” My manager had contacted HCA Tech support. I have contacted HCA Tech support. Unfortunately, all I have is a trouble ticket # and told someone will contact me. As of today, still no connection, no one contacted me, and no support. It has not been a smooth transition with this company… Specially, the West Florida Division.

Slow
Just started using this app as we’ve switched to online scheduling. It’s extremely slow and takes multiple minutes to load. So tired of starting at the rotating hour glass that says “loading”. This it’s a complicated app and should download much faster. Also it’s a bit buggy and has randomly crashed a few time. Lots of room for improvement here

Finally an app that can help nurses at work!!!
I been a nurse for a long time, and never used my phone other than texting and calling. Now I can schedule my hours, check on my PTO and be on top of my work calendar allowing me to manage my day to day better between work and life.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Some bugs
Cannot use self scheduling feature on this app because it doesn’t calculate required hours properly. The app often forces me to select extra shifts to meet weekend hour quota even though 4 weekend days are already selected. Shift needs and other scheduled persons also does not show. And trying to swap shifts with someone is a nightmare. It only shows option to switch shifts with employees on the opposite shift which obviously is not typically desirable.

App “update”
The latest update to the application has resulted in not being able to view my schedule at all-which is the only real reason for this app. I have a conversation in process (for a few weeks now) about how they’re trying to fix this problem and so far to no avail. I will update if and when it ever gets resolved. Really no reason to have this app if I’m unable to view schedule and/or view and request PTO.

Fix this, please!
I have come to depend on this app DAILY for managing my schedule, but the update that happened 2 days ago has rendered this app useless. It won’t open. At all. Just crashes before it even loads. My phone is fully updated, so no issues there. Prior to this update, it was a solid 3-4-star app, losing stars because it never had full functionality. But the functionality it DID have was indispensable. PLEASE fix this ASAP.

Hate the updates
Hate the updates of the app. I preferred the calendar how it was before when it showed by the actual month now the calendars mix into each other. Yes it shows by the current months schedule but I prefer seeing all of January, all of feb etc all on a single screen. I also don’t like that we cannot see who is working each day and who is charge unless we are scheduled for that day.

Pretty good!
This app is helpful to see my schedule. I don’t really use it for mentorship. I would like it to be a more “all in one” app where it links Kronos, estub, & scheduler all together. Also I wish it had the ability to link the work schedule calendar w/ my phone’s calendar.

So slow
This app is pretty useless for anything that I need. It takes forever to load and get into the schedule and to even look at any of the days I’m scheduled to see who else is with me. I also can’t see the other days to possibly switch with someone. I can log into the scheduler and have it all done through there by the time this one even loads up. They keep giving us “improvements” with technology that only make us more inefficient.

Schedule Not Working
I used to love this app when it worked and showed me my schedule. For some reason now, I’m able to login in, but I cannot see my schedule at all. The app says “schedule is not available at this time.” I’ve deleted the app and logged off and reinstalled it, but it still doesn’t work. It’s frustrating.

Something is off
I downloaded the app and was able to see my schedule. I totally loved it.......Then I updated the app and the schedule went away. I have been unable to get my schedule to load since I updated the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few time. Still no luck 😞

Recent changes
Disappointed in the recent changes. Previously I was able to see my scheduled days and who I was working with on those days. Now I only see when I am working. Also I was able to put in a request for time off before and that has been taken away. Not sure the rationale for these changes but I hope these can be brought back.

App update
This app used to be Phantastic, but with the last update now it’s only by schedule and not by month, I can no longer see anyone who is on my shift as I am now a CNC and cannot snyonr else scheduled that day. Please change it back, most of us are feeling the same way

Could you please put an email contact to fix your webpage the HCA email account is not a deliverable and called a demon account I really would like to be able to get my schedule when I’m not at work especially since I take four or five sometimes seven days off or the schedule comes out when I’m at my other job could you please fix your app

Department view doesn’t work right anymore.
While trying to view my whole department to see who I would need to talk to to switch shifts on a part day in the future I can’t look beyond the current week and if I try to refresh the view it kicks me back to May. Why “update” an app if your just going to hurt its functionality?

Cannot even log in
I only use this to check my schedule. This worked fine until the most recent update. The app sends me to the medcity login portal to enter my ID and password. As soon as I hit the login button my ID and PW clear from the boxes and the login page refreshes. I’ve reinstalled the app 5 times and restarted my phone, but it still doesn’t work.

This new version is not user friendly at all. I would like to see my shift members, sometimes they are viewable, other times not. Also, they layout is not intuitive. I didn’t particularly like the last version, but this one is worse. At this point, it’s easier to print my schedule from Facility Scheduler. Definitely a downgrade. Please address!

Need overview
This app is not doing what they showed it should be doing. I can’t see my schedule, no new update on my schedule day. Someone needs to check this app and make some changes. Where it says view your post in highlight, you can click on it forever you will not be able to see anything, it doesn’t change.

Update error
I liked this app before and found it useful, but ever since the update, I’ve been unable to use this app successfully. I am unable to see shift members, sometimes the app itself will not load. I am anticipating the new update, because this is not at its best.

New update
This new update should be thrown away. Why change something that’s good. When the work shift was on n Orange, it was easier to see. Now you put it in pale blue, can’t hardly see it. Also available jobs or job posting should part of this app. It is too difficult to search for jobs within the hospital you work for.

Worse than before, zero stars
What happened? The calendar has become tiny, there’s half a page of wasted space I am unable to see who I’m working with in my scheduled days I used to be able to see my PTO hours, that’s gone too. How can this be considered an update when you keep removing useful features that are so unique to HCA

App stopped working, crashes instantly
App was ok. You could view your schedule, but you couldn’t use it to put in your schedule requests for upcoming months. In the past week, the app completely stopped working. I deleted the app, reinstalled, updated.. still it won’t open. As soon as it opens it crashes instantly.

While it is convenient to have the app that shows your schedule, the app keeps saying that “ The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format.” It does not matter how many times i deleted at app and reinstalled this message always pop up

Login failure
WasWorking just fine up until mid May. Now I cannot login at all it just sends me back to the login page. If I put in the wrong password it tells me “invalid password” but if I put in the right password it loops me around back to the login page again. I cannot login. I cannot see my schedule! No one is fixing this.

Update
After updating the app today, I can no longer view my schedule. This was the only reason I was using this app. It’s extremely frustrating as I have lost access to facility scheduler so this was my means of looking at my schedule and putting in PTO requests. Hopefully this is a temporary malfunction, but I’m very disappointed.

Won’t even let me sign in….
I type in my ID and password and the page loads and then refreshes itself. It’s a constant cycle of refreshing and won’t even let me access the app. I know I entered everything in correctly because I purposely entered my information wrong and it told me that it was wrong and to try again.

Needs a lot of improvement
App won’t open half the time. When you can open it, the schedule won’t display. It won’t load or refresh a lot of times. Good concept, but needs lots of improvement. It’s not reliable if you need to check your schedule from home.

I’d love to write a review if it would let me log in
I’ve never been able to access this app once. Uninstall, reinstall, doesn’t matter. Every time I’ve ever tried to log in, and sometimes before I even reach the log in screen- it tells me “You are not authorized to use this application.” Ridiculous.

Don’t like the new update. It does not have the schedule on it. I used it quite frequently to check my schedule with ease without having to log in to the facility scheduler. Very disappointing it’s not there anymore.

Awful !
This app is absolutely awful it never works, you have to delete and redownload the app numerous times for it to work so you can actually see your schedule and even when you finally get to see it it doesn’t show everything you need it to.

Can’t see my schedule anymore.
I can no longer see my schedule. The only available thing is the home and notification tabs. If I try to click on the notification tab and open the “view my schedule,” it doesn’t do anything.

I updated to the newest version & I can’t even open the app anymore. I restarted my phone, deleted the app and redownloaded it and I can’t open the app. It’ll load then automatically close the app. I hope you can fix it.

RN needs app help!
My app is one day off on the calendar, as if there was no leap year. It shows August 6, 2020 as a Wednesday. I deleted the app and reloaded it, same problem. My peers’ apps do not have this issue. I logged on to the app website for support, typed a note explaining, and when I hit Submit it gave me an error. Any help?
