It’s Doable

Just tried this using a 1-week subscription: The detection for wireless & Bluetooth devices worked fine, but the camera detector was a bit user unfriendly. Example: the four different color lenses didn’t seem to work even when a RF signal camera detector (I used a different detector) pinged that a camera device was in use. Other than that it’s a good app to have especially, if you’re dealing with internet hackers who like to “acquire” your net for free.

Not so happy right now. Can’t contact support.

Bought a subscription. Tried to contact support but the send email function does not work so all you can do is erase the whole thing. I have to leave my home because of a predatory stalker. He has friends everywhere and I can’t anticipate keeping my info private. Law enforcement tends to jot believe women until their bodies are found half buried in the woods. I need this to check out the hotel rooms as I can no longer have a home. If I use this I gave to Allow it to have all location related functions on for the entire phone. All anyone needs is my phone number and they can use location, blue tooth, and data to find my exact location regardless of where I am. My stalker will always know and within hours, I am not safe anymore. I need to check hotel rooms eithout disclosing where I am. As a disabled female veteran I need the VA medical care, but once they have my number, once hotels have it, etc. that is the first step to compromise. Turning on location for more than an app, and I am on the run again. Is there an app for victims out there? Doubt it. I regret buying this. I think there are devices that do not require a cell phone out there. I will try that. So I am disappointed. This world Dan be really hard for women, and it is men who design apps usually. I need to keep myself safe and that includes my location.

Totally useless

I paid the ten bucks for a lifetime purchase. That was ten bucks I lost faster than at a blackjack table. At least at a casino I would have gotten a free drink out of the deal. The WiFi scan just shows devices and their IP addresses but it never even refreshes when devices drop off. You can do better just by going into your router management and watching the connections. The camera detector is a joke…it’s like they are imagining you walking around your house staring at your phone screen like an idiot while they laugh all the way to the bank. I even turned on several cameras to video mode and pointed the scanner right at them…nothing. I think I’m more disappointed in Apple for not verifying the functionality of the app before putting it on their website. I’m not sure how they got the rating they got but that was truly the biggest waste of ten bucks ever. You’ve been warned.

Detects some devices but tracking is a joke

First, Their pop up sales screen came up so I pressed the only option to get out of it besides the very obvious purchase button - I pushed “restore” then it immediately said I’d just purchased their app and doesn’t tell me for how much or anything. I feel scammed and you will too. Second, This doesn’t understand my location which believe me is not my phones fault. My phone shows whether I’m on the left or right side of the bed. I walk around trying to find a device. The numbers numbers should change drastically as I get closer to the device. I looked a dozen times and the numbers were so random it was like a broken compass.

I'm sure it's worth it.

But it seems like a lot of money for something that you probably won’t be using that much unless you have a reason to. I don't know. I guess I will just proceed to see what it's all about. If I like it I'll come back and give it five.

Why let us in if we can’t see anything

I’ll I see is “suspicious devices” but when I check to see more information I’m taken to the same home page with zero access to go anywhere but back to where I started. So not much else to do but delete the app and move on. You would think the app makers would allow us to see how it works but to invite us in Abd then leave us with nothing is banking on people purchasing this app out of fear of the unknown devices. But since I’m not sure what’s on the other side I’m better off deleting this app and moving on.

Waste

Ripped apart our garage to find this “suspicious device” with a super strong reading. Found nothing. Installed a different app (a little more expensive but recommended on a bunch of tech sites) and it turned out to be our freaking thermostat. Nowhere near the garage, but gave a 100% reading on the better app and a 1% reading on this app. The same exact name came up. So nothing was suspicious, my husband downloaded the same app and put it in the same exact place and got a completely different reading. They should send someone out to help me clean the garage now! This is garbage.

How do I get a refund for this?

The camera detection app was just a filter, it picked up no cameras even when directly pointed at a camera. The instructions literally tell you to find other instructions on how to find cameras in your home. The Wi-Fi detector was not helpful because once it detected a device, it did not go away even if you powered it off, so there was no way to determine what truly was connecting to the wife that shouldn’t be. The blue tooth locator was so inaccurate that it was “locating” items in my house and telling me they were hundreds of meters away.

Now mind you I really didn’t know what I was subscribing to. Well after I emailed y’all like 5 times with no response at all.. I figured like well this is not a app that anyone could understand or use. Well I couldn’t any how. But maybe there is more to it than looking for my phone and watch

Probably just a data miner

It might work well for you so give it a try. The lack of clear instructions and a “how to” link that goes to an unsecured website and no online videos on how to use doesn’t give me much faith in the product. The light detector is cool but you can find that on a less complex app that doesn’t need to connect to your local network and learn your location. I’m pretty sure it’s just a data miner

It seems to work but what is the map for? I don’t understand why, when I open the map section it brings up my location and a Wi-Fi signal coming from another location?????

Reliable counter-surveillance

I didn't really think this could work at first, but it has exceeded my expectations thus far, and it appears to be able to identify a wide variety of listening devices.

The best

As someone that has to travel a lot due to his job, I feel much safer now that I discovered this app because it lets me know if there is a hidden camera where I'm going to stay the night.

Didn’t work all the way

Said it detected a suspicious device on Wi-Fi scan, but wouldn’t display, just kept bringing me to subscription screen of which I had already signed up for a trial and it kept failing from there. It did list a n IP at least. It found a couple Bluetooth devices. Needs a little work maybe.

Don't waste your time!

seriously disappointing came across as able to detect and all it does is show you IP addresses that are connected yet you can’t do anything with them other than say you trust the camera doesn’t detect cameras at all and when you switch to Bluetooth it will let you go see them but if you don’t approve of it you can’t disengage or block or anything it’s it’s total waste very disappointed

Doesn’t provide MAC address.

My Alexas only provide their MAC addresses in their “About” info>settings>Alexa app. So I can’t match them to what’s been detected by this app in order to rule them out as unknown devices. This app only tells my IP addresses on my network. Please fix this! I see a “copy MAC” option but it doesn’t work!

Don’t waste your money

I purposely put a camera in my room to see if this would detect it, it didn’t. I’ve noticed that there aren’t any apps that will detect this stuff. They will tell you they detect something- ask for more money- then when you pay more- they cannot show you the location of any hidden camera. Don’t pay these people for this. It’s a scam.

Pointing it straight at hidden camera and you can’t see a thing

Pointed it direct at multiple different hidden cameras different brands different types, did not detect anything, you can not see a thing. Even my outdoor cameras that are meant to be seen won’t show in the camera. Yes it detects the router and you on the network but labels everyone else in the house connected to it as “suspicious “ lol what a joke. Wasted my money.

I don’t understand, I can’t or should I say, they won’t let me even use it! I can’t get pass the part where they want you to sign up for pro version!!! Why? When I have not Ben got a chance to use the app.!! I don’t get it- no, I mean, I wouldn’t get it! Cancel cancel cancle! Don’t waist ur time! So sad! Not helpful

It’s not helpful to only be able to see that a device is connected to the WiFi network if it provides zero information about what the devices are. The Scanner using the camera on my phone did not recognize my own hidden camera I have little faith it will work on other cameras.

Hmmm not feeling the power to identify the camera “Extensive Test Ran”

Hello, I must say the app does detect infrared sources. But you have to be almost directly on it for it to show up. I also cut off all the lights and utilize my iPhone and it showed me way more lights from a long distance that I was able to check out. I don’t think I’ll keep it. 👎

Worthless info!

I have something attempting to get on my wifi and I wanted to know what it is. So I got this app, signed up for the free trial, because you get NOTHING without, and it scanned my wifi and listed every item as “Unknown”! I could have told you that without this app!!! How dumb! This app is probably a ploy to collect your info. Beware!!

I was charged more than 40 bucks already

I don’t know why I subscribed it and I don’t know anywhere I can disable this membership in the app. I sent the email two weeks ago but no response and I kept getting charged by this app. This is ridiculous. Stay away from this app.

Doesn’t Work

I would scan my WiFi and there were 8-18 devices on at one time, yet only one was labeled which was the router. The rest say “unknown”, so there is no way to tell if it’s a camera, tv, or spy cam. The thermal scan didn’t work either. It was more like “X-ray vision” without the capability to see through things.

Not helpful & not free

As a house sitting I like to know where I’m not being watched. All this app did was tell me that there is 16 devices using Bluetooth & 1 device using wifi. Not the location or any information on the Bluetooth devices besides it’s IP. Plus it Doesn’t work unless you sign up for the 7 day free trial.

I mean it does what it says, I like the different colored options it gives me too also try to search for hidden devices w infrared concealed. Move slowly and steadily is all I can say.
