Unable to set the app. It is frustrating having trouble from the very beginning

Mine is going off every minute and I’m wasting all of the oil. I cannot change it. It doesn’t matter. I’ve only had it a few weeks, not even two weeks and it won’t let me log back in. This is absurd. Somebody better get back in touch with me because I’m all about small claims court at this point I’m sick and tired of getting in screwed over I’ve had enough!!!! these are not cheap to have a crappy app set with it is pretty crappy of them!!!!!!

Setting up the app was a hassle! Very poorly developed for such an expensive product. Just went and replaced the scent for the first time and when tried to adjust the settings on the app.. surprise! Is not working! Won’t even bother trying to contact them after reading everyone else’s reviews, ALL ABOUT THE SAME TOPIC smh… Of course, won’t even bother either buying this product again if they are unable to offer a better app & support.

Same as a lot of other people. After about a month in, the app doesn’t allow one to log in to change the settings. Very frustrating. You would try ink the company would see the reviews and do something about it

This app is just a waste of time. It won’t work at all. I have 4 machines which are not cheap and none of them work. I do not recommend this at all. Please listen to people who already bought this and already know the struggle. And since the app wont work you are not able to fix the schedule so the bottle of oil will last you a week.

Products are amazing and long lasting! The service is great Virginia is great and helps with everything even installing the diffuser on the app! Amazing service!

The app won’t take your password after a month. No option for resetting password and no way to change settings on the plug in device. Very frustrating

After setting the app (not easy a lot of complications) ,saving schedule and password. A month after I’m trying to make changes in the schedule and the app said the password is wrong. It’s saved how can be wrong. How do you reset it???? And forget to find app support.

The app doesn’t work!! This is a really expensive product and all of the sudden after like 3 uses the app on the phone stopped working, have emailed and messaged through instagram and no one helps.. don't know if I would recommend this again 👎🏽

Same as everyone, but I searched and searched and almost all companies use they same and they come with a set password which is 8888 , try this and see if it works. It did for me. I couldn’t change my settings because of the password.

The app programming is amateurish and lacking. Schedule doesn’t work, never did, a complete failure for such a pricy product. Buy scented product from any other company instead, these people are crooks and should be avoided. 0 stars if I could.

Have the machine for about a month. Since the last APP Update I’m unable to adjust device settings. Very frustrating to call the store and no one answering the phones for support 🤔

I’d give it zero stars but It doesn’t give me the option. For a product that will cost you well over $150 the app does not work and now I cannot use the device. I do NOT RECOMMEND.

the application does not work, such a cestode product to not be able to program it by the application, or I recommend it

Ever since downloading this app all 3 of my diffusers just stopped working.

The product is fantastic, the app is horrible, it never worked... it told me to put a password and then it tells me that it is incorrect

App ask for password and does not let you put forgot password. Overall is does not good .

There is no utility for set up! Very expensive and cannot change settings! Sprays every 10 seconds!

Takes forever to login, plus the app itself is confusing. They need to redesign this asap.

Es un mala aplicaciin, no funciona jamas el app para el producto que es bien costoso para que jamas uno pueda usarlo, me he comunicado con los vendedores y jamas me han dado solucion para el problema!!!! 🤬

Muy mala el app los y difusores, ni que decir el servicio igual que cómo funciona la app cuando fui a comprar los repuestos de aroma, terrible! Además no se como no les importa el servicio al cliente si ve tan malas reseñas no hacen algo por el app. Que pérdida de dinero

Tengo varias dispositivos y no se como programar en el mismo teléfono

Esto no tiene opción para recuperar la contraseña so si se te olvida ya no puedes configurar el difusor

Muy mala calidad. Dañados en unos meses y después hay que pagar para arreglarlos y te lo envían para atrás y llegan rotos porque ni siquiera lo envuelven bien

Esta app es solo de decoración porque no funciona. La descargas y queda mostrando sólo el emblema de la empresa.

Las chicas en la tienda tienen mucha LaCie dia y una vez Que entiendes la app es facil de manejar. Mi casa y mi carro huele divino gracias por existir!!
