Simple, Intuitive and client friendly!
I’ve been with HoneyBook since their debut at the Wedding MBA 2015. Before HoneyBook, I was using PDF writable contracts and my accounting software to keep track of my jobs and client payment balances. It wasn’t until I really tarted using HoneyBook to start automating the some of the work. HoneyBook had everything I needed to keep all of it together, in one easy to use platform, from digital contracts, easily see ALL the text messages history, easy to set up payment reminders and best of all payment processing by stripe deposits usually take no more than 24 hrs to post to your account. They constantly make it better, it looks clean and works great. They have a great help section with plenty of self help vidz for every module that you may have questions on how to set up and for the newbies like me that were a bit hard headed going digital ALL THE WAY, its been a life saver. Thank you HoneyBook and keep up the amazing work!

One of my top 10 allied apps, I would be in the top 3 besting this.
I have been a user for over a year and a half and without a doubt I can say that it is one of the best tools I have used and as a systems engineer I have tried many. I did not give it 5 stars because I considered that it still has a couple of opportunities. Complementing it with some business consulting is one of them and would make it unbeatable. It is not new to assume that if you teach your client to sell more it ensures that you will get a piece of their pie, if not ask facebook with their ads experts. A few days ago I connected to Honeybook support chat asking for some guidance with some setback with the tool and the visibility of the proposals after expired and the answer was in a few words is better to seek help elsewhere because Honeybook can not do anything, obviously that person who answered is not the company as a whole but if he represents it at that time with me and analyze, listen or guide with more patience surely would have yielded better results that ultimately translate into more sales for everyone. First opinion so extensive that I give but I think it is worth thinking that there is someone on the other side listening. Manuel from Devppy Digital Agency.

Customer Service is Bad/ Payments don’t work
I started by doing a test invoice and payment of 2.00$. Worked fine, used on a project for invoice and payment. Got payment confirmation and customer even left a tip. Two days later I get an email from HoneyBook wanting the customer CVV/ Full Name/ and written proof that this customer owns the card- and HoneyBook gave a 48 hr limit to complete/ so basically They want me to drive 2 hours to have a customer write on paper his personal information- this is not a bank hold either JUST HoneyBook. Ok, I call HoneyBook to see if this can be worked out in a professional manner- nope, no one answers any of the phone lines. Email response is very very slow and doesn’t solve anything. Got a Not helpful Bot on their chat- after getting upset with the bot a guy gets on there and tells me is above him he will get help for me. No help, if nothing else I would like to cancel the transaction so I can talk to customer on phone and have him pay a different way/ nope can’t even get a human from this company. Horrible customer service/ untrustworthy handling of payment transfers. I definitely would recommend you steer clear from this app. The only good reviews I believe they get are fake ones.

Overall good app
I’ve been using HoneyBook for over a year now. I love the features with scheduling, creating projects, invoices, contracts, and etcetera. I would say it’s definitely worth it for those features. I never had any bug crashes or issues. My major problem is all of their fees. Not only do we pay monthly (not a problem) and there are transaction fees (again not a problem) but if you are tipped from the service you are provided, HoneyBook takes 90% of your tip (major problem). It’s a huge problem for this system to take away such a large portion of a tip for a service they are not physically doing. One of the uses for HoneyBook is with my cleaning business. For example, me and my employee completed a cleaning for $60 and a $6 tip was added. However only $58 was received. That’s so unethical. We’re already paying for the platform and we are paying processing fees to receive the money. I do not think it is right to take 90% of the tip. I compared that cleaning payment to the previous cleaning payment and there a $1.72 difference which is absurd considering the tip was $6. I get if they took maybe 10-20% of the tip but to take majority of it is absolutely ridiculous.

Need to improve to keep paying members active
I would rank the company 3 out of 5 stars. Great idea and I have use their services for almost a year. We had a lot of communication problems, system crashing, and not everything work properly in their system. For example, contracts could not be sign by the clients, reports could not downloads, projects tabs did not work properly. The worst part is their customer service. They do not put priority on things when need to be fix, and when you are running a business and clients are waiting for you to fix the problem with their contract, or other technical issues it looks bad on your part as a business that it takes so long. They only have customer service over chat, and conversation that could have taken 10 minutes turned into 3 days because the company has no urgency for customer support. I would suggest going with a different company. I would consider them again after they put priority to their own customers, as a business owner, I do and that is why I am currently looking for other options to switch to a similar and better system and cancel my curretly monthly subscription.

ALMOST 5 Stars! Love it!
This app has saved my life. I own a small business in the wedding industry so it’s very important I have a CRM and tools that are efficient and professional. HB app allows me to operate away from my desktop with replying to inquiries effortlessly and still have access to other clients timelines, etc. I use it everyday, and it holds all of my business information which was in excel and note pads prior (aka a hot mess). The only request I have: I’m a wedding florist so my work is all visual and I can’t quickly add an inspiration photo to the app without sending an email. I can’t tell you how often a client texts me a picture they love for their wedding that’s months away and I want to add that photo they sent to their client files in HB but I can’t unless I send an email. So I have send the photo to my desktop cloud and attach it to their portal only from PC, not the app which would be much more convenient. I hope this helps the app development team! Thank you all for the hard work you’re doing!

Life as a photographer got easy!
I wish I knew about HoneyBook moons ago!! My workflow is smooth sailing. I’ve noticed that clients book a lot easier and faster by sending the proposals. I’m in love! Two things I wish they can have or fix... One, there’s no way I can send a notification of booking to my second shooter or shooters for a double booking, and have them “Confirm” that they will be attending The booked event. Unless I have a “workspace” to chat with them. But even then, I can’t share the timeline I previously sent my client. I have to create a new one to only share with my shooter. I hope you guys can fix that :) Second... I personally would love folders or any other way to place my “booked” jobs in. I would like this so I can only have my inquiries on the dashboard, and only concentrate on those jobs rather then seeing everything and not knowing who I’m working with. It would be nice to be able to just pull jobs I’m working on for that month. Besides those two things, I love everything about this app and the customer service is amazing!

Great App - Jennifer Trahan Co.
I'm super excited to have this app, I hope it makes my life easier. When I select a specific location, I still have opportunities showing up from all over the country and sometimes I have to search the post for the location to be sure I don't reply to a post that is too far from me, then sometimes the posts don't even state where the opportunity is. Don't know what I'm missing?!? The chat would be great if I could see all chats in one place not try and remember who I was chatting with, search them then select chat to read the convo. Wishing posters wouldn't cancel replies only a few hours in when they are asking for names to be tossed into the hat... three posts and it's shut down... I'd like to make them aware of my services too but I can't stalk HB 24/7 to get a comment in. If it's booked that's one thing but if it's not let people continue to add to the pot. (Just my opinion, nothing can be done about that).

Streamlined my sales and service process
I own an event venue. HoneyBook was my life saver! It helped me streamline and semi automate my sales and service process. I use it for every step of my sales process, planning process, and even my thank you and follow up process. It keeps all of my clients, paperwork, and communication in one place. The app is great! You still need to access the desktop version for some features but for the most part you can do a good bit on the app. And what the app doesn’t do, HoneyBook is probably already working on an update to make the app more robust. They are constantly updating and customizing their product to their clients needs! But.... you have to use it and work it. Don’t try to operate half out of HoneyBook and half in. Use it for its full potential and it will help you streamline your business sales and service process as well!

The best service & app for your business
As a wedding photographer I've tried almost every client management system for my business over the past 10 years. Almost all of them lacked a mobile app. This was a huge issue for me. As a photographer I'm always on the go and sometimes need to quickly reference a clients details, contract, invoice or questionnaires. With the HB app, I'm always to do all of that quickly and efficiently and I never have to go to some clunky web app instead. Aside from that - The app & software continues to update monthly with new features aimed to help my business grow and succeed. I'm over the moon and so thankful for the HB team. Without them, I wouldn't be able to do 90% of business on the go. If you're a small business owner, definitely check out HoneyBook for your one stop shop for your business. You won't regret it.

Perfect for Video Production
This has turned my extremely chaotic business scheduling into an organized one. There are tons of contracts, talent releases, proposals and even package and service templates available. They are fully customizable to you liking. Merge your google calendar's, QuickBooks and previous clients into one place. Now our schedule is available by a link for other potential clients who may be nervous to make a phone call. Just hit “book now” and a new lead is booked with you. The process is easier for both our business and our clients. Also, really digging the ability to keep all our PDF documents, logos and custom thumbnails for our inventory. Everything is custom yet very professional. Thanks HoneyBook! Very happy with the investment.

Money money money 💰
I like this platform, but i think they are a bit greedy when it comes to their fees. I pay annually… actually signed up when they had their AMAZING SALE because i didn’t think I’d use this a lot, but it’s actually really dope! I love how i can package the agreement along w the invoice and client can pay invoice and even on installments (that you can set) but the fees are a killer! every time a client makes a payment… BOOM, FEE! So if a client makes three payments, that’s three times HoneyBook took a feee! For a small mobile DJ business whose just trying to stay organized, i wish HoneyBook would restructure that. Also, I’m having a hard time finding simple things like resending a file to a client or editing it. HoneyBook gives tons of tutorials—or maybe I’m slow, but i think that should be more visible whether using the app or on the computer because i still haven’t managed to find it 😟

Disappointed and Disrespected
I used honeybook for about two months and in that time a few things became clear: (1) they're built for smaller, more passive freelance businesses. (2) several experiences on the app and browser need to be updated. Maybe some leftover ui/ux from before the rebrand? (3) They completely fumbled the ball of “Support.” I had $25-30K in invoices after a month that where processing for 6 days. Only after 6 days did i get hit with an email saying they where holding my money, requesting for several additional documents to verify my account and no context as to why. Its the end of the month, I've been using this service for 2 months. I need the money to pay contractors.. The nail in the coffin was support chat. I Can’t get on the phone with anyone and the only way to proceed is to upload the docs. If you're running an business where getting paid on time is important, don't use Honeybook.

This app is LIFE CHANGING!
For real...we’ve went through 3 big name platforms now for client management. We’ve shifted through templates and contracts and questionnaires. We utilized time trackers and tools and organizational guides. And each one has left us wanting more...until we started dating Honeybook. At first...it was cute, it was intriguing and helpful. But the more I learned about it and the more I dove deep into each section of its heart, the more I fell in love. The Honeybook app is so convenient and so kind- to let me access everything on my program...on my phone...anywhere. It’s ever evolving, always updating, and always getting better. But the best thing is that it’s already worlds better then everything else we’ve seen out there. Thank you Honeybook, keep being cute. We love you.

Peace of Mind at its finest for a small business!!
As a new, first time, business owner there are so many hurdles to jump through. Systems and credit card payments were my top two priorities, after of course bringing in clients/new work to provide for me & my family. The first thing I noticed was they allowed me to personalize everything! And since I spent a lot of personal time creating a font & colors & logo, that was really cool to be able to use it on all my paperwork. AND THE SMART FILES!!! Wow!! Being able to flip an estimate into an invoice is top notch! The auto fill information is key to saving time and the need of an assistant right away! Not to mention all the contracts ARE MY OWN!! As a one-man band, a licensed and insured General Contractor, my main focus has to be in the field, networking & bring in new work constantly. With the peace of mind that my paperwork is safe and in order is a huge weight off my shoulders! And when I do need help I’ll have them learn HoneyBook! Because it doesn’t get any better!! 🔨🦾 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Great App... however!!
This is a great app!! It’s super smooth!! And allows me to do what I need to do! So thank you for that! However I would give this a Five Star if it was also formatted for IPAD. I normally take my IPAD PRO out for client meetings and would like to do more through the APP then it comes to signing in person for contracts! It confuses people sometimes when they can’t actually sign like they would in the stores for credit card. I’ve looked into other apps but in order to do this I would need to use 3 apps total to do one thing! Which is absolutely pointless! The app shows promise but needs to be updated for face to face client meetings. I literally had one client refuse to sign a contract because she legally couldn’t sign the contract and I didn’t have the paperwork to back it up! Please for all that is Holy create/optimize for this!

Great but still needs some work
I love this app because it allows me to manage my business on the go. However, the one major thing I dislike about it is that it cannot do some of the small things that you can do if you were working on the desktop. You are, however, able to log onto your account using the browser on your phone and that allows you to utilize everything that the desktop version has. One issue I’m referring to is that the app isn’t that friendly with creating proposals. If I want to add multiple items and packages I have to go to the browser log in to do that because the app only lets you select one package and hand enter any other packages or items. Overall though, great app. Keep it up.

Good but missing some things
I used HoneyBook for 3 years and have now switched to another platform. The reason I chose to end my subscription with them was on the financial side they didn’t provide enough reports and break downs for tax. My accountant also found it made doing my taxes difficult. There is also no way for an accountant to log into HoneyBook and have a look at your records without giving them your full log in details. I use Táve now and although it’s not as user friendly as HoneyBook I love its detailed reports and how it breaks down how much I charge and much profit I make from every package etc. I also hated the fact that HoneyBook didn’t give me an option to charge my client the cc card fees. I was paying so much money in fees - with Táve i have the option to charge the fee to my client.

Great for most small business tasks
I use HoneyBook for one of my clients and have been pleased with responsiveness of the customer service and the database of help topics. Getting set up with automations, pipeline, projects, etc takes a while to understand in order to get it set up correctly for true efficiency. I appreciate the client portal and auto-pay on recurring invoices for our clients along with the notifications for billing status. An improvement I’d like to see is with the mobile app and viewing project notes. I suspect it’s a bug, but notes visible on laptop browser are not visible in app view. The redirect url to only mobile view on mobile browser makes it impossible to see project notes when not in front of a computer.

App Will Not Work On iPhone 13 Pro
I’ve had the app for a while now and it was working great on my iPhone 11 but now that I’ve switched to iPhone 13 Pro Max it simply DOES NOT WORK! I cannot log in!!! I have deleted and uploaded the app over 10 times, didn’t work. I used the same password that I use to log into the desktop version, still didn’t work. I click “Forgot Password” for a reset link, I NEVER receive an email to reset the password. I’ve checked spam, promotions, etc. just NOTHING! This app really needs a full update. When I was able to use the app, it was not user friendly at all compared to the desktop version. I hope the app gets fixed and updated soon with things that’ll actually make it more user friendly…I’m sure if it does people wouldn’t mind paying the prices at all.

Love it
I love this app to organize and track my orders for my bakery however I wish it had a better setup for buisness like bakery’s ,food,candy etc, although it is fairly easy to alter to your preferences . I also wish it had a tab to show all completed projects and allowed you to remove or hide tabs you do not use or need . But it is amazing at keeping everything in one place and organizing your projected in the specific stages they are at in your process. I also love that it allows me to email and update my customers and allow they to pay through the link it sends as well , it creates a more professional and secure connection for both my customers and I.

My world in one app!!
Do you know that question about what you would take with you if you were stranded on an island? Well, my answer would have to be this app that tracks absolutely everything I do with my business!! I can wake up look at my app I know exactly how much money I’ve made this year, how many more contracts I have and what I have on my schedule that day!! I have been using HoneyBook for just a little over a year now and I am so so happy, and the scheduling feature is somewhat new to me and I have been using religiously since! Thank you so much honeybook you make my life so much easier!

Mobile piece still needs work - not perfect for on the go professionals
I wanted to send my couple a timeline for their wedding, but the mobile application doesn’t allow for that to happen. I had to make the timeline on my desktop laptop.I find a lot of the features on the mobile app are not that great as far as working for the person on the go. I am constantly moving around and only have my phone to use so this is a little disappointing. Also when I ask for help on a deposit question, the auto bot feature says it will get back to me in a day. I Purchased a subscription on the app why can I speak to somebody right then in there?

HoneyBook has been great for my photography business.

Love!
This is the first real tool I purchased for my growing social media business. It is truly a comprehensive client management system. I can make files for each step of the onboarding, working, and transfer process. I get notifications in real time to my phone as clients complete steps in each process and I’ve been able to cancel other tools since honey books does so much. I haven’t even started learning through the tutorial library but it’s been a great investment just from what I’ve found clicking around. Referred by Latasha James and she NEVER disappoints

Ok but needs still in prototype
Honeybook has been super efficient for automation & streamlining a process but it still has a long way to go for service providers. While there are functionalities within the CRM that allows for certain automations to happen once something is triggered, it still isn’t enough for service-providers who have different workflows. For example, I would like an automation for clients who are scheduled for a consultation so that an email is sent within 2 hours of the end time of the consultation. I also would like for payment to be deposited a lot sooner than 48-72 hours. There should be no reason that an invoice paid on Wednesday is deposited by the following Monday/Tuesday.

Needs more work
Honeybook is pretty good but it definitely needs more work. When adding the price in the service block (including cents), it doesn't show when you print the sheets or when you download the PDF which is what some clients prefer. Most of us only send estimates by themselves so the service block is missing the project's information as well as the information for contact person, it's so ugly and plain when you send services only without the invoice or contract block. I convinced a lot of people move to honeybook from Joist but that was such a bad mistake, the markup is also missing which is incredible given that they have a "add tip" option in the invoice block. The information section within settings is missing the option to add whatever licenses you own.

Honeybook Rocks!!
We have been implementing HoneyBook in our business for well over a year! We run a catering business in our small town and it has helped us reach a six figure gross profit in 2023!! There is so much more that the software can do, and I honestly wish I had time to learn all the bells and whistles. Hopefully soon. For now, all we can say is, we don’t know what we would do without it!!! It is an absolute game changer with organization and communication. My clients can pay with ease and there’s flexibility for them built right into the system. WE LOVE IT!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Must Have for Business Owners!
HoneyBook is user friendly both in desktop and mobile form! I love that I can use the app on the go to always keep up with my clients. There are so many features from linking my HoneyBook calendar to my google calendar, to scheduling meetings and booking clients, to automations that really help me thrive in my business! I couldn’t be happier with this CRM and I’m so thankful. It’s what has helped me keep up with the demands of owning my own business and ensuring my client experience is seem less every time!

No iPad Functionality
With all the improvements in iOS in the last few iterations, pretty much all large scale apps have figured out ipad functionality - not so with HoneyBook. It’s like they don’t care, honestly. To be clear - I love the program. The iPhone app is highly functional and not buggy. But sometimes I want to have greater visibility/control and the ipad version of this app just doesn’t cut it. It doesn’t even support split view which is pretty critical when working across apps. I get that I can just use it in safari but then it’s more of a pain to work on a website and also HoneyBook. If they can improve the ipad function I would absolutely give it 5 stars. We’ll see, I suppose.

Scam Company Holding My Funds Thieves
I had received an email to verify further my identity as part of the company KYC, and until I did, my funds would be held. I completely understand and appreciated their due diligence, I provided all requested items promptly, let an associate know, and they told me that it would take 2-3 business days TOPS. Sure, no problem I told him as I thanked him. THAT WAS ON THE 11TH OF FEBRUARY. IT HAS BEEN 17 DAYS WITHOUT RECEIVING A DIME. 17 days of reaching out every day to be told they are escalating the issue, or someone will look at it asap when they get in to the office….Today I am done. I was completely and utterly ignored, as if I didn’t exist. I have been overly kind, patient, trusting and to now be ignored….for no reason other than to steal my money. Complete scam, Merchants save yourselves and don’t use this app!

Great but wish I could track time from mobile app
I really am liking this right now and I’m still in the early days of using HoneyBook. Customer service/support team has been really great. There is one thing I wish and that’s time tracking via the mobile app. I’m a graphic designer and if I’m out meeting with a client or doing a lot of sketching I’m not on my computer and I’d really love for the time tracking to be included in the app. Other than that I like it so far. EDIT: I did find time tracking on the app but it’s difficult to get too. It should be under the TOOLS tab and it’s not you have to get to it in a round about way inside the app.

Used to love, now glitching every day.
I have had it with this platform. I used to love it but now simple features like choosing how I allow my clients to pay has been messing up. Funny this started happening as soon as you upped your credit card fees. No one will fix the problem. Honeybook worries about updating their logo (which is ugly now) instead of fixing serious problems. My emails haven’t been sending which is….. just perfect, thanks for making me lose out on 10k of potential clients Honeybook! You have have become despicable and I’ve yet to receive an offer for compensation. I’m currently testing out new crms and can’t wait to say goodbye to you Honeybook. For what I pay, you all are absolute crooks and you clearly don’t care about your customers. SHAME ON YOU.

This is what I am looking for but...
I was looking for a CRM that would handle everything without breaking the bank, and I think I've found it. So far, it has a lot of potential but there are inconsistencies between the web app and the mobile app that make me want to pull my hair out! The web app allows you to start a project with a project name. Then you add the client. The mobile app ask for the client first AND there is no drop down or search facility like the web app to select someone already in you list. You have to enter the client name and have to know their email. Also, you can't go to a client in your list and select them for a new project like the web app. There are lots more inconsistencies and things that just don't quite work correctly. I've mentioned these to actual people but thus far nothing in the mobile app has really changed. Right now, I just use the web app in my browser on my phone. I'm sticking with HoneyBook for now hoping they correct some of these issues.

Overall, I like HoneyBook and its features. It’s not quite as intuitive or in depth as something like GoHighLevel, but does offer important things that GHL doesn’t, and that’s the ability to do contracts. The app needs improving, though. I work predominantly from my phone, because it’s easier when I have three kids running around, and my only solid work time being while the baby is contact napping with me. Anytime I have a few moments to work on a form or other template, I have to go on the computer because that’s not an option on the app. You can edit a form once you apply it to a project, but you cannot create a new from or other template on mobile. It’s just proving to be difficult to get that stuff done since I don’t often get onto my computer. And for as much as I like HoneyBook, I’m not so committed that I won’t switch to a platform with similar features AND a fully functional app that doesn’t require a laptop at all (if such a thing exists).

Dynamic and Useful
HoneyBook provided me with as much help running my business virtually as anything I’ve ever used. It’s interface is super intuitive and overall value-add is undeniable. I’d recommend spending some time finalizing all the automations and templates outside of the phone app so that you won’t have to edit too much on the fly. NOT FOR SMALL BUSINESSES
HoneyBook claims to be for small businesses but charges a monthly fee or a yearly subscription for their platform, in addition to taking money from every invoice/transaction made. Not only that, if you don’t constantly check how payments are made they will randomly charge different rates for different forms of payment even though you have certain settings turned off. I don’t know about you as a business owner, but when a company is making significant money off small businesses a red flag should pop up. They’ve collected over $400 in monthly payments for the year, not including over $5,000 of my money from their “transaction” fees and then offer a $100 gift card if you take their survey. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

I concept it great
I like the app because it keeps everything organized in one place for my business. However, reaching the customer service is terrible. They have NO over the phone support and everything is via email when they decided to get back to you no matter how big of a problem your having. When having so many things tied into one app like the day to day running of your business and the finances you really need to talk to an actual person sometimes and they do not have that. It’s pretty terrible. If they had actual customer service for clients this would have been a 5 star rating.

Used it for the past two years definitely need some improvement
Over the past two years of me using this to run my photography business it has done the job. But definitely giving me plenty of my own issues. I missed an entire session because it wouldn’t show up on my calendar. So I had to refund them all their money. Customer service was absolutely no help so I was out that money. No fault of my own. not even an offer to credit my account and not pay a monthly fee. I figured after using it for two years I would get at least that

Wow!
I’ve heard about HoneyBook from other photographers, and I’m so glad I tried it out for myself! I’m just starting out, but I have loved it so far. Easy to use, so many templates, and it even helps you find opportunities near you. The only thing I wish it had was a way to view templates you are sending to your clients as mobile versions, because I mostly work on my laptop and most of my clients view it on their phones. Other than that, this app is amazing and I love it!

Happy Customer!
Since I’ve joined HoneyBook life as a planner has been so much easier. Emails and all the files sent to my clients are all in one place. I love the reminders and how user friendly it is. But most of all I love the customer service support - they are absolutely amazing! I’ve read other reviews about it having potential and to some point I agree. It has the potential to do more but like any app or system it’s a work in progress. Nonetheless I love it and recommend it to everyone I know!

No Contracts
I’m looking for a way to generate CONTRACTS, not invoices. I can already do that on Pages for Free. Useless. I mean, yes I know how to blow up the image. But that still only gives me a MAXIMUM working size of about 1110 x 1960 lines of resolution. This is pathetic, considering we have we have 2266 x 1488 to work with. Even at the unreasonable size they give you when you lazily blow up the image in portrait mode, we’re only getting (based on the iPad Mini 6s pixel density @ 3.35” x 6.00” = 6,552 pixels). Considering this, we’re getting a fraction of the ‘real estate’ that we should. Since this is an app which would benefit from a larger screen size to use, in Every Aspect, there’s NO REASON you wouldn’t offer an iPad version. Lazy, and Pathetic.

Mostly Great, but does not help if you attend Wedding shows
I am a wedding photographer and I love HoneyBook for what it is… But I want to talk about what it isn’t, it’s not meant for mass. Emailing brides list if you’re a photographer or vendor receiving email list while participating at a wedding fair or wedding show… this is what I really want to improve on, as of now I still have to manually email blast brides list that I receive when attending wedding shows. It’s not perfect but for your clients who contact you directly through your website, it’s great.

Needs a login for customers
I downloaded HoneyBook because my wedding planner uses this to communicate with me, make payments, etc. I love the website from a client perspective & it would be really nice if I could log into the app, get notifications when my wedding planner contacts me, upload images of ideas for my wedding, & have it easy & convenient to use. It would also be cool if you could use this app to search for vendors & look at reviews that previous clients have submitted for the different vendors. I really hope you guys add a customer feature soon.

Love this CRM
It has all the features and I love all the templates ploys customizations. You can make it as simple or complex as you need! The only thing I wish was better is the time log/time invoicing feature. The time tracker works well but the log and invoicing are way too basic. It needs a lot more ways to filter time by date, amount, etc. and select/deselect, plus some sharing options other than creating an invoice.

Honeybook is the BEST investment a business owner can make! It makes coordinating ting schedules for my clients so easy, getting signed contracts completed effortless and don’t even get me started on collecting mo eh. This is a lifesaver
Honeybook has been a lifesaver for my business and my state of mind! I am able to achieve so much more in an intuitive & simple fashion. I feel in control and my clients appreciate that I am walking them through all the steps & anticipating their questions. App is a continuation of the service and it’s everything I need on the go! Highly Recommend
I Love this CRM! I’m still working on my automations, however the part that I do have built out works great. I love that they offer so much support and even connect you with independent HoneyBook pros if you want that 1:1 walk through. Also the fact that they are so affordable is LOVE! The only downside I see is when I’m c/p something from my note app or a Google doc to an email it messes up the formatting. However, I have hope that this CRM will only continue to improve as my business grows.

Very unhappy
I tried out HoneyBook for my photography business. I can’t for the life of me get any pictures to load. I click into the screen to load a profile picture or any other kind of picture, it will ask me where I want to load it from and as soon as I pick a source (no matter which one) it takes me straight back to the original screen no matter how many times I’ve tried. You can’t really show your work when none of it will load. I’ve ready other reviews from other users having the same problem. This is super buggy. I’ve also tried to change locations and sometimes it just won’t. Not user friendly. I’ve tried contacting support and never heard back.

Notification issues
I absolutely love honeybook, I’ve been using it for my photography business for about a year. I never really had any issues until recently. I’ve noticed that I’ll receive an email notification in my actual email inbox, but it’ll take a few minutes at least to make it into my honeybook notifications. It’s gotten to the point where now I’m not getting any notifications unless I actually open the app on my phone and check before they pop up. Please fix this!!
