The autofill feature no longer works solely with this app with my password manager so I am having to copy and paste my password now every time. This app should also have a biometric login in order to allow quicker login for users. The most recent update has slowed down app performance as well. Please listen to your customers and make the suggested improvements.
The whole idea behind having an app to pay your car bill, is so that you can quickly log in and pay it. This app was fine for years, then in the most recent update, they decided to change it, where you have to login through safari every time (there’s no remember me feature, so you physically need to type in your info). This app is now no different than visiting IFS on safari and paying that way. For a “luxury” product, it’s disappointing to not have the convenience that many owners/lessees of non-luxury brands enjoy. Please bring back quick FACE ID recognition for logging into the app, and update the car colors available to match your own car when on the payment screen. I understand UI may not mean much to some, but aesthetics and ease of use can often times sway car buyers one way or another. Only so many of Infiniti’s apps can be one-star before people get the memo and begin to take their business elsewhere.
Got a new phone and this app. didn’t transfer over. Loaded the app. on new phone and it no longer recognizes my password. I had to re-set for a new password and it doesn’t recognize that one. I went to app. Store and it show that it just did an up date for bugs I think they made more problems than fix them. This is very frustrating because this is a convenient way to make my car payment. I guess it’s snail mail. You can’t submit this unless you give them at least 1 star. Gave 1 star just so I can submit this but they get no stars from me.
I always pay online, figured using the app would be easier. Last month’s scheduled payment didn’t post, I was not aware of it until I was notified by email that my account was PAST DUE! This month, I scheduled my payment to be made on the due date (18th) as I did last month. I checked today (19th) payment was not made. I went to the website to make the payment, it went through. This is extremely upsetting as my financial relationship with Infiniti is perfect.
Been using it for a year now.. Needs updated! It never saves my password, doesn’t update accurately… You’ll pay your bill on the weekend and it’ll say it’s past due until Monday. I’ve also scheduled payments and it completely ignores that… it’s hard to navigate… Kinda annoying I’ll have to use it for awhile.
If you are enrolled in ebills through your bank, downloading/activating this app will disable it. No one could tell me why I had missed an automatic payment but they were very good at reading their three lines of script. It’s not my bank’s fault Infiniti didn’t send the ebill, it’s not Infiniti’s fault for not sending it, it’s my fault for thinking a car company would have a decent app. Payment app with nothing other than the ability to pay. Bare bones, at best. Garbage, if we’re being honest.
This app has yet to allow me to even register and from reading the reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue that never gets addressed. Oh well...I guess I’ll just call to pay my car payment. Until I refinance with someone else as soon as this COVID ish is over, that is. Turns out, they screwed me on my interest rate, too. By at least 4 pts, according to the multitude of refinance offers I received via Credit Karma literally the moment they registered my loan with Infiniti. Smmfh.
For a luxury car line your app definitely needs improvements. I absolutely hate this app. Please enable a save password setting, or Face ID detection also needs the ability to set reminders or a schedule.
I don’t know how infinity even stays in business they continue making the worst apps that ever existed on the Internet. This app is so terrible I don’t want to even give it a star. It’s impossible to login when you do by some miracle. Absolutely positively does not work whoever is making these apps need to be fired or go learn how real apps work. If this app is any representation of how it infinity finance service works he has reached a whole new level of complete incompetence.
I agree with a previous user. The app was fine for years and now this update is straight aggravating. You have to login every time via the web. Don't see the point of the app if I have to login online. Not to mention the face recognition Olga's been removed so I have to type information each time. Definitely need to revamp or revert back to the previous app. I hate this app.
If your someone writing a bad review of it your most likely a fool that gets stressed over the fact that you don’t have enough brain cells to remember a password.
This app is for payment. Why new version doesn’t work on IOS 13 below? If new version doesn’t work in lower IOS, old version must be able to make people to login & pay a bill, but not. Simple is the best. App for payment needs to work on lower IOS.
its so sad good company cannot pay enough to have their app made my developers. Like someone said above you have to log in every time to pay your bill! and it goes to regular browser. Might as well go to the website and make payment
Isn’t the idea of a payment app to make payments easy?! This one is a pain in the neck. It’s not user friendly, and apparently INFINITI has not taken notice of the 1.8 star rating of the app. Nearly every respondent has the same issue, yet it remains unfixed. It simply reflects lack of customer service from the IT department.
The most unintuitive app that exists. Lots of lag and crashing. Simple tasks such as principle payments don’t go through unless you try multiple times. You can’t easily see historical info. Had I known it’d be this hard I would’ve chosen another finance company. Too much hassle!
Please update this awful app. It’s been over two weeks since I’ve been able to log into my account! Keep on getting on error message. Needs an update and Face ID. Can’t wait for my lease turn in to be done with this app and awful company.
Worst app ever , each time there’s an update the app never works and you have to go thru safari to be able to pay . Such a big company and they can’t fix this issue so customers can pay their bill .
This app worked great for years then some genius decided to fix it with an update now it stopped working! Yay!! Now it directs me to safari and doesn’t remember my credentials, so basically making this app totally worthless. Great work team! 🥴
It keeps telling me to meet password requirements even though mine has capital, lowercase, number and special character and was longer than 8 characters. Everything it asked for. It is broken.
I use to love this app, but now you have to log in every time to pay your note. It’s like logging in twice. Please fix this. Only in the past year has it switched.
Devs, can you fix it so I don’t get an email daily about my statement? Maybe when the statement comes out and a few days before it is due, would be better.
This app is ridiculous. I never review apps but I was so annoyed I could not resist. I need to go to a browser to log in and most of the time the log in information does not work.
I could not complete the registration form. The validation check for the password sections did not work properly. I followed the password criteria and still received an error. This is a critical bug and I’m 100% sure that it is not a human error.
Why would you change this app. I am an older lady that loved making my car payment on the infinity app. Now I don’t know what to do. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it!!!!!!

I can’t even tell you how the app is, because it won’t take ANY of the bazillion passwords I choose, even though I’m following their direction on how to choose a password. LITERALLY NOTHING IS ACCEPTED. PATHETIC.
Infiniti please step up. We buy luxury car for a reason. If I wanted a regular car I’ll go buy a Honda. How does this app not have finger print log in I’m tired off typing in my user and pass every time
How did this app ever get a 1.7 rating? It is almost impossible to register an account, much less use it for anything. I probably shouldn’t have used the last sentence because I haven’t actually gotten past the registration. When I tried to register it said my user name was already used. When I tried to re-register using another user name it said my email was already used. When I clicked on the “get re-registration link” and entered my email address, I never received the link. This all started because I called to increase my payment, which was on their payment system. I was told to do that they had to delete my account and then I could register and set up the new payment amount. So far I have wasted an hour and in the process deleted my auto payment. Pitiful app.
Terrible and doesn’t live up to the brand prestige that is Infiniti
I’m a new Infiniti owner and it’s pretty sad that the actual app owners use to pay their bill is this terrible. It hardly works, is very slow, isn’t optimized for the iPhone X. I expect more from a luxury company. As a UX/UI designer, it a shame to see a company as prestigious as Infiniti not investing in the digital products their customers use. The end to end experience is important needs to extend from the purchase of a vehicle in a dealership all the way to the use of a brands digital products. Hoping for them to hire a new company to actually build their products consistent with the rest of their brand and vehicles.
Being the worldwide company that Infiniti is, you’d think they would invest in solid developers to build their apps. They have 10+ apps it seems like when they should only have one that does it all. The apps that are out there don’t perform well and aren’t user friendly. It’s just a complete mess. Infiniti, please get it together with your apps!
Look at your consumer base we need convenience an app that serve our needs. It’s up to date with Apple technology and the UI is bad. I don’t mail checks or call into customer service to pay bills. Make the effort to give customers the proper tools to manage their lives. Your a luxury car manufacturing company....live up to those standards.
FINALLY this app has been updated into the 21st century. No longer a side browser app but a full on app. Was pretty pathetic before but it's leaps and bounds better now.
App did not provide a confirmation number upon completion of a payment even though it said the payment was being processed. Come to find out days later the payment didn’t go through. Not going to use again and will probably delete the app.
App needs to improve on fluidity. Interface is terrible. We are in an age of accessibility and convenience. The app fails to provide either. Needs better tech behind it as it is difficult to make simple transitions to complete your task IE payments, inquiries, payment history etc. Complete overhaul needed.
Need to add finger scan log in, can’t sign in since last update
Dropped from 3 stars to 1 since I can’t log in anymore since newest update. Says user name and password incorrect. Works fine on normal website. Would be great if they added finger scan on the iPhones to log in
Once you log in it requires you to accept the terms and conditions. However there is no ability to select agree. Useless. I only even bothered to download it after there webpage crashed for several hours. Not very impressed with Nissan/Infiniti IT
