I absolutely love this app, not only do you have access to the inkaholik loyalty program ,their offers and discounts, but the app also provides aftercare instructions for body art and a feature to get tattoo and piercing quotes. Genius app wouldn’t expect less from Inkaholik
i went and got my septum done at their location in miami (8367 sw 40th st) and when i first saw the piercing after it was done, it seemed way too high up in my nose. i thought maybe that was normal and it was just smaller jewelry, but i looked more into it and the piercer literally just placed it wrong. it took him less than two minutes to completely set me up and do the piercing. he didnt check to see if the clamps were straight at all, or anything. he didnt check to see if it was the right spot, the whole job seemed rushed. now i’m looking at it to realize that the whole piercing itself is crooked. it’s way further back in one side of my nose than it is the other. i’m not happy. i have at home piercings better than this.
I seen a advertisement for $5 piercings I msged the Kendal Miami location that posted the advertisement saying if u follow so and so accounts and download the add you can get $5 piercings today so I msged if it was even for dermal and tongue I was told yeah come on down, then when I got there I was told it was for ear piercings only.. THIS IS WHY I ASKED PRIOR TO TRAVELLING I had only brought 30 cash for the 4 piercings I wanted and tip but ended up getting one piercing for 20 tipped 5 and won’t be returning and I’m unfollowing all and deleting this app for all the lying just to get more followers and clout and waisting my day. Also the piercing I ended up getting is slightly crooked so I’m giving a definite one star and never returning.
The app itself has allot of potential to be really good. It’s not the nicest layout but it gets the job done. I think where I see issues with this app is less about its look(although that’s a huge thing when building an app) but more with its functionality. I sent a request for a quote for a tattoo which I thought was a genius idea to generate business and a new audience of people and never got a response. I think the shop and it’s artists are amazing. But it’s processes and systems to manage the app from that stand point are not living up to the great work that this shop is known for. Hoping this gets fixed for future customers.
Make an $100 deposit to get a tattoo called about 72hrs before the appointment because I couldn’t make and won’t make it any time soon and they did not want to refund me. I don’t think they should be taking that much money from people for doing nothing on top of overpaying for opening back (after two weeks of not putting hearings) two daith piercings that was very unsatisfactory (bled and hurt for days). (It makes sense why they only takes cash, cause whatever they are doing should not be legal).
The app is truly amazing because not only do you have gallery at the touch of your hand but it has a lot of information on the app that is useful. I really like the quote a tattoo section and the convince of the e-stamping so no longer have to worry about losing a promo card with lets say 3 out of 5 stamps it’s all in the app. Best idea yet thanks Inkohalic
I loved my experience from start to finish. From the call I made inquiring about the piercing to getting it done at the shop. Customer service was top of the line. I will be back for any other one of my piercings.
This app is awesome, just what you would expect from INKAHOLIK , you can find detailed aftercare instructions to both , tattoos and piercings, faqs, their gallery and their stamp program is awesome 🔥

Perfect app to help you out get tattoos and piercings! it even has a section about the aftercare process and it has help me a lot taking care of everything I have gotten here.
Staff is very nice it is very clean they sanitize your hands as soon as you come inside the building the tattoos are awesome they provide A1 work they are not cutting no cornered over here at all I recommend to anyone.
Having the app has made things much easier. The gallery for piercings and tattoos is awesome. I don’t know of any another place that has this option. Loooove INKAHOLIK 💚
Everyone was very welcoming when I walked in. My piercer kassy was very nice and gentle. The piercings didnt hurt at all! Will be coming back here for future piercings and tattoos! 10/10!
I went to the Inkaholik in Kendall and got 4 tattoos, they came out great. My artist was super nice and clean. Will come back and maybe get some piercings!! Ehhh exciting!!
