I’ve been using Innago for 1yr next month. I was looking for a product to help consolidate my mgmt tasks. Innago like other fit the bill, but the key was the price for what it offers. Rent collection has been a breeze, except for 1 payment (out of over 45) that took a couple extra days before deposit and required support intervention. Maintenance requests is easy, and I recently used the listing - application - background check - lease creation process. Other than an instance when some applicants reported an inability to submit applications, it worked well. Support is generally quite responsive. I’ve recommended this to others and will continue to do so if the app keeps up. Software will break, but this team does a good job resolving issues in a timely manner.
Innago is a well-regarded property management software across the industry. It is intuitive software, and once I became familiar with its interface, it was a breeze to use. I like that it allows me to create individual application templates, upload rental agreements and invite and screen tenants. Accepting online payments is very easy. The best part is - I can automate messages to be sent to tenants at appropriate intervals. I highly recommend Innago to Landlords and Property Managers. Although my use of Innago is mostly limited to desktop, it is quite handy when I am on the go. On the desktop, sometimes the software lags when switching between different tabs, which can be frustrating. I haven’t experienced that on the app. However, the app does not allow me or the tenants to load pictures when communicating about issues that need visual proof. Other than that, it’s a great product overall!
I went through several other programs before I found INNAGO. I was looking for a reasonably priced program that would allow me to do lease agreements per bed/room. I was needing this for a college investment property that we just purchased. Several other sites said they were free or it was reasonable, then as soon as I added on additional properties or units the rate skyrocketed. I was blue to load my lease agreement with ease to allow for digital signing. I didn’t have any glitches during the loading process. It did take me a few times to understand how to work it best for my needs, but it was super simple. I love the payment portion. I allows me to send invoices and the tenants can split the rent. I haven’t sent out invoices yet or accepted payments so we will see how smooth the rest of the system goes moving forward.
Overall, pretty great. Need the ability to add a note on an application in the mobile app like you can on desktop. It would be nice to be able to add some notes about the applicant while/after a showing while things are fresh in my mind.
This app and company has some serious issues. I’ve been using it as a tenant the past couple of months and it refuses to link any of my bank accounts with both the instant verification and the micro-transactions. This makes it so that paying via e-check is not an option and I have to go through a debit/credit card, resulting in fees by innago. At this point, I’m basically being charged because of issues on this company’s end. And as for customer support, that’s almost non-existent and very unhelpful. The issue that crops up is Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: <. Path “. line 0, position 0 This has come up with different accounts with different banks. I switched to Bank of America thinking a bigger bank would be the solution, and unfortunately it was not. At this point, I want the money I had to overpay reimbursed and will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.
Innago is hands down the best property management software I’ve ever used. The fact that it’s practically free is unbelievable—there are no hidden costs or fees, just incredible features that simplify everything. The app is smooth, user-friendly, and packed with tools that make managing tenants a breeze. Whether you’re on the website or the mobile app, the experience is seamless. Their customer service? Absolutely top-notch! Anytime I’ve had a question, they’ve responded quickly and helped resolve everything efficiently. If you’re looking for a solution to manage your properties, I can’t recommend Innago enough. It’s a no-brainer—amazing service, a great app, and an unbeatable price!
This is the first residence I’ve lived at that uses Innago to manage the rental process, including maintenance requests, paying rent and fees, as well as notifications of important things. The overall experience has been excellent. The ease of use in submitting maintenance requests, paying monthly rent, and even reaching out to management has been a breeze with this app. I’ve lived at my current residence going on 2 years now and I haven’t had to step foot in the office in well over a year. I haven’t seen my property manager in about as long. I do everything through the Innago app and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Hands down the best for any rental company.
Whoever woke up one day and said they were gonna make this app needs to make more but with other companies. Especially with this pandemic your app has helped me so much. It’s the best app for tenants and property owners I have checked out. I don’t really write reviews but I just wanted to give the owner of this a shout out and tell them thank you. We need more people to think like this when creating the business structure behind this idea and has motivated me as well and hopefully when I can one day have the funds to open a business I will have a similar model like how you shaped this one.
As a landlord, I am always trying to make things easier for me to manage my properties and make paying rent and submitting maintenance requests convenience for my tenants. But it always seem like there was never any software or a app that did it all. This software/app (innago) does it all but much more. I have been using it for almost a year and I love it but more importantly my tenants love the access to rent invoices and the ability to submit maintenance requests all through the tenant app. I highly recommend landlords to use this app. It has so many features.
All aspects of rental management free for landlords, and paying rent made simple for tenants… what could be better? Seriously, this app is great. Several ways to pay, you can put in little installments at a time if you like, landlords can do all legal paperwork eg background checks, rental agreements, work orders, etc through the app… it’s all laid out simply and easy for all to use and understand. Every landlord should use this app!
Everything so far has been a hassle from the tenant side of things. Will update if it fixes but screen would freeze when adding bank account so I had to use the actual website rather than app. Now it showing a different checking account number than I provided so not sure if funds are transferring correctly. Would rather landlords use other options currently until these issues are resolved. Update: customer service has been helpful with resolving some of those confusions
Being a landlord is not my full-time job. Nevertheless, when renting out a single home, the decision to just turn over to a property management company vs. doing it yourself can be a big dilemma. Innago takes the worry out of the rent collection aspect of an ostensibly daunting task and allows for a smooth exchange for bury tenant and homeowner alike. It’s a simple app, and admittedly, I do not utilize most of the other features it offers. But as far as collecting rent goes, it’s a winner!
Can't say enough positive things about innago. For landlords of all sizes, but especially smaller DIY landlords, the innago platform is fantastic. It allows for full automation of your rent collection, lease signing etc. Tons of great unique features like allowing partners to see certain properties but not your whole portfolio. The customer support team is also great to work with and are open to feedback and suggestions to improve the site and experience.
For 2 years Innago has proven to be the most efficient and sleek App for paying rent and communicating with my landlord - hands down. Monthly reminders as well as any important updates from landlord make this my favorite app on the iPhone. Set up your payment schedule and needed alerts and you're done. So easy and efficient.
Innago was recommended by a family friend who’s been using it for over a year now. I’ve never heard of the app before so I was a little skeptical until I was told of its features! Call me meticulous person but this app is very user-friendly and has that modern look UI design-wise. Apartments? Landlord? Lease papers etc.? Then look no further!!!
I have not had any issues with this app and have found it useful in managing my rental payments. I didn’t have to search around for what I needed because the sections were logically organized and named. Overall a good app that I would recommend. Also love that they report to credit agencies.
My landlord used to only accept checks which was always a pain. When he switched to Innago I was able to pay rent online and it made my life sooo much easier. I’ve also had to call them a couple times and their customer service has been amazing! Highly recommend.
Innago is super easy to use. I’ve used it for probably about 6 months now for rent payments and it’s super easy ! I’ve only had an issue one time with setting up my bank account info but when I called the help desk they were able to assist me to make it easier for my payments !
I've tried a lot of popular alternatives and settled on Innago. The user interface is very smooth and user friendly and anytime I have an issue, their customer service super fast to respond - even calling me to make sure I got their email response. I really like this company.
Innago makes property management for smaller investors so easy! I can upload documents to each tenant for record keeping, handle maintenance requests and communicate easily within the app. I do wish the ACH didn’t take so long to process but overall I have no other complaints!

This has made paying rent and updating landlord on any issue within the unit. Very easy, simple process, and communication is key these days and this app allows for easy communication. I love it! Makes my life easy!
Great app but 2 things we are missing 1) Face ID login- sometimes in same day I can get kicked out and have to retype password 2) text messaging to tenants. It’s available but greyed out would definitely like to see that future This is a good app great upside
I just started using the app and I like it but it needs some work. - There is no “Help” button in the app. -There is no “Contact Us” button -I can’t change my profile picture but I can’t do it from the website either. Those are the only things that I have found so far, I hope they do something about it and earn that extra star. It would also be nice if they could add a section where we can read all their articles.
I love this app. I can do auto payment for rent and service request for any issues, everything in one application. I can see my documents easily too. It’s really simple and easy app. Recommend for all businesses owners.
The app mostly works well, but we frequently find bugs in the form of functions that don’t work. Their support is excellent and responsive, so that’s not really an issue. But the phone app and web site appear to be randomly scrambling data in tenant leases and invoices, which is making a lot of extra work for us.
I love being able to have access to my tenants portal without having to wait to get home to my computer screen. I have been using Innago anywhere and at anytime which helps me and my tenants always!
Innago makes collecting rent a breeze. Listing a property is very useful since it integrates with Zillow. Applications can be customized to add my own questions and it allows the download of documents like W2s. It makes managing my properties a lot easier.
I have reviewed a lot of landlord apps, and this one was my favorite because it works on desktop and mobile, allows for maintenance requests, and has automatic late fees. It makes being a landlord easy and scalable.
Every time I use this app, there’s a minor update that has to be downloaded and installed before using the app. The updates are always for some minuscule fix or ‘bug’ that affect very few. Thus us highly annoying and completely unnecessary. Suggest Innago adopt a standard schedule for Major Releases (i.e. major functional changes and major enhancements) and Maintenance Releases (i.e. minor fixes and bugs).
I really like the Innago app it has made it very easy and simple to collect rent from my tenants as well as receive notifications when maintenance needs to be done. Could not be running as efficiently as I do without Innago
Just a few months ago I became a landlord for the first time and Innago has made it so easy! The system is easy for me to understand and a great way to document payments and communication between my renters and I.
This is our first experience with a rental and using Innago to list, screen and accept payments from tenants. Nothing but problems. Customer service never answers. Always getting error codes when applicants try to apply. Couldn’t even get the background/ credit check to work so we had to just send them the application and screen them elsewhere. Not a good look.
I signed up for Innago last year. The journey has been fantastic. I love the features the app provides like rent collection, lease signing tenant screening etc. etc. Very intuitive app, and I recommend it.

Very good app helps me worry less about my due dates, very useful when you have a bad memory like me but still know you have to pay in time, great experience!

Just downloaded this to help send docs to my new landlord and the website and app are basically unusable. Not connected to my landlord even though I’m getting requests from them via Innago email. When I log into the website: nothing. No way to see their requests or complete the action requested. When I open the app it immediately crashes and closes out.
