To log in I had to put my companies link in the field which redirects me to safari to log in with my credentials and then kicks me back to the app EVERY SINGLE TIME. I set up Face ID to see if it would prevent this but it doesn’t work unless I have the app open, leave and immediately go back. It’s also very slow when it comes to adding invoices with the image upload feature you have to save and go to another page rather than it all be in one place.
This mobile version is a lot better than the Windows version
Thanks to the mobile version I can fill up all the VFLs, T5T, SBOs etc…. Much more easily and faster, much better than the windows full version, my only observation is that would like to see my VFLs already reported and closed in the mobile application, but is not possible to keep track of your VFLs; one have to go to windows and open the full version, may be if the developer see my review they might fix this, for the rest is a very simple and clean interface, very intuitive, I like it.
A great mobile platform for the web-based system. It took us a long time to properly refit our modules we use in Mobile (my reasoning for 4 stars not 5). But with proper design and testing, we have a great final app. If your mobile app has issues, contact your system administrator or Intelex representative so they can address the issue(s). There’s nothing wrong with the app.
I will vote to move to another electronic platform. Too many issues and the customer support is a zero. There are too many issues to put on here, I just strongly recommend you see what else is out there. This could be a great system if the personnel would listen and fix all reported issues including their customer service.
Great idea to capture information. Horribly thought through and developed from a users perspective. Too many steps to data entry, takes forever to upload information, and discourages marginally tech savvy people from participating. LOOKS NICE BUT HORRIBLE PRODUCT FOR WHAT IT IS. Many other companies have the same product and easier to use. !!DO NOT WASTE YOUR $ AND VALUABLE TIME!! If I didn’t have to use it, I wouldn’t.
The app is great in theory, however, the servers are so slow it’s almost unusable. Opening the app takes nearly 5 minutes, and this is not dependent upon your internet connection. It’s so slow it will remind you of dial-up internet. Great product in theory, HORRIBLE product in practice.
App loads information very slowly, cannot handle reports with lots of data, the offline functionality is nearly nonexistent, and has redundant features. Some of the redundant features erase any data entered into them, and the ones that don’t erase data work slower than the ones that simply erase it.
This interface and experience is complete garbage. I can’t even do my safety reports because the app never works. I laugh out loud when I try to log in and it opens Chrome and Google Authenticator. How bout you guys figure this out?
The app won’t even open and just crashes, even after deleting and reinstalling it. It’s obviously not ready for use based on other reviewers and my own experience.
Cannot login in. Screen flashes back and forth from where you enter in url and page where you enter login credentials. Will not allow me to login. Keeps going back to url page.
