Our company has been using and growing along with JobNimbus for the last 6 years. JobNimbus has been instrumental in helping us build our business and our brand. JobNimbus has allowed us to streamline our production and manage our growth. We learn constantly and JobNimbus is always improving. They seem to have a similar mindset and approach. Like our belief, if you’re not going forward, you’re going backwards. There are many programs and systems which can help grow your business. We’ve aligned with JobNimbus and have no regrets. We would if given the opportunity, choose JobNimbus as our CRM again. Definitely recommend. And hope they will continue as they always do, to improve and find new ways of making the program and system.
Switched from acculynx a little over a year ago, took some getting used to, needed both the app and desktop for various reasons and capabilities the app didn’t have, but we got it way more streamlined with some help from Ronnie. I’ve been using the new app since beta phase came out several months ago and haven’t touched the legacy app except for when I need two files opened simultaneously lol! I love the new app, it’s very functional and user intuitive. Things I’d like to see in the app: function to delete files, function to sort tasks customers and jobs etc by “last touched” , personally I’d like to have the jobs/contacts/tasks/estimate buttons be below my “todays schedule” on the Home Screen, and not sure if there a way already or not but having lost sales stay showing in my pipeline I’d rather not see. I give it like a 97 A! Keep up the great work!
Every CRM has their issues they are working out. But this app is a game changer. I have tested it for my business coming from AccuLynx. I can enter a lead, write and estimate, get it signed, log my deposit for job, send my WO and MO all from my phone in under 15 minutes on a job. No more having to go back to the office, do an Estimate or log into the desktop version of a CRM to do estimates in your iPad. In the desktop you can customize your templates for different estimates. A few clicks and your done with estimate. Very fast app. I love the log in home page. It is clear and easy to see all that is ahead in my day.
This is app is not user friendly. There is no phone number or email spot in job. Creating a document is a joke. It’s like trying to create a PDF in the 90’s. It does not copy and paste well when creating a document let alone the outdated tools. You can not add more than 1 signer. Some time it does not save the picture or information when creating a contact or job. When calling or texting out it uses a different number per user instead of 1 number so across the company. My homeowners are always confused at which number contact who in the company. Can not copy and paste from text nor save or download pics sent. Can not choose multiple documents or picture when sending an email. Technology has come so far why not Jobnimbus? Frustrating when in the field on the go trying to respond to homeowners requests.
AccuLynx is over priced job nimbus does everything you need it to do and is fairly priced I don’t know how I would operate my company without it now! Very happy that they consistently make improvements on the app cause it did need it. I would like to see them add a way to do a roof report. So I can take photos and it go onto a form that can be emails with a way I can put notes under each photo like a inspector would that would be really awesome. Keep it up JN continue to add things I love that you made roof forms printable I was thinking of this a couple months ago and then you guys did it!
When I think of where we were before JobNimbus its hard for me to understand how we even operated. We were constantly struggling with holding everyone accountable and the ease of setting up automations took care of that issue. I was in love with JN months after beginning to use and now as we slowly uncover more and more features I can’t imagine why someone would use anything else. I have multiple companies and we are able to design the platform to make all of them as efficient as possible.
I’ve used multiple CRM’s and Job Nimbus Phone Number’s too really get it right, of course, there’s always things that could help out, but I have to say JobNimbus runs the best, keeps everyone organized the best. I see why so many roofing companies that are scaling up use this CRM, I wish we had started with JobNimbus but, unfortunately, we went through two other CRM’s before we got to JobNimbus. I definitely recommend, very user-friendly and pictures load fast, which is a big problem with other CRM‘s.
I actually really love this CRM. We switched from another popular (expensive) CRM as soon as we could, there’s one BIG drawback that I wish I was aware of before we switched — it’s not set up at all for roofing companies that work primarily with insurance claims / storm damage related claims. If you are a roofer who works based off insurance settlements, you know how much numbers can change thought the progression of the job. There’s no where to put the job value, to easily access and track insurance $ amounts, or to track supplement work. So for that reason I have to give 3 stars. I hope this is something job nimbus addresses in the very near future.
Please make it where transferring documents and photos are easy again. By that I mean, when I hit the share button, I would like to be able to share to JobNimbus. When I click to share to JobNimbus, it goes to the contact list but the contact list is blank. It didn’t used to be this way and transferring documents was easier than ever in previous versions of JobNimbus. Please look into making a JobNimbus more efficient in this way in the near future thank you.
JobNimbus has absolutely changed the way we systemize customers and projects. Before, we were all over the place with unorganized notes, documents, files and customer information. Now with JobNimbus, we have completely reshaped our company structure and opened the door to so many possibilities. We are able to scale and train employees easily in the onboarding process and we look forward to our daily tasks. It is a must have program for any contracting business!
Great CRM, but now paying $1,400 monthly with new pricing.
I've been using JobNimbus since the day I opened my business, and we've loved it for years. However, we're not happy with the recent changes to their pricing plans. We're now paying $1,400 a month with limited access for all users. This is one of the reasons why we're not completely satisfied. Additionally, we use their other product, SumoQuote, which costs us about $250 a month for four users. Altogether, we're paying over $1,600 a month, and we need more flexibility and options.
After highlighting major issues with the annotative tools in Job Nimbus, I'm glad to report a positive turnaround. The Job Nimbus team quickly engaged with my feedback, leading to a prompt update that significantly improved the annotative features. This swift response and the enhanced functionality have restored my confidence in their system, meriting an upgraded rating to 5 stars. I appreciate Jordan and the design team for their commitment and their effective resolution. Thank you for the update.
The worst! Must be programming for 1995? Why do I see everyone else jobs? I just want to see mine. I don’t care what the salesman is doing on the other side of the state. Why is when you do a search lets address starts 9966 and the search results could start anything but that number. Now if your lucky it pops up for a second. Be quick to hit the search or it goes to something else. WHY CAN I NOT SEE JUST MY FREAKING JOBS. AGAIN I JUST WANT TO SEE MINE. 500 jobs come up that are not mine. You getting my point. God I hate this software so much!!! Can I please just get a list of my freaking jobs so I can scan through them and not have to do a search every freaking time. Just give me a list of MY jobs
Anytime someone emails the JobNimbus email with an attachment you aren’t able to view it in the email or documents tab. The app is great, but I don’t have a computer so it’s impossible for me to view it even if I login to the website on my phone or iPad I still can’t view it. The only time you can see it is on the computer. Definitely would give it a 5 star if this wasn’t an issue
Have you ever paid a lot of money for a service and waited over an hour without an option for them to call me back?! Yes, very insulting!!! Not only am I more inconvenienced by this waste of time, they are also affecting my money. Make sure when you choose a CRM, ask about their support and how much they care about your time. UPDATE::: I called the sales line in another phone and they answered on the FIRST RING!!! Imagine that, a company is responsive to get money from people but don’t take care of the people they already sold!! I’m now at 2:14:57 on hold!! Yes. I am a business owner on hold with a company I pay a lot of money to every year. I wonder what happened to good customer service.
I like the interface on the new app but I used the old one because it was more seamless. there’s two huge problems with the new app. #1 on the old app when I’m viewing a PDF I could hit the ‘share to’ button and upload it to Jobnimbus and then to the customers profile. Now I have to go find the PDF in my email and swap back and forth between the apps if I need to reference an emailed PDF. #2 (this is the biggest flaw) I can no longer create a custom estimate. Why???? There are a million things that are unique scenarios that I can’t just add to a template. This feature needs to be added back.
It’s a great tool but man you guys need to get this thing more user friendly and work out the bugs before testing it out on your clients. Here’s one not for you….. why can’t you print the proposal and all that it contains? All the company documents, contracts and estimates folds into a nice proposal for customer to view and e-sign but once the customer gets it they can’t print it??? Also the estimate sent by itself as a pdf prints but it’s not the best format on the paper. Very very small print and just doesn’t look professional. Need these addressed sooner than later…………😐
This software and company as a whole, is a complete joke… you try to cancel your service to break ways peacefully and you can’t cancel without jumping through hoops. If only it were as easy to cancel as it was to join! Feature rich and functionality poor is the best way to describe Job Nimbus. We’ve stopped using this Mickey Mouse software two months ago and have sent numerous messages to cancel. Apparently you can’t cancel the account without scheduling a ‘reflection call’ with them and wasting more of your time. Meanwhile they keep charging you, which I’m sure is the reason for the b.s. so they can still steal from people. CANCEL OUR ACCOUNT!!!!!
I just want to say I’ve been using this app since March 2022. Learning how to use this app is very easy. There are certain things that I wish it had. Anytime I’ve needed help with live agents they’ve always helped with live recordings and sent them directly to the chat and just walked me through it step-by-step very knowledgeable. Recommend to anyone with small or large business.
New mobile up date made it to where the customer address can no longer be viewed for the contacts profile. Very annoying that to copy an address I have to be directed to Apple Maps every time or have to go through the edit function constantly. The ease of being able copy to the address like before from one screen with no extra steps is what I would like to return.
I never thought in a million years that I would be able to run my business from my phone. The convenience of this app cannot be understated! Being able to be on one site and see live updates from my other jobs and make sure everything runs smoothly without me having to run from job to job.
Job nimbus is the best operating software I’ve found. I’ve spent thousand of dollars over the course of a year trying out several different softwares. When I found job nimbus, I didn’t want to get my hopes up because I had other softwares that seemed like they were going to be good… then they weren’t. I’m about 6+ months in using JobNimbus now. And I’m very impressed how helpful of a tool it is. And their team is constantly updating softwares and innovating to make the experience even more fluid. I am now able to keep my clients organized, making me able to handle a lot more leads per week. and save myself about 2+ hours a week on estimating alone. Even with the increase in leads. I’m very grateful.
The app is incredibly comfortable to work with, the only issue is that every time that I open a client information I can’t go back to the main board. Not sure if its because of the iPad but is really frustrating to have to close the app when I move from one client to another. Other than that the app is great
Will you please put in the mobile app where I can see all of the commissions I have been paid? Desktop version is the only way possible right now. I know I can see how much I have been paid on each job but I would like to see it all together like on desktop version but on the mobile app.
We’ve been using JobNimbus for a couple/few years now. It has been a key tool that has allowed us to grow with five-star customer ratings. We’d be in the weeds without JobNimbus—and we’re not even a roofing company. Great product, great feature rollouts, great support team. Highly recommend!
I have been a JobNimbus user for years. I am impressed with how they have adapted and evolved with our growth. They listen. When we ask for changes they really do try to accommodate. I couldn’t imagine operating without it. Highly recommended for any home services company. It will keep you ultra organized.
They took away the ability to edit the picture and save it as original. Now you can only save it as a copy. They took away my choice. So now I have double all of the pictures, which floods the number of pictures. It double my workload trying to figure out which picture to send so that the client is not overwhelmed with pictures. When I take a picture sideways it stays sideways in the app. Before it would correct it to straight.
This software is incredible, from creating estimates on the fly, to invoicing, to automatically text messaging our customers, our business has grown 300% this year, and I have to think there is a direct correlation between JobNimbus and our continued growth. Don’t think twice, get this, dive in, you won’t regret it.
I've been with JobNimbus for a little over four years and I have to say they're great. I respect how they honor my price and don't go up compared to the others. I really like how they're always updating .This is a great app for a small businesses or a big businesses.
We have been using JN for over 2 years. It has transformed the way we do business. We look more professional, our collections are so much better and the people we work with have been fantastic. I will always recommend folks to Job Nimbus when looking for a CRM.
This app actually works faster than the web browser and the interface is great. There are so many functions that are available here that I do not need to get on a browser; especially on the go. The Boards & Smart Estimates are some of my favorite features.
If you are trying to change your business for the better, this is the tool to do it. You are going to need a team of experts you can count on to help you make your roofing business what you want it to be, and these guys are the best in the business!
Automating a contracting business will seem like buying tools at Home Depot in a couple years. Everyone will be doing it and it won’t be that hard or expensive. JN is constantly adding features to integrate tasks into an automated process, that streamlines my business.
This app is an upgrade from the JobNimbus legacy mobile app. Layout is better. Photo viewing and layout is much better. Everything is better. Legacy app was just par. This one is great. Keep up the great work guys. Keep pushing to get better. We all notice it.

The JobNimbus app is continuing to improve each week. The UI is continuing to become more intuitive and responsive. The reliability has been incredible. We handle everything after the appointment to close for production with JobNimbus.

You need to improve app functionality so we can edit estimates via app we can’t even change price points on item lines. Once the app is updated am willing to give a 5 star review App is now updated great work guys !!

When issues arise we can’t get someone to help fix the problem. This is a waist of money. Would be nice to promote them negatively at the next contactor conference.
I think the app is better than the last nimbus, accept that it doesn’t record text messages anymore!! 😔 I have to go back through and copy and paste what I text customers so that it records it. Otherwise it doesn’t pop up in my activity. It’s sooo frustrating. I used the old app just because it did it. For a while I would bounce between the two, but now I cannot. Please fix the issue.
Job nimbus is so convenient and easy to use. Helps us store documents and estimates. We can go to jobs and take pictures and not have them stored in our phone
Develop random problems like for example I can’t use the retina scan to scan in due to having to change my password to login so it costly kicks me out on a regular basis and you have to login. The scan doesn’t work even though I’m logging in, but it doesn’t allow me to turn on.
I have been using JN for years. Few things that I would love to be added is like in the previous app, when you send a text message or email it registers as a note in the CRM. Also, if we can create budgets on the app that would be awesome! Would definitely give it 5 stars then!

They are pricing the little man out of their software. Started at $35 a month and have had multiple price increases over the last 5 years. They do not care about the little guys who have been with them since day 1. They need to have two different prices and software options for big companies and small companies. They forgot where they came from.
