Enjoying the app! Would love to see the company calendar in here. It contains important pay/commission dates, team member PTO, holidays, requested time off, etc. I think would make the app nice and well rounded. Otherwise, glad this app finally came out and has great features.
Can’t leave the app for more than 30 seconds without being signed out, without a stay signed in feature, forcing you to use two factor every single freaking time even with the option to not have to use 2FA next time. Does not let you look at content to use for other apps when making appointments. You have to either screenshot it or re-sign in over and over and over and over and over and over until you get all the info you need because the app hides all info when swapping apps. Terribly designed app with zero changes from a terrible company.
I love JustWorks, it’s an amazing product, very modern and clean and useful. I’ve used it at multiple jobs and I love it. My problem is with their preferred partner for 401k management. Slavic401k has the feel of an early 2000s banking website, it’s slow and clunky, and most annoyingly, it won’t sync with third party retirement planning services like Wealthfront. JustWorks should help Slavic401k modernize, or they should find a 401k partner that already has.
Just got an email saying to update / verify information yet when you click the link in the email it just takes you to account settings. Nothing to verify, nothing to do. This email wasted like 30 minutes of my life trying to figure out what the prompt / assignment was… which was nothing. When you send an email with a link, make the link go somewhere that addresses what the email mentions. Otherwise you’ll have a bunch of people wasting their time doing nothing.
Has most of the features as the webpage interface. Would love for the website and app to have a tool to calculate available time off for future dates, not just what’s currently available.

Minimal functionality and notifications won’t clear It’s getting better but lacking most of what the site offers. In had an alert 2 days ago, addressed it and still have it. Can’t figure out how to clear and I don’t ever keep any notifications. Will need to turn off notifications until it’s fixed
Great application in general and gets the job done. I’d give it 5 stars if you could view the calendar in the app itself. I still have to go into a browser to view my company calendar.
The web site still offers so much more. For example, SETTINGS in the app just throws you to the iOS settings, not the JustWorks settings where you can manage contact info, bank accounts for Direct Deposit, tax withholding, etc. The app is only the basics: paychecks and vacation tracking.
The company calendar is essential to “why I open this app” and then it isn’t there and I close it. Org chart would be nice too, but the calendar is basic and essential. The interface itself is nice enough, if a little large in the headings.
So far, the app is very clean and great for employees. However, as a manager, I would love to be able to check on employees PTO. For now I’ll still have to use the website.
Why why why? An app should be quick and easy for a user to access. So why do I , every time I open the app, even with remember me checked and with FaceID tired on do I need to enter my credentials and go through 2-step authentication?? Make the app almost unusable.
The JustWorks app has basic features that do not meet the expectations. This is neither helpful nor user friendly and it takes a whole lot of time to browse to the feature you want to access.
Re-Re-Re-submitting. Same issue still. App constantly shows notifications (red circle with number) but when I open app there are no new items of any sort anywhere.
There should be an easy integration or single sign on (SSO) for Slavic 401k. What Justworks provides in the JW app is only basic balance. Slavic just continually locks you out.
Can't even log in. Enter my username and password and then my auth code and it takes me back to the log in screen. No error or message to tell me what's wrong. Really great programming on their end!
