Every time there is an update to this app, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Also, the sync function only works periodically and never more than once a day for me.
Convenient? Yes! But there are definitely still some improvements to be made
As the CNA to my 6 year old daughter, and the mother to her twin sister, and my 3 yr old son, convenience and streamlining is essential. I love that I can chart on the go as we go about our daily lives. It functions well enough for that. The downfall is if we get stuck out for appointments or whatnot and end up commuting during the care time. There’s no way to edit the schedule on the app. And lastly I wish it something didn’t submit properly and ended up not going through that they would put it maybe with an exclamation mark on the “today” schedule page. Right now it’s either all schedules or today’s but there is no alert to a schedule that didn’t go through or glitched.
It’s one of the worst apps I’ve ever been forced to use. It’s truly awful. Won’t log, crashes and you can’t adjust your time when it does that happens. It’ll look like you’ve logged in or out then, when you go back in to log into your next session, you notice you weren’t actually logged in or out the first time! So many issues (smh). There needs to be better quality control. Not just “bug fixes”.
Entering my time is tedious! I always wait till last minute to avoid having to put in my time. I’ve asked to have this conversation brought up to our technology team ; we need the option to enter time using punching in time vs scrolling through to find hour and minutes !!!! Please fix this quick fix and it will be a great app. Thank you
Cannot submit and log hours because error message for hours exceeded shows up even though hours have not been exceeded. I’ve submitted schedules for the last week at least six times, refresh it and it’s still not submitted again. I’ve sent technical logs phone calls and emails for help.
Updated this app today and it kicks me out even more it said”bug fix” but looks like y’all messed the app up even more can never find my gps signal right that’s still not right still wait don’t save right the more y’all try to fix the more y’all break
There was an update last night and now the stupid thing will not open! I tried to uninstall it on my device and reinstall it to see if it would finally work and it didn’t! I can’t even download it off the App Store now! I can’t clock into work now!
I like the mobile app because it is easier to see. I also like the way looks color wise Issues no rescheduling in app... KanTime glitches times up and scrolls randomly. The Other issue is logging you out to much. I hate it for EVV as my bosses are so distracted now and it’s hard to complete a supervisor visit. I also hate the way it takes upper long to sync.
Constantly closes, frequently tells me my date and time are not correct, I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall so many times I’ve lost count. Why any business uses this app is beyond me.
This app is constantly problematic. It works when it feels like working. I only use it for my part time job, but I wouldn’t recommend it or use it any other time.
Asked me to update. Did the update. Still coming up on my phone that I need to update. I MUST chart. Will you please fix? I need to get paid this week.
