I love using this app for work. But I can’t seem to get the notifications to work with my iPhone 11 Pro. I’ve tried everything and I do not receive alerts.
This app constantly freezes up, takes forever for a message to send, doesn’t always tell me when I get a response (even though I have all notifications on), and numerous times a day when you click on the bubble to type your message, the whole keyboard will go down. Click again, it goes up. Click again to type, back down again. Ridiculous. I’m on the latest update, and nothing I can do to fix these problems besides waiting for you guys to figure out your own bugs.
The dynamic island being lower has lowered the tent input box to be unreachable. I can only see the edge. Unable to type message in the app now. Please fix as soon as possible. I know my company isn’t the only one that is dealing with this, and using your app for professional needs.
This last update makes it look like messages arent sending when they are so recipient is getting multiple messages. Have tried different networks and cellular all the same result.
