Downloaded the latest version and still won’t work. Deleted the app several times to reset and still doesn’t work. Agencies and companies need to know that this app is not reliable and will cause problems for management and staff. We’re mandated to complete the DTB’s and acknowledge the policy updates or be subject to discipline. The company claims to be aware of the problem but it appears nothing is being fixed. Time for everyone to move on to a new platform.
Every time I log in it won’t load my bookmarks. It says ‘an error occurred while loading the bookmarks’. Only way to fix this is to delete the app and reinstall but once I reinstall, all of my bookmarks are gone. Then I go through and re-bookmark everything just to have the same error a few days later. Why can’t I create bookmarks on the website then have the app and website store my bookmarks whenever I’m logged in?
Here I sit again attempting to work on policies and DTB but can’t get into the app. However this time it’s a new problem. Now it’s just a gray screen. Usually it’s either part of the manuals or at least the front page where you can’t select anything. With the gray screen I’m thinking Lexipol is going backwards here. Did I say I’ve already tried the famous “uninstall and re-install” trick. 4 times.
Every time I log into Lexipol it’s says it’s unable to update notifications and to check settings. My setting are on and it still won’t update. Deleted the app and reinstalled it and still get the same notification. Frustrating. We are required to get the DTB’s done by the end of the month which makes it tuff if I’m not at work on the desktop.
*Review Edited* Since the app received several new updates, issues were resolved and the app is back to functioning quickly and the way it is supposed to.
App has numerous bugs and is not stable. Takes multiple attempts to get to log in screen then several minutes for everything to load (if it does load). If you are able to get things to load then it seems to be okay but the next day it’s all the work over again…. Not worth the hassle. Lexipol sells as if this app actually works.
The app was fine before the 2021 update… since the update I can’t sign in!!! Well here goes quick reference on the phone… now I have to use the computer to access… please fix phone (I-phone specifically)… thank you… Update; so with the new update I can (awesome) log on now… but I CAN SEE THE CONTENTS!!! Smh… come on… the old version was perfectly fine…
Considering the price $ of this service to our agency, the apps should work and should work well. The iPad app does not rotate to fit, as it did versions past. The app is horrible, fix it! The whole purpose of having these online is for easy remote access to Officers, etc.
This app works great with one minor exception. The app never clears out notifications. Currently my app has the number 28 on it for all the notifications even though I’ve checked all policies and completed all DTB’s. It drives my OCD nuts.
The mobile app won’t pull up the policy manual and has been this way for months. Sent Lexipol an email and received a response but it still has not been fixed. Great way to view/manage policies on the website if only the mobile app would work
Lexipol really needs to fix this bug. The app freezes EVERY time I open it and I can’t read any of the policies that are loaded on here. This is really bad when my company pays them and I need to use the app in the field but can’t. Completely useless and will ultimately cost in liability. What’s going on with the update?
Doesn’t work and developer has done nothing to fix
Since the latest update KMS Mobile is stuck on “Loading Application Data”. No longer loads policy or DTBs. Was fine until now. Seems like this problem isn’t going away anytime soon.
The app was great until all these changes. Forces me to login every time and then wants to download the entire policy each time. Used to use it in the field as a quick reference guide, but can’t even do that.
Even after the update this application is unusable! I can’t proceed through the menus due to the sizing/views being so messed up. So frustrating because I have to use this for work.
APP does not work anymore Followed directions to re add this to my iPhone and still does not work with the new updates. It worked fine prior to the updates
My job requires the use of this app. It is far and away one of the most useless apps I’ve ever used. I can’t even get in due to constant password changes. 1/10
How a company that has basically monopolized public safety policy guidance could produce an application that doesn’t function blows my mind. I loathe having to do DTBs already, but now that I have a useless application it is so much fun! 🙄
Title says it all. Freezes up on load up screen. If it comes up, it won’t let you tap anything else. Rebooting phone and app doesn’t help. Please fix this issue and I’ll change rating. Or don’t update your phones or iPads. Pretty disappointing since my department uses Lexipol and I can’t do this on phone which was easier than a desktop.
First off, when are you going to update this for iOS 11? It’s extremely buggy since this update. Prior to updating the OS, it appeared that this was not optimized for my 6s Plus. It’s unacceptable that you would have an app that isn’t usable with iOS 11 especially given the purpose of this app. Please fix these issues and I’ll gladly change my review.
It’s pretty to look at, but if I touch anything on my iPad Pro running iOS 11.0.2, the app freezes up. The app needs work because right now it’s useless in the field. Even the website malfunctions on mobile devices.
First time using the app; theres some issues but it works and I can review policy updates on the go. Voice read back is in slow motion...Looking forward to the developer updating this application.
This app was awesome until I did the current update on my iPhone. It totally freezes after it opens up. Glad to see you guys are working on getting it fixed soon. Thanks!
