As with any technology platform, the beginning can be a little rough and clunky. Command was no exception. I’ve been there from the beginning and have watched the platform evolve getting better and better with each iteration. It currently does everything I needed to do to run my real estate business. My favorite features are contacts, smart, plans, opportunities, and, of course, designs!
I’m very excited about this technology. I understand that one of the prevailing philosophies of new KW tech is to create it and push it and fix it as we go. I understand that but I kind of want a finished product I’m willing to wait till it’s right I really am. So fingers crossed I hope this is a home run I love the drive of the kw brass that being said my two cents. Finish the work than push. Clunking through command was such a journey!
Other CRMs have a clunky mobile web interface or sub par app that falls short. The KW Command App allows me at access my KW Command desktop data in an easy to navigate format and makes updating client information and interactions a breeze. When I forget to log an interaction, it reminds me! I love being able to leverage the dictation, messaging, and WhatsApp integrations. Love this app!
Accessing my upcoming tasks, texting and or placing calls is now tracked inside of command since text and calls can be made through the app. Making notes on the go has never been easier. I now prefer the app more than command itself. So far, it’s been a joy to use!
I am a huge fan of how easy I can run my business from the palm of my hand! I can see all my contacts, tasks, leads and opportunities all on my app. I love what it allows me to do on the go and can’t wait to see what it will be able to do in the future! 5 stars all the way!
This is an essential app for any Realtor. We often work on the go and need to be able to manage/communicate with our clients, see our tasks, and where we are with our transactions. This app is definitely a game changer!!
This is a great app for agents to keep connected with their database and leads while on the go. This is a high quality app (quick, snappy and looks great), especially compared to others we’ve worked with.
Not sure how the app description can say “from lead to close” when the app doesn’t include Opportunities in it. Even the Kelle app had access to open the opportunities in Command. Wish KW wouldn’t release things halfway. If it’s going to be a Command app, it needs to include both contacts and opportunities to truly handle things on the go without needing a computer.
This app has been a fantastic tool for KW agents. It’s so well-built and is snappy! The integration with texting and calling is so handy, and I particularly love the notifications. I’m looking forward to all of the great things to come!
I would love if the app version can have the contact info from profile updated. When I put in my phone number it automatically adds another digit and the phone number is invalid no matter how you write it down. Thanks!
I love how they keep adding functionality! I started to manage my business more thru my app then on the desktop! I love how simple the design is yet packed with features!
The perfect addition to our systems that we may bridge the gap between our computers and phones that we mostly utilize in over 50% of our total digital work. Bigger. Better. BOLDer!
I love the app except the displays on my iPhone are all clipped off at the bottom of each section. My iPad displays each section perfectly. Is anyone else having this problem?
Thank you for giving us a unique Tech app. The COMMAND app is a game changing for is as KW agent especially with the notification. Im looking for more features us you keep impressing us guys.
I love command! It’s a great CRM. That being said I wish it would integrate with google voice and not twilo. It does a lot with google already and I feel like that would put it over the top for me!!
