LifeVantage App

There is no log out feature. Once in aways in. I have to delete and re- load the app to log out. Adding contacts has seems cumbersome and takes forever spinning to connect with them. The card feature that tells you when there is a missed shipment. Doesn’t give me the names of the people (or initials) of who needs contacting. It directs me to my whole list of contacts to guess. The videos have not been updated in a long time. There are no useful features or motives for someone being in the field longer then 60 Days to continue to use it. Only the very new benefit and get motivated by getting free company given customers. Needs: Quality sharables of the products for social media. Medical professionals talking about the science to share. Not just employees of the company. Solid compensation plan training. A an overview with the new company slides. Other companies have apps that are actually the phone number of the person sending it. Not a random number. It can be done.

Great training videos and examples for step-by-step starting. Some of my team have already received new customers by using the app and coming in as a platinum distributor. How cool is that??? Only reason I took one star off is that, for me, my existing customers got put in the prospects category—as well as my distributors. With the last release, some of my customers and distributors were moved to the right category, but not all. For new folks coming in, I’m sure they won’t have that problem. And I’m confident that it will be correct eventually. But it is a great resource for someone starting out. I love that you can delete suggestions now (not just snooze) since they aren’t always the right choice for a particular person.

Appreciate the incredible work that has gone into developing this app. I see that it will be extremely helpful in running our business. At this point the biggest concern I have at this point is duplication of messages being sent, not being sent, and now being able to see a history of what has been sent to contacts. Another thing is that it would helpful if customers and distributors could properly sync with the app. I believe that this app will continue to improve and I’m excited to use it more as some of these features become more streamlined.

I love the fact that I can have my business needs met on my phone! I downloaded it as soon as I was able and have been trying to use it. I appreciate each and every update as some of the inconveniences or issues I encountered have been resolved. Excellent job TechTeam! I would like to see the ability to move prospects around manually. I have prospects who have enrolled that are not on the right track yet. I look forward to future updates!

Works well so far...we use app on 4 different devices, if I use the app on my iPhone and then use the app on my iPad I can accidentally send people more than one message or bit of information at a time… It would help tremendously where every time you go into the app on any device it automatically goes to where you left off and does not duplicate any efforts you’ve done previously on a different device… we do not want to end up spamming people by accident because we are sending them information from one device and then going to another device and going back in and going to the same process…

I’m finally getting my hands on the app and although it needs to be smoothed out in certain areas, I feel it has useful tools from videos to training and connecting and tracking prospects. I do love how I’m notified when prospects view or don’t view a particular video sent. Keeps me on top of my game to make sure I always follow up. I just wish my prospects could be easily transferable from the phone in bulk rather than individually. Also, would be great in the future to have the option to add own video and published studies that I accumulated over the last year.

I see lots of great potential here! Overall, I think it will be wonderful. But it currently still does not have all my customers and distributors showing up. The distributors that do show up, I can’t see the details of their organization yet. I’m sure these are bugs they are working on and once fixed, it will be fabulous! The only other thing that would be nice is if it could connect to FB messages and not just text... as a lot of communicating goes on FB these days. Overall, a cool thing and I look forward to continued improvements and continuing to play with it.

I’m not tech savvy; the concept of making anyone willing to venture be able to control their business from their phone AND do it with style, integrity, & professional snap is ridiculously far reaching into being not only cutting edge on the frontier of innovation, it is being that frontier! If I can, you can, is the way it is! Ryan & the Team have not only our back, they have our future dialed in! Outstanding App & it will only get better as we advance!

Has been positive overall. It’s learning where information is located. I like being able to go to once place “one stop shopping” rather than multiple apps. However, please fix the pro audio “cd”. The media will only play as long as the phone is active. Unlike, eg, pandora that’ll play when the screen times out this app shuts off. It’s inconvenient to have to switch phone app setting back and forth for screen timeout just to get around this app’s inability to play in background.

This app helps you to have your business right in your pocket! It connects customers with everything they need to biohack their bodies to reach their maximum potential! There are short product videos which explains the science behind what this company is doing. This is revolutionizing the way we look at better health. Easy to navigate and a wonderful tool to grow your business while changing your life for the better!

Love this App, and we use it on 3 devices. All the resources are here- the science, training, product, business videos and articles! Love that it uses artificial intelligence that helps me personally plan my business activities too! I continue to have old cards that I cannot use, and am unable to dismiss. There have been some other glitches, but I get responses via email/messenger from support when I’ve had questions, and they assure me they are fixing the bugs.

Thank you for listening to distributor feedback and creating an intuitive, user-friendly app for our LV biz. It makes it easier to know what the next steps are, whether you’re brand new or a seasoned pro. Speaking of newbies, the app also makes starting/launching a new enrollment super simple. I have them go through the Training modules while getting their Fave 5 into the contacts/prospecting section as early as possible. Thanks Ryan and your crew.

I’ve only used it to do the followup deck cards wit the suggested videos from the app. However, I wanted to see what it was that they would be watching and the video wouldn’t ever start playing. Though I trust the company to make excellent media, etc, I felt uncomfortable sending videos that I had no idea what they were specifically about. I look forward to seeing what else the app can do.

This app has helped insurmountably and it’s like having a personal secretary reminding you to follow up. When I saw that all of the customers and distributors that I engaged back in 2012 that I get paid on every month had populated in my database it was like a dream come true. I just recently discovered the loyalty program and now I’m calling everyone to tell them about. Even though I’m currently retired this apps has given me the confident to finally relaunch my lifevantage distributorship and build with my lifevantage family.

I’ve been using this app for several months and in my opinion it’s a vital tool for building my business! I love having the ability send media to my prospects and customers directly through the app! I also of the CRM aspect of the app. Being able to track where my people are in the enrollment process makes my job so much easier. Keep up the good work!

I’m so excited because my son who signed up Platinum texted me that he got a Customer! He had a little trouble for a couple of weeks because it wasn’t working right. So we were disappointed and felt he lost that time. I actually had 3 other distributors who had the same problem. So now we got a customer even though it took 3 weeks

I wish we could transfer all our contacts as I feel it is slow to add each one at a time. I feel I need a lot more training as it will be an awesome tool. It allows me to share with a lot more folks than I would normally. I am a hands on learner so I don’t let something intimidate me. I struggle with folks that I don’t have phone numbers but could contact them on messenger. I need to use it more and get comfortable with it.

The new update is much improved and I love that so much is in the library to use and share. It would make it even easier for us if we could have Facebook messenger integration so we could get follow up cards if we share via my and without the need to ask for a phone # or email. That or the ability to create a prospect and not have to have a phone or email.

In my 3rd month on the stack and all the product actually, I couldn’t be more excited and encouraged that I will age with grace and with my mind in tact. This product was an answer to prayer for me and I run to it every morning 😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️. Aiming to get off all my meds. And all my numbers are down significantly. And those were my doctors words🤗

The new LV app is a CRM funnel for effective follow-up with customers, prospects and distributors. Everything is in one place for ease in sharing information and providing consistent messaging. Content of messages can be personalized and there are many options to connect with people. Reminders and prompts make the process of “what to do” easy. Thanks for all the work you are putting into making business easier for the distributors! The concept of combining into one tool is amazing! Look forward to access to things like the Pro Audio series and would love to have them downloadable as well! This app has the potential to do so much good- I wish it would actually open on my phone! I’ve reinstalled it several times, and it’s better at first, but within a couple weeks it’s just stuck on the loading screen all over again.

I enjoy the app and all that is available. I find the pop up questions at the beginning a bit annoying which is why I took a star off. I think they should be in a section that we can go to for more info for development, or have one pop up message reminding us of videos or questions that have been left unseen.

I think this can be a great tool when all the bugs are worked out. Not all of my customers are down loaded in it and when I try to put them in it the search comes up empty. It shows my customers as potential customers so they show up in the deck with prospecting cards. The training and videos are great and the quick look at my PV and OV is nice. So I know when all the bugs are worked out it will be an valuable tool. Terri

This App is reinventing what and how we view send and understand all of the great up and coming information to best build our business! This company is constantly working towards simplifying the way we build this legacy and it’s JUST THE BEGINNING!!!! And this App is doing just that. The system is designed to WIN and help us all duplicate just as it is intended. #USETHEAPP!!

LifeVantage continues to improve the tech side of being a distributor. The one stop shopping aspect of this app is impressive. It certainly makes sharing info and running my business much easier. The short training clips are perfect reviews each day. Prospects are always blown away by the functionality of the app! Go LV!

I am enjoying using the LifeVantage app to set up all of my personal information as well as preparing to contact my prospects via the Prospects tab of the People tab. Looking forward to this venture. So far I have found this app very user friendly and inspiring for my beginners journey!

It is one of the best apps we have done. There are a still few bugs to work out that is to be expected with a new app it’s easy to send feed back with the app and EBT errors I have. Only issue I have is I do r get the reminder to let me know there is a card I need to look at or if someone has responded to a message sent to them.

Recently downloaded and installed the app and it works great! iPhone 6s and had no problems. It runs smooth, intuitive and has tons of potential! I think it needs social media integration to make this a “must have” tool for your business. Once that is added, this will be a 5 ⭐️! Great job to all the technical folks involved with building this app! 🙏🏻💯

While this app isn’t perfect (yet), it offers a simple and accessible tool that is a game-changer. In the short amount of time it has been available, the development team had already made enhancements. As functionality improves, it promises to be an attractive one-stop shop for anyone who wants the freedom of running their business from their phone!

I love the cards with the training and ideas, I just wish my customers and orders showed up. And it doesn't seem to be able to add my website where it says I haven't added it. I Also wish it was a little more obvious what to press when you want to find things. Like it's a little weird to see me grouped as if a contact and that I have to go there when I want to see my sales etc.

I am not very tech savvy, but I find that I can use the LV app with ease. It is simple and practically does everything for me, with a few minor hiccups. I love having access to all the master tracks, as well as training and product videos. I am grateful for a company that continues to listen to distributors and creates incredible technology to help grow our business faster!

When I first started using the app I found it to be quite confusing and not very user friendly. However at Bryan’s demonstration today I am convinced of its usefulness and benefit to my business. I do wish there was a straightforward introduction to using the app and perhaps a glossary!

I love how this keeps track of your individual legs for you so you know the volume and you don’t have to worry about checking it yourself. I also love how it gives you last month to current month comparison so you can challenge yourself.

The LV app is very streamlined and user friendly. Very easy to access customer information to send messages or link to carts. The media section contains useful training videos. There were a few snafus at first where the app unexpectedly shut down however through the updates this problem seems to be fixed.

I own a hunting and fishing mobile app. I realize how it takes time and feedback from people who use the app to work out any Bugs that may occur. Hats off to the LV technology team for creating this tool. All efforts are appreciated. I’m getting more familiar with the app each time I use it. I do like the way we can extract prospects names from our phone Contact list. One click. Done. I have an issue trying to remember who I contacted previously. Probably my oversight or maybe I need one more AXIO. Seriously, I love LV App. I just need to use it more. It’s great incentive for the people just getting started. I’m still learning technology, but this app is so easy to share carts, show videos, and so on. I have had a lot of people ask me to share info with them and I love the fact that it shows me if they actually looked at it. It really helps me steer the conversation with my prospects and also with my current customers

Yes! Love that we have this app! Can’t wait to see how effective it wi be with taking care of my customers. There’s room for improvement but for starters they’re on the right track! What I love so far is when prompted to send an email to a customer you can edit the pre filled out message and it’s linked to your own email. 😊

I’m excited about the app and I’m even MORE excited about what it will be like once the upcoming updates are in place! It’s so cool that it automatically loads my customers in and I didn’t have to put them in manually, and it tells you when a contact has watched a video you sent them.

Having the ability to run your business from your phone is great but having that app learn from others use is amazing!! Any new distributor should have and use this app daily and it will walk you through building your own epic business!!!

This is awesome. One place to track your business and provide the list of videos that will help with the business all in one place. This shows the companies commitment to remove the hurdles distributors have and it is a real plus that it is provided at no expense to the distributors.

This app is nice to look at, effective, and probably the best I’ve seen from this company. I wish there was a way to track the messages I’ve sent and what my contacts have responded in some kind of conversation, since after I send a cart I have no way of looking at my activity or messages.
