LoJack Go

This app has never let me down, it came with our car when we bought it, I don’t drive but my wife does, so if she is late getting home, or I am expecting her and she doesn’t show up, I can see exactly where she is by looking at LoJack, I trust my wife, but this day in age, if something happens and she gets in trouble, or is in danger, has an accident, etc, I can find her fairly quickly, had it on my nieces new car as well because her ex was being a douche threatening her, she had an accident and totaled her car with a 3 year old in it, I was able to locate them and get to the scene immediately, LoJack is for more than just finding your stolen vehicle, etc, it can also be a life saver, and in 2021, we need all the help we can get. Thanks LoJack Ps, this is a real review by a real customer, I have never even ever been in touch with LoJack in no way shape or form except for using their app and program

my car was stolen from a gas station yesterday around 6:10pm & i used this app like i was the cops to track my car down lol.. im young and i work really hard for my money while doing it all alone. yeah the police found it beat up & completely dirty BUT it was really the tracker that led me to it. i appreciate this app because my car probably would’ve never been found how most are in my city.. it’s unfortunate that this happened to me of all people but very much lesson learned to watch my surroundings & move slowly. i just thank God the damage wasn’t too bad & these lil fools didn’t hurt anybody. the only feedback i do have is that the app is a little slow but it works… thank you again LOjackGo 💞🥹

My car got stolen a day ago which was a Saturday night. The hotline forward ls all your emergency calls to a email. The email states that you will be contacted with in 24-48 hours later! Why?? Why isn't there 24hours assistance. God forbid your vehicle gets stolen outside of the 9-5pm work week. I sent my email Saturday night @ 8pm, got a response at 6am, responded by 6:20, got another response by 7:15 telling me to make an account. I already have an account, so I respond. Nothing until 10:50 when I email them that I haven't gotten a response. I finally get another reply at 2:08 pm telling me that I do in fact have an account and it is " active and the device is currently locating on there end" then he tell me to delete my app & restart my phone. SEND ME THE LOCATION OF MY VEHICLE ! I do not understand why we are paying for this service if they can provide the information in a timely matter. Why isn't someone calling me to resolve this issue. Save your money and pay extra with your insurance.

Today, Vince went above and beyond to help us locate and re-access our account. Given that we took some time to find the information that he needed to verify our identities, he was calm, patient and attentive to our request. This our first time having to reach out to customer service in the two years of having this service. Thank you Vince again for the positive experience! Whenever I have my car serviced or if I let my family use it I have peace of mind to know that where the car is at and also in the case, if the car gets stolen, I know where to have it tracked and report it if necessary, ever since I had this app it's been nothing but extremely helpful. I recommend it to anybody my membership from when I purchase the car is about to end but I am highly thinking about continuing after it expires because I really need it.

The app needs a update or something because when the car is moving and stuff don’t be showing the right place it be at or be taken long to update the location of the car please fix do not be showing all the trips either

The app was fine at first. I’m not sure what happened but now it’s keeps telling me my vehicle entered home or left the home geofence every 15-20 minutes. It’s nerve wrecking to keep thinking something is happening to my car. I left a concert super early thinking my car was stolen or towed because of the alerts. THEY ARE NOT ACCURATE!!! Also, when i do log in to check my vehicle location, it’s take FOREVER TO LOAD!! Maybe there are some bugs or updates needed to this app but it’s horrible as of now.

I’ve never known that there was such a service to track one’s vehicle I’m actually very happy with this type of service provided it gives a good insight of where one’s vehicle can be also an option if something was to unfortunately happen keep up the good work and thank you for your service

I have just started using this app and so far it is very helpful. I have had my truck a year, the transmission stopped working last night I think, so I was going threw my warranty papers and saw that I had also bought and paid for this feature, I never even new I had it available for my use. So we will see how this new experience goes but so far so good! Thank you!!

I’m assuming the bank put this on my car to keep track of it for their security but, I absolutely LOVE this app! It has let me know exactly where my car is every single time, even when I’m just lying in bed & wanting to look for security lol. Definitely considering for my other vehicles!

I love this app although I don’t use it often but it’s good to know my car is secured from any possibilities. It would be great to add a feature to unlock or lock doors. I bought my car from a dealer and it only came with 1 key. I locked my stout once good thing I had AAA but having this on an app would be superb

My car was stolen on Sunday the 16th of July 2023 and because of my LoJack and help from the police in Maryland I was able to contact them and tell them exactly where my car was at they went to the location I provided them and my car was recovered.

Everything is great and fantastic and I love it the only thing is my wife has my car and I wish you would show real time her driving M so I can know when she’s about to pick me up the fact it doesn’t show real time movement is a real big downer

The issue was quickly resolved the tech I talk to was very patient and professional and I felt like he went out of his way to make sure I had all my issues resolved and taken care of. Thanks for a good customer service.

I can admit it did do it’s job for help me find my car for years but now all of a sudden it stopped working and haven’t been working for two weeks now.I’m highly disappointed because especially during this time where certain cars are becoming targets for being stolen a lot ..I’m not able to track anything at all

I’m so glad the app was updated and I may be late... my car was stolen from in front of my house today. I literally have been going through so much and won’t go into detail. All I can say is I’m grateful for this app and that I was able to help the police find my vehicle and return it to me safe and in one piece.

Is anyone having trouble with the app like mine is still saying I'm at work while I don't have my car and my boyfriends is using my car so when I look to see the location it not doing anything

I have this on my Lamborghini and I rest comfortably knowing where my car is and able to shut it down if stolen. Must have if you have a car worth 433k or more.

App for last couple of weeks is not tracking trips every one shows blank. When I click on them it forces close the application. I have deleted and reinstalled still not working. No issues other than this

This app needs a major update. I used to get notifications about my geofences but now I do not get alerts anymore. My notifications are on according to the LoJackGo settings and my iPhone settings but i still can’t get the notifications. i also get an error message when i try to switch it on & off that does not end up solving the issue.

I was introduced to this service by the car dealership that I purchased my vehicle from and it’s the best! It notifies me where my car is at all times, trips, places my car has been, and even the speed of the trip! Thank you GS connect for creating an app that gives me peace of mind!

App not working haven’t updated and giving wrong location of my car even when refreshed

The app works when it wants to. I run a rental business and a few times I've tried to update the location for pick up and it be unavailable- the way my anxiety is set up this needs to be fixed asap. My service and phone are great no issues otherwise great app when it does work.

Had it for about a yr and within 6 months it stop tracking on one phone two months after that it quit tracking on both phones done uninstall and reinstalled next step is to cancel the whole thing I can’t even tell where my car is at or where it’s been

GPS at it’s best know where they go, How fast they’re driving…. If they get the car stolen report it all done by this app… A must have only if I could add my other vehicle which is a 2008 Acadia alt I Love it even for life….

The other day I was parking at the mall and could not find my car since there were multiple lots. Used the app locate and was able to find my car! Great app !!

It could be more accurate . It doesn’t show miles . Doesn’t always give geofence . There are a few bugs that could help make it more accurate .

When I first downloaded the app it would display real time driving results. Now it just shows the last know location. I prefer the real time driving results especially when my son borrows my car.

This app is pretty cool, even though it only shows you have a LoJack installed in your vehicle. Its not only for your peace of mind but so your finance company can disable your vehicle and repo it if they want. Mack them payments. Haha.

Just as everyone else says, you either don’t get notified or it does it hours later. And the settings for notifications have been jacked up since I’ve had this app…always shows an error, so that’s probably why they don’t work right.

It takes forever for the location to update. Useless

Doesn’t work properly says my car is in other places when it’s actually sitting in my driveway

This app is useless I miss the old one drive time was using. This app worked for maybe all of 2 or 3 weeks before it stopped working. This is ridiculous! We are paying all this money and the services don’t even work! They should have never switched over. It’s been MONTHS since this thing has worked.

I e had lo jack for my car for a year and was working fine until about 3 weeks ago, now it crashes when I try to load a trip Anyway to update the app and fix this issue?

My last car got stolen 3 times in 8 months. I bought another used vehicle with LoJack. And now I sleep good. Thank You for your product! Ernie

I logged into app this morning just checking it. IT DOES NOT KEEP UP WITH VEHICLE LOCATION. I logged in and out 3 different times and it said my vehicle was parked outside my house and it wasn’t. My husband took the car to drop kids at school but on the app shows my car is still at home. How can i trust you to keep track of my vehicle when you giving false information.

It is a nice app but it takes forever for the location of the vehicle to update. I waited for almost an hour and it still never updates. My location hasn’t refreshed since 2022 no matter how many times I’ve tried. I’ve updated the app as well. This is the worst tracking ever.

Awesome , quick , accurate , surly helps out when your kids don’t answer their phone or decide to turn it off

This is new so just getting used to the new facelift But love the fact I can keep track of my car

Just jumped up at 2 in the morning after getting an alert that my car was driving up the road from my house only for it to be parked right where I left it!!! I’ve had this service for 2 years but these last few months have been the worst.

Never been treated so much like an important person until now. They have my business from now on.

I could get the location to refresh and catch up to where my car is. I’ve been trying to see my cars location for over 30 minutes. The app will not refresh. Help.

Worst app in the world!!! On the phone since 5am and can not get any help whatsoever! Was told we would get a call back in 2 hours and here it is 5 hours now and nothing. On the phone again and said we are going to get a call back in 24-48 hours and we explained to them we are trying to find the car because it’s lost/stolen and they can’t even issue a new pin!!!!!!!!

We share the vehicle with our children, there’s no better way to help correct habits than with an unbiased monitor.

I really use to love this app. I was able to see where my car was at all times even if someone had my car I was able to see every turn and stop, but now the app hardly works. It keep saying my car is somewhere I know it’s no st.

Can you guys add a feature that allows us to possibly see if we have our car doors locked or not?

Please help. I am not able to see my recent trips on here. When I click on a trip the app closes out. I have deleted and re downloaded the app. Please fix asap!
