Pretty Skeptical tbh

I can’t find a brand name, any manufacturer information or even a badly written blog review complaining about it. The website on the user manual isn’t even fully built yet, and try as I might I can’t find any other toys that work with this app. Did I just waste my money on a “Guaranteed Value” Lovense Lush? Because the app on the screen of the phone on the front of the User Manual is, in fact the Lovense Remote app and not this one, though the other screen caps are So far the device works ok, but the Music mode won’t sync with any of my music apps. The drawing function doesn’t seem to work well for me, but I have larger fingers so I’m gonna see if the functionality improves when I draw with a stylus. The video mode confuses the heck out of me, either I’m not using it right or it’s not working the way it’s supposed to be. (Which would totally gel with my bootleg theory here.) I didn’t pay as much as I would have for the Lush, but for the time being it works. I got it in a “Valentine’s Day Kit” from a local toy shop, who bought the kits from a local distributor, who most likely bought the components from ANOTHER distributor and repackaged them for resale. Sooo long story short: I might have purchased a bootleg sex toy, but idrk because its existence has been wiped from the Internet, “Men In Black” style… 😎🤣

And now the app keeps shutting down when i use it

This product has given us more problems then pleasure. The bluetooth range is extremely short. The app connection to the device is less then to be desired. Sometimes the app works well sometimes the device doesnt respond or gets stuck on a mode. And now, trying to use the app, anytime i click the device it just shuts the app. Overall been extremely disappointed with this.

Step up from Branded products

Biggest thing I have seen with the Branded products and apps is connectivity. They would constantly disconnect and the reconnect process is more than one wants to do during time with their with whomever... This app and the product purchased is well beyond what was expecting. Even when I closed out the app and dove back in hours later all I had to do what turn back on the device. No delete BL device from phone and reconnect or reinstall app. Have a good variety to operate the toys, couple of them feel like they were just looking for a way to get it to react but no thought beyond that was made. Im not sure what the whole friend thing is supposed to do because it seems to only be used if you already know the other party involved, not finding other people like a social network as it was implied.... Only thing I wish they could institute is a control for the vibrations intensity with low gradual increments, like a slide bar....other than that......I think it has been more stable and useful than similar Branded with performance!

Much better than competition!

This app has a LOT of features. It connected to my toy first try and every time since. No delays between the app and toy. Tons of functionality, but the best thing of all is that it doesn’t require an account to use. I wish more devs would do the same! There’s only two things I can think of missing - first, the ability to create your own patterns. The main reason for this is there are a growing variety of toys using this app, not just vibratory and cups. Also, users tend to know what they like :) Second is to be able to control the levels of the patterns, but there are patterns with different levels, so not critical. Good job, please keep the tweaks and enhancements coming!

App says check internet connection

I had the app for ma long time and went to check my emails today and sent a message to a nice guy. I then went to sign in and collect my free daily coins and then it said check internet connection error. I have an iPhone and tried closing all open windows, restart phone, and then reinstalling app. Still can’t get past the same error. I have an older Samsung phone and will try that. There is no way to get into the app nor contact anyone on issues. I didn’t save any codes or square box thingys. Ugh!!! I had some good free connections on the app also! The app is free and if u get those making u charge money just block them! App is free for all! Can someone from the app/company contact me for support? I am in America and maybe that’s the issue or my location?

Alright but could be better

Got this for my girl. Controls are alright but be a lot better if they simply added a controller mode where you can slowly or quickly raise the vibration instead of using there preset modes. Draw something is close but you can’t keep using it. What ever you draw then runs on a loop until you delete it. Just remove the auto save and loop system in draw something and it would be perfect just want full manual mode.

Fixing

This app used to work fine before. It had a few flaws but now it doesn’t let you stay on the call anymore and has other issues it could be better if they were fixed such as the settings for the device and controller and the call options plus the option to change the profile picture. Other then that it would be a great app overall ^ hope you guys can have a update to fix these issues

garbage

absolute garbage app. I had it for a while with another toy and it worked fine but I hadn’t used it in a while, so when going to add a new toy the app won’t even open. deleting the app and reinstalling, turning my phone off and back on, and everyone else under the sun doesn’t work. I can’t even log in or create a new account, none of the buttons even work on this app anymore. I can’t do anything with it and i’m quite upset about it if i’m being honest, but what’re you gonna do, there’s no customer service or help so might as well leave this dumb review.

So much fun

I love it. My girlfriend wears it to surprise me. Once we were at brunch and she told me to play my game (there’s this game that every time you match fruit the thing vibrates) but I end up just hitting one of the vibration patterns when she’s talking to a friend of hers just to see the look on her face. I gotta stop sitting next to her at brunch so she doesn’t snatch my phone and stop it haha.

A lot of these really negative reviews center around the app. I downloaded the app, then decided I didn’t need it. Why? Because the vibrator does such a great job, who cares about the app? Check it out, will give you some fantastic memories! My only complaint is I wished it lasted longer than an hour.

Have to buy coins to play with partner

That’s how they get ya. I’m really annoyed because I wasn’t warned that I had to spend money to even get someone I know to control my toy. Also it looks like they have a bunch of cam girls to spend those coins on. I wasn’t expecting this when I bought this toy. I guess I’ll just use it solo, and continue to use my Lovense toys on the Lovense app for sexy fun with others for free.

profile photo not loading in and put dark mode for screen UI

My girlfriend and I love the toy and the app. Our only 3 requests are having a speed controller, fixing the profile photo not loading in problem, and adding a dark mode screen UI option besides that this app is great.

Is this a joke

So you send me to App Store download you love spouse app and nothing works. Type in cc info system rejects the cards all three of them. The trying to actually download app can’t go through first screen. Must review their confidentiality but nothing to click or check to validate your looked through the data. Nothing. Then it’s still will not allow to advance to next screen to set up. So. Not set up. They’ve stolen three cc numbers. All in all it was a waste of time.

To agree with the terms

I’ve read a couple comments, saying they cannot agree to the terms to create a account, down there at the very bottom you’ll see a circle and it says something along the lines for privacy and/or security hit that little circle and a green dot will pop up that’s you agreeing to it. Then make a account.

Audio is terrible

I love that it stays connected and the many ways someone else can control it are great, but you can’t move away from the app to FaceTime and the audio connection in the app is terrible. It’s so muffled, you can barely hear each other. If the audio were better, it would be great!

I can obviously see why you wouldn’t write a review but it was easy to set up and fun to use. Not a scam as long as you dont use real info. Can be used iver long distances and is perfect for distance couples fun.

Can’t get past used agreement

This app goes nowhere. There’s no place to agree to the user agreement or the privacy act so therefore, you can never try to make an account has been a complete waste of my money. It looks as though it might’ve been a great toy to share with my long distance of other half, but I am very disappointed that I have been unable to sign into the app to even create an account

Zero Stars

Great Idea. App doesn’t work. When you create an account and sign in the first page you come to us nick name , date of birth, sex and anonymity. Once you fill those all in, done button still grayed out. So you never try to connect. Annoying that you have. To select agree on the sign in screen before you start typing, or the keyboard stays up and you can’t select it. App flat does not work. Zero stars.

The app seems like a great idea, but it’s hard to use since it closes every few seconds it seems. I bought this one specifically for the app so the remote wouldn’t have to always be used but it seems I should have bought the cheaper version. Also the motions are all aggressive I wish there was an option do work up to the faster thrusts rather than full power as soon as you turn it on

Horrible connection

This app doesn’t work at all with the toy. It would work at times but if you left it just a little too long on a setting it would stop changing at all, like you hadn’t literally just used it. The long distance also doesn’t work. All the functions go dead whenever you try to send an invitation for someone to take control of the toy. Was functionally useless.

No online status

I have multiple devices connected to this app. It works but i wish it would show the status online/offline for connected devices instead of me texting my bf when and which one we are playing. Developers please invent this feature. Ty

Waste of time

It’s a good concept. But I cannot get any interactions for whatever reason. And anytime I do it’s people wanting to charge me to even interact. Mostly women trying to charge me. The wheel concept is broken as well, got a mystery gift box that I couldn’t claim for whatever reason. The app is glitchy all the time. You’re better off returning the item and trying someone else. Not worth it.

Read instruction book

I to an having trouble get past the user agreement of the registration. I have read, removed and everything I can think of. There is no bubble at the bottom of the privacy or terms page. All that I see is the bottom of the page where it ends, is the date of issue. There is nothing else

Add more features and sound needs to be downloaded

Add an option to just draw with live feedback instead of saving a loop. Also needs to be able to sync with music that is currently playing instead of needing to download the music

Does not work well

We bought the device that the app goes with because it was advertised to work anywhere but the device doesn’t respond if you are anymore then 5 feet away.

iPhone internet connection issues

I have try to uninstall, restart phone and reinstall app but on my iPhone it will not let me log in and continues to tell me to check my internet connection. However, if I use my Samsung it works just fine.

Brand new and the app has someone else’s name and info

Haven’t even been able to try it because the app has someone else’s information in it connected to my device. It’s also in another language. Is this used or did the account I create last night get hacked in less than 24 hours?? Also the app keeps crashing.

App doesn’t work

Crashes as soon as you select the device you paired. Does not let you control anything with device. Device works by itself through different vibrations after powering on and using power button to cycle but the app force closes as soon as you try interacting with device. Terrible.

App is crap

Hi just go this in the mail. Downloaded the app and that’s as far as you get. It won’t allow you to agree to the mile long agreement. So you can’t remotely control the item as it states you can. False advertising!!!! Also it looks like there was and remote control space in the box but it was empty. Do not buy !!!!

Can’t connect

So we bought this due to our long-distance relationship and at first all of the reviews sound really great but ultimately I haven’t been able to connect my partner to my device and we haven’t been able to make a successful call. Which kind of defeats the purpose of this purchase.

Total waste

Bought my toy from cindies for $130 because I was looking for the Lovense and they sold the last one… sales associate told me it was cheaper and did the same thing where you could control from anywhere, turns out my partner can’t control it at all, even when he’s next to me.

Does not work!

The instructions state that by logging in, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions but when you try to log in or create an account you get a response telling you you need to agree to the terms and conditions before you can log in. Any help or assistance is written in Chinese.

Hey look app works great once your all dialed in logged in and setup. Here are a few things people in the community truly would like returned. 1. Life share- sharing picture of day to day stuff or something they want to show off. I know there is the bots and the stuff that needs to be censored. But let’s let people view daily life again. 2. Music mode- not all devices have it. Is it something that a patch to the software that can update it? 3. Connectivity issues- keep up the the bug fixes. You guys do this I’m sure the app will continue to thrive.

Risky download

First it wanted my email for an account, fine. Then suddenly it demanded access to my photos without any reason. Then it would not connect via Bluetooth and asked me to give it permission to my microphone. Given that this is a Chinese company I would not trust it. I deleted it immediately.

Worked for awhile

It worked for awhile, but now it freezes up so I deleted and downloaded again now it wont let me log in, create a new account or do anything. The buttons on the app doesnt work. Not to mention the terrible UI on game mode. I still enjoyed playing the game.

Useless

Can’t get passed the login screen because everything prompts a pop up to agree to the user terms before continuing and while there is a button to view the user terms there’s no way to agree to them. I would happily let them know this within the app IF I COULD GET PASSED THE LOGIN SCREEN!!!

They really need to start adding negative stars for idiots to create nonworking, apps, and junk products this app ask you to agree to terms of service and other things, and there is no way to agree to anything. The app is completely and totally useless.

Unless you wanna waste your money, do not buy this item before you could even log into the app you have to sign a user agreement that has nowhere for you to agree to sign. without that the product is useless, and so is the crap that we continued to buy from China.

Was good now bad

At the beginning was good app to play with people around the world but since their sales increased they decided to let the scammers to inter.
