Once the switch from Audrey to Bless App was materialized, it’s truly been a fantastic experience all around with the App! 1) As indicated earlier by several of the retailers, the App really needs to enable “editing” of Saved/Sent invoices. Cancelling and redoing seems to be unnecessary and unproductive. If it has to do with any backend complications, making this feature available for “Saved” but “Unsent” Invoices would be greatly appreciated. 2) Something seems to be not working with Touch ID once I log out. I have an iPhone8. 3). New registrations don’t show up unless I log out and relogin or sometimes requiring uninstalling the app. 4). Also, a PUSH NOTIFICATION IN-APP for NEW registrations would be awesome as lack thereof means- I need to constantly keep checking if the user has registered or not by using the process indicated in (3) above. 5). It would also be great to have the following options against customer records: (i) Style/Size(s) that the customer wears and with a “Favorites” option like a * (ii) The customer’s FB name Thank you for listening. I will start by saying this app truly is wonderful. I have hardly any complaints, but the few things I have noticed have all been very eloquently addressed already. I fully support those who have already mentioned the following suggestions: 1) Changing the "send" button to "resend" after the invoice has been sent the first time. 2) Invoice editing after it has been saved/sent!! I hate having to cancel and start over when a customer changes her mind. 3) Combining duplicate registrations AND purchase histories made by the same customer on duplicate accounts. 4) Allow exchanges within one transaction, even if the item was not originally purchased through the new BLESS system. Maintain accurate inventory counts when processing these exchanges. And one more I haven't seen below yet: Please allow us to sell and track gift certificates and shop credit! Christmas is coming and the current set up forces us to engage in sloppy workarounds. Thanks for all your hard work! We notice and appreciate your responsiveness and innovation 😊
This app generally makes my business run smoothly and quickly. It accepts a variety of payments and show some basic reporting. As I use primarily an iPod to run all aspect of my business I would suggest the following (if they are there it is not a user easy way) A. Allow for split payments from a customer B. Allow for full control of inventory, adjustment function within this app C. All reports from computer should be available here, I am phasing out my personal desktop....so everything in one place would be useful! D. When WS to another consultant, it often shows as a sale to me when trying to ship, add a way to track WS purchases and payments. Both to my account and from my account E. And create an option to link directly with multiple shipping agencies. I currently use Zensales, and would love it to be connected there. But many consultants use a variety of shipping apps, create a way to link directly. Overall the improvements are great, just keep them coming!
Love the new updates coming out! I would like to see a couple new tweaks: ♦️•when copying a cancelled order, I would like to be able to choose which pop-up the new invoice goes to. Now it just defaults to the one at the top of the list of open pop-ups •after selecting "save" in a new invoice, I would like to be able to go back and edit that invoice without having to cancel it and copy just to be able to add a note to the invoice that was forgotten the first time. •after selecting send invoice, "ok" pops up. After we select "ok" I would like it to bounce back to that pop-ups list of invoices. Not just stay on that invoice. I find myself hitting send invoice twice to ensure it was sent... maybe it's just me? 🙄 •deleting duplicate customer registrations •agree with wanting the sizes being in size order •maybe be able to delete cancelled invoices so that the multiples don't clutter the paid invoice section. Or divide it into three sections: Open, Paid, cancelled
Great job initially. Additionally we would really love the following features: Thank you for adding ws invoicing between consultants. Please add the ability for us to edit the ws cost, as often we need to move items and discount below standard ws. 1.Inventory management editing. As an independent business owner we should have full control and reconciliation ability. 2. We need to be able to edit the invoice before we hit the send invoice. Customers do change their minds.(it may already have this function, but I couldn't figure it out). Let us create an invoice, leave it, and come back to it, then send. 3.To use the add a picture function, it would be helpful to be able to bulk upload by size and style. 4. Exchanges need to be added in addition to refunds please. Thank you for all your hard work!
Love the app and the continuous efforts to update! A few suggestions... 1) Can you add a button to “edit” an invoice so we don’t have to cancel and create a new one? For instance, a customer decided to add leggings to their order...I could just “edit” and add the item then save and resend. 2) Could we possibly adjust our inventory from the app? This would be especially helpful with the new retailer sites coming out soon. If we could adjust our inventory and upload pictures from the app, then invoice directly with the correct picture...lifesaver!
Love this app for my business. I would love to be able to browse folders or apps like box for uploading images. I can do this on the website desktop version for loading photos to the site would love this option for the app so customers can see their inventory pics. I now keep my photos on the box app to save space on my phone. Thanks for all the great updates!
I love the app, but please give us the option to send an invoice after applying a partial cash payment! If someone uses store credit or a gift certificate I need to be able to apply cash payment and then send an invoice for the remaining total. Currently all we can do is discount the item down and that hurts our sales totals averages!
All other features that continue to be updated are very helpful. But the login now taking you to a web app is difficult and time consuming. We open the app on multiple devices multiple times throughout the day and this adds a step. Even on only my personal phone, it doesn't keep me logged in anymore so I have to type a long email user and password everytime I want to check something or make a sale. Please put the old login back!! Thanks
I use Bless on 2 devices—iPhone and iPad. Today my iPhone automatically updated Bless and now it takes me to the website Build to invoice my customers. The website is not optimized for mobile and it’s a JOKE. No way to search for customers.....be ready to scroll for 10 minutes to get to that customer at the back of the alphabet. Adding individual items to their invoices is just as cumbersome. I also noticed there is no way to discount an item. Thankfully my iPad does not auto update apps and no way am I updating it until this HOT MESS is fixed!
This app used to be ok, but now I can't use it at all. On my iPhone it redirects me to a browser, but that login never works, even though I am confident that I am using the correct password (it is saved in my phone and works in the typical web browser). On my iPad I am told that a new app version is available and directed to the App Store, but there is not a new version available. Very frustrating all around! Why have some of us had this problem for nearly two months?! You would think that this would be a priority update.
1.)Could you please add a button on $ page for easy access to WS prices?? One click to access all current ws prices and then maybe a second click for not current items like DDS or mommy &me!!!! 2.) can you add an “invoice sent” or resend option. Having that option without having to exit and check my gmail box would be awesome. 3.) LOVE LOVE the ability to ws xfer now!!! But is there anyway to add a function/option to see WHAT HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO US?!?!? Moving from PayPal to Bless has been awesome, but having a screen where we can see what’s coming in, and from whom, without exiting and wading through emails would be amazing!!!
I use to love having bless at my fingertips. It was wonderful. Until recently when every time I want to bill or do something I have to log in. It’s a real pain. I wish I could just log in once a day. But now I save everything up for once a day. The photo part doesn’t work on my phone, and it’s way too hard to log into my iPad to see if it works there. So I do all website stuff on my laptop
I have loved all the improvement that keep being made. -I would love an edit button vs cancel, I know it’s listen below from others as well. - Once invoice has been sent, resend as an option. I also saw this listed below - Thank you for adding edit customer information. 🙌🏼
I really enjoy the bless app compared to the old Audrey system. Now I wish there was a way to delete duplicate customer info. Some of my customers still think they need to fill it out every time they purchase or they input something incorrectly and then fill it out again.
Suggestion: I would love to be able to refund more than two items per day. Also edit an order without canceling and redoing entire order. Have a total on open orders would be great also. Y’all are killing it with amazing updates. Thanks for all your hard work!
The app is not working correctly again. It will not show new customers that have registered. I have to manually delete the app and re download it every single time to send a new invoice for a new custome. it won’t show them as registered when they in fact have. Is there another way to get around having to do this every time?
Sometimes I get in a hurry and can’t remember if I have sent the invoice. After an invoice is sent, it would be great if the “send invoice” button could change to “resend invoice.” This way we will Know we have already sent it and won’t accidentally send the invoice multiple times!
When we first switched over to this app I waited until last second now I don’t think I could live without it. Thanks for always making our lives easier. ❤️
Love the app. URGENT! Cannot receive inventory. Please fix!! - Can you please fix when an item is discounted to $0 it closes the order. It used to and something changed and now it doesn’t. - PLEASE allow us to edit an order and not just cancel and RE-create. It is so annoying when you have those demanding customers who constantly make changes or if I forget to add a discount or perk. - let us delete customers - let us add partial payments in cash then send an invoice. (Helps when they have a credit) - thank you so much!!
After my app updated this week, I can’t seem to upload pictures again for my inventory. I was loving that I was able to do that in the last week, but now the functionality is gone again. Please restore!!
Every since I updated this morning new customers that fill out my customer registration link are not showing up in the app to invoice, yet are pulling up on Bless on the computer.
It’s been a decent app however two days ago when I woke to invoice a customer and was prompted to login when I never logged out. I entered my info and for two days and counting now it goes to a blank white screen ever time I try to login! Can’t invoice any customers unless via desktop. iPad and iPhone won’t work! Submitted a case and nothing still! Just disappointed.
I love the Bless app but I would love to see the purchaser’s name on the invoice after it’s been paid if we only registered them with their email address. Their address shows up on the paid invoice but only “guest” populates for the name.
When trying to open the app I’m told there is a new version, even after downloading the next version. Every time I try to open the app it takes me to a page that tells me to click the button to go to the App Store. I do that and I can’t open the app there either because it takes me back to the there’s a new version to get page. Beyond frustrated.
Everyday I keep checking to see if there’s an update to fix this....and nothing. When I log in it never recognizes my info and then kicks me out and then when I click log in again it just logs me in. Then as soon as I get out of the app and need to get back in I have to go through the process all over again. Super time consuming and irritating.
The application takes me to log in on Safari and after I enter my credentials I get a blank screen. Every single time. Also, Bless doesn’t work well in Chrome (on my updates iPhone) either. I can log in and access the site but the size of the pages won’t scale down to where I can actually navigate it.
For the last week or two now if someone registers with me I can’t find them in Bless to invoice them. I have to use their email and manually add them. Is this an issue happening to everyone or just me lol?
1. CANNOT DO A PROPER EXCHANGE! Your only option is to refund. Then wait a few days for the refund to go back on the card THEN have your customer buy something else. Customer isn’t waiting. 2. NO SPLIT PAY ABILITY. “Cash” transactions for split pay SHOULD be emailed so customer can use card....but it won’t. 3. FIELDS FOR NAME ON BANK CARD are absent and MUST be included for chargeback purposes. 4. WE WANT APPLE PAY AS AN OPTION for a payment method. 5. As required by federal law we need chip readers and don’t have them....scammers know this & are filing chargebacks left & right. FIX THIS APP. I also want images of our inventory to appear on the invoice.
It’s beyond annoying having to log in every time I open the app with the latest update. There isn’t even an option to save my email. I don’t like that at all.
When editing an order, it does not allow you to give a discount (i.e. LulaCash) or change the shipping... it closes out the app. Have to create a whole new invoice
It gives me a request error once I try to save the invoice. Then it just does the loading icon when I back out and try to get back into the invoice. It won’t let me send an invoice, all it does is ‘load’
I loved using the app in Dark Mode! It was much easier on my eyes since 90% of my work is done on the phone. With the new update to iOS 13, dark mode is gone! Please bring it back!
Customers are registering and when I go to invoice them from the app, I can’t find them. When I log-in via the website to invoice, the customer is there.
Overall I LOVE this app. It really makes consultant life so much easier. Please consider adding the ability to discount WS transfers to other consultants. 😊
Please please please fix this ASAP!!!!! I should not have to sign into the app every single time i open it. Whether it was 2 seconds 2 minutes or 2 hours!!!! The app was fine before why keep making silly changes?!?!?!
They keep updating the app and every single time, they break it. I can’t even log in now. I can’t do a refund on the desktop site, and I can’t log into the app. So now I can’t refund my customer at all.
Can we please get sizes in order?? XXS XS S M L XL 2XL 3XL The order they’re in right now is NOT user friendly and frankly annoying to find. Makes check out take longer.
