Been paying for service but watermarks never leave
I’ve been paying for months but the watermarks are almost always there. I’ve contacted customer service again and when I’m told to completely close and refresh app it doesn’t always work… but when it does it’s a good way to make lost receipts
The app works ok but the format and layout is weak. I’m upset because I paid for the monthly subscription and I still get nagging screens telling me to GoPro. Paying took away the watermark but not the ridiculous Nagging to GoPro. I did Go Pro and the app is the same just no watermarks. Really a bad interface and decent usability. Love hate. Good be a 4/5 star app if the developers spent any time refining the app and stop nagging the paying customers. Until then 2 star at best
They write 3 day trial into name to give the appearance of a trial they automatically charge you a bonus three days are given for free. It’s all a con to get you into thinking you have the opportunity to check it out…regardless of canceling subscription after only one days use. Horrible way of handling things
There was something added to my receipts after paying for a subscription that say “pro users only.” I’m not sure where that came from but it’s not worth a subscription with that on there…
I’m really frustrated with the fact that there’s no where to unsubscribe and I emailed there tech support and got a failure to deliverer. I’m trying to unsubscribe before I hit the 24 hours mark because I’m not paying for an app that didn’t meet my needs...
Doesn’t save all the items from a receipt. Had to redo it the receipt twice. Only to find that going pro the app continues to nag you to go pro and only shows a limited amount of the items I did enter.
I paid for the subscription and now when I check to make a receipt it shows the water mark. Please fix this or I’ll have to use other apps. Once fixed the app is 5 stars but as is it’s no good.
Don’t fall for it’s trick! It’s trying to know we’re you live and your email/ phone number/and password once you given it and delet it you can’t go back💧 it’s too late!! It’s permanent!! By writing your real info is wrong !! DONT FALL FOR THE TRICK!🥝🥑🌴
I tried out the three day free trial, didn’t like the app for what I needed to use it for, so I canceled my subscription. Just for them to go into my bank and take $50 out for the year anyways!! And I have no way of contacting them to try and get a refund or anything. What a scam.
Absolutely do not download this app. It will not ever let you cancel the subscription and it takes eight dollars a week. It is not worth it because it never lets you use any of the templates. It’s completely a scam
I don’t like the format of the receipts at all and am not going to be using the app so I want my money back. It is beyond difficult to get ahold of customer service or anyone regarding this.
So confusing and there’s no directions. It’s annoying because you can’t even send it via text. It took me 3 minutes for me to delete it and get a different app. If you want a real receipt app definitely get a different one.
The app functions ok but the receipt quality is terrible. It’s difficult (or impossible) to customize receipts with certain information or details. I used the Pro version ($49.99/yr) which I advise no one should purchase. EVER. Custom logos are only black & white and poor quality. Customization is severely lacking. After spending a day attempting to make a descent looking/believable receipt with this app, I eventually made one in Microsoft word in 10 min. It looked 100x better than anything this app could do.
Signed up for “3-day Free trial, $29.99 a year after free trial”. As I am going thru the sign up process it changed the price significantly to $49.99!! Bait and switch scammers!
The idea and ease is good, but you can share the receipt via SMS or email or even print it. The app advertised going pro for $29.99/yearly and then I was charged $49.99. I went PRO and still it prompts me to go PRO. I want a refund as it’s not what it promised. I have no way to see output, so I don’t know if the watermark is removed our not. No way to get support or give feedback to the developer. I feel so cheated. If not fixed they have gotten my last $$.
