Wish we could check out hours of service and switch or duty status from the app. That would be awesome:

For the most part it works well. However it would be useful when you send messages from the app that you could retrieve a history of sent messages. You see what’s in your outbox on your truck interface. However not from the app itself. If you could find ways to integrate the features so they are able to be used universally it would be awesome. It would also be nice if there was a notifications feature also. Alerting you when you have a new message. As well as being able to access our driving logs as well.

I love the app but there’s a huge oversight! Drivers need to receive notifications! If you are away from the truck and if no one calls to inform you that you have a load, how can you be the best you can be? Loads are unnecessarily late because of this. This is the first app of its kind that I have used that doesn’t allow notifications. Also, it would be nice to use the app in a moving vehicle... Such as passenger in a car or in the sleeper, as part of a team. Safety wouldn’t come into play in those situations. Thanks!

It is always showing notifications that I don’t have and I can’t clear them. Endless little message notifications in the chat but I have read every one still won’t go away Now I am not some old man confused by my phone, I have a background in website design and development. This app is not well organized and has a lot of redundant bloat on it, and issues with notifications not clearing out. The platform science is down today with issues and this is an example of why all the macros should be on the app not just a few.

Wld be GREAT if we cld delete OLD messages . On this New Format , there’s no rime or reason to the load information . Each load has 5-7 segments. Each time a load is sent out , these segments are all mixed up . When you hav 3 or 4 loads sent to you , thers a lot of confusing trying to sort the segments.

The new changes make it very difficult to find the necessary information at a glance and messages are sent out of order meaning it takes 4-5x longer to find info, now I use my qualcom in my truck when I need to. This app also does not allow docs to be sent to email which I was doing for months. Also changes to transflo are terrible. The pics to send seem darker and photo does not frame automatically like it used to. They should have left it alone, Bring back the old Marten app

This app is great for everything we do. Would be nice if it would send notifications when you get a new message so I'm not constantly checking to see if I got a new load. Also would be great if we could do all our macros on this app too. Then it would be perfect. Otherwise it does it's job

It would be nice to be able to swipe right and left for messages and it would also be nice to be able to access our logs from the app and at least be able to change our status to off duty Incase we forget and we are away from the truck and notifications should be mandatory when new loads are dispatched so there won’t be an excuse if missed.

I like that I can see settlements, loads and messages. I'd like to be able to see my HOS and reply to messages to keep them together. Some kind of Qualcomm HOS feature would be nice. I can't get any Qualcomm app to do this either. The GPS lockout doesn't work correctly all the time. I find if it doesn't have a great signal it doesn't always let you override it for 30 mins which gets frustrating.

The app is good to have since I can access load info and messages while I’m away from my truck. The biggest problem I have with it is a notification for when I get a new message. Nothing more annoying than having to constantly check your phone when a simple notification alert would help.

This latest update leaves tracking on 24/7 when it is only set to run when open creating massive lag when actually using the app and several user functions are missing. Great app before the update considering deleting this app and if marten wants to know where I am or give me information pertaining to my loads they can call me since I can’t delete the crappy update that was forced upon me

Would be better if we get notifications when we get a load or messages. To see how many miles we have for the week or access to logs to log ourselves on or off duty etc.

So much Easier to Read, & a Pleasure to use as Opposed to trying to do Anything on The QualCom Glitchamatic!😝 It's a Huge Time Saver for Me! Navigation of this App. Is as Intuitive & Fluid in Function as Using any of my Favorite Phone/Tablet Apps.😎👌🏼 Kudos Martin! Would Love to see even more QC functions augmented into this App.😁

Ever since the latest update, it no longer sends me push notifications of a new load. I go home daily so it would be extremely useful to know when I get sent a new load for the next day.

When accepting load we need to know the mileage, date and time of pick up and delivery. I shouldn’t have to go looking for complete info to accept a load. This is first priority to a driver.

This app is much better than the previous ones. Would be nice to be able to send certain macros through the app, like home time and vacation request.

This app actually work better than the Omni tracks IVG Unit I just wish we can send our load information on here arrival departure all the good stuff it would work great on here if that is something that can be done

I have not received any Notifications on my phone in a week, does the app need a update?

It would be nice if they had macros on here as well also a history of any messages sent it also kicks you off a lot we have to sign back in also when you go into the building you can’t use it as much if you are deep into a building in history or just it if you are stopped then it doesn’t matter if the GPS is on or off

It is a great tool but it would be better if you could respond and use the same macros as on the truck this would enable drivers to respond quicker and in an understandable format

Being able to check your messages and accept/deny loads while away from truck is so helpful!!

Keeps me up to date while on hometime. I love being able to use my phone to send a message, the Qualcomm is much more of a pain.

This app has a very nice layout but is almost useless without alerts and will not open while I'm inside a building. Once again has a very nice look and feel but it's useless without a alerts and also needs to work inside buildings.

Love the app makes life easier. Need to add the ability to delete messages get difficult trying to find messages when there are tons of messages that are no longer relevant.

PLEASE ADD -Ability to Delete Messages -View past loads (load history) -Phone Notifications that show up without having to manually open the app

Great app the only thing I would add is the ability to access our HOS logs

It's serves its purpose and is very useful overall however it's not allowing the drivers to access settlements which is something that is very important to all drivers.

Been trying to check messages all day and yet again the app is down!! Needs to be fixed not worth having

Alerts when a message is received would be great. I like using this app, but it could use some fine tuning 👍

It’s a update to fix the login process it’s taking forever talking about I’m logged on drive time and I haven’t been in truck since Thursday

It’s not friendly enough for a driver in my opinion.... no alerts for incoming messages and can’t see messages when in motion... I understand it’s a safety thing but it’s a pain

How do you clear old messages from tablet?

Drivers also need to know addresses of terminals and drop yards at times to save time.

App will not work when it is unable determine current speed using GPS location services. App is unable to determine current speed about 95% of the time rendering it practically useless.

Certain features are crashing with new iPhone updates. Like not being able to submit daily PTI

Good app. But constantly fighting with it when it says “Cannot Determine Speed” when I’m at home to get it to work

App works good as long as you could stay logged in I get kicked off the app every single day and have to re-register. it’s backed Omnitracs

Worst update so far!!!! Tried to give negative stars but can not!! You need to fire the idiots building this dumb stuff and hire the people you had before. This is garbage, worst update ever please fire the idiots that made this!!

It’d help if it didn’t kick you off when it decides you don’t have service. And you could do more than free form messaging when the Qualcomm is down.

Was waiting for this app. Best things that I can see inbox massage and write free form massage. Able to sent all the macros will be better and able to view the payroll settlement without exiting the app will be better too. By the way, the app respond really fast.

Used to be a good app until they linked it to TRANSFLO. Now it’s messed up.

One of the most terrible app that I know.
