App overall feels nice and polished, however when I first tried uploading a receipt for Perks+, I simply get invalid file size when attempting to upload a “picture” from album or taking directly with camera. Would be nice if I could upload from iCloud files or OneDrive a pdf instead. Haven’t tried uploading a receipt again, but now trying to provide “perspective” feedback, but unable to continue because keyboard covers the next text box and buttons. This app needs functionality work.
In the past month or two, the performance for this app has dramatically decreased. For example, I sometimes have to wait 20-30 seconds for the Health Self-Check to open up after selecting the option. I even uninstalled/reinstalled the app at one point because it was so slow. In addition, while I’d like to use this app for submitting expenses, it is too clunky and difficult to upload receipts.
Reiterating the sentiment from “Good app, poor performance” review posted earlier by a reviewer. The app has slowed down. After the recent switch of the Health Check site, the corresponding feature in this app no longer works. It asks for credentials (but I see other info in the app already so my credentials should already be in there) and the subsequent multi-factor login fails every time.
Everything a Microsoft employee needs in one place
This app feels polished. It has all the features that a Microsoft employee would look for in one central place. COVID-19 updates, company holidays and connector service to name a few. It also has other features that will come in the near future which I’m very excited for.
The latest update has rendered this app in useable? The app simply stays frozen with the logo of the app, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and everything to clear the state to no prevail. The app in the past has worked great and has allowed me to get information at a glance from my phone.
It’s about time that such an application existed. This app is so much easier than digging through all the company sites I’ve got bookmarked. There’s already a bunch of utilities here and I’m excited to see what else gets added in the future.
Love the app. Gives you a lot of capabilities right on our phones. Looking forward to seeing more in the future. Hopefully we’ll eventually be able to do our expenses in the app.
Beautiful Design. It’s really convenient to bring all these HR and facility tools together at one place. The App looks really modern and fresh and doesn’t look like any legacy internal tools I am using today. It only takes a few taps to manage my benefits or submitting vacation.
What a relief, able to do so many things so quickly in seconds which was a dream before this app was released. Thank you Team, keep adding more features 👍
Looks and feels like it was designed from the beginning to meet real employee needs rather than an after thought. This makes me more excited to work at Microsoft
This was freezing on the startup screen after the latest update. A reinstall made no difference. It’s magically started working again so adjusting this back to three stars.
Install a ton of app and have Auth in browser ironically
Intention is good, but what kind of a design will force people to install a ton of app already include more than one security related app but still ask user to complete Auth in a browser? Plus the performance is not good, and Auth page lost communication during 2 step verification is easy to see.
MyHub has come a long way and has pretty much everything a MSFT employee might need. Really impressed with what the team has done and hope we can make more fluid apps like this for our customers as well.
The app tries to use a home made UC concept. Tiles of sort. It’s not working. Sorting and moving the tiles around is broken and inconsistent. The app additionally regressed big time about a month ago with respect to COVID daily check. It used to take about 5 clicks to check in. Now it is up to about 15 and multiple long waits and trip to our two factor auth app.
Reimbursement for the perks+ doesn’t work. It also keeps saying there is an update available even though i just updated and the App Store doesn’t show one
Normally 4+ stars for this because it centralized most things that I needed. However, over the last couple of weeks the performance of the app has noticeably decreased on startup, loading the tiles and execution like healthcheck. I am on an Apple XR running iOS 14.4.2
I don’t know what the latest update did, but my Myhub screen freezes once the myhub icon and loads nothing, I’ve tried to uninstall and install it again but every time I click on sign in it just freezes.
Nice design and ideas, but not all work effectively. Submitting PTO is a great feature but doesn’t appear to work for me. Nothing happens after hitting Submit.
User experience is painful as click count to accomplish basic daily tasks is very high. Simple usability features like ordering Connect routes with recently selected options first are ignored.
I love the features and the UI. But performance is subpar. Shows me connector/ dining order notification hours after I already saw them. And they block the screen as well.
I was happy when I installed this and found all of the cool things the app can do, but when I got home, the app disabled almost all of the functions, including sending feedback. It’s mostly broken now.
Now cannot login at all after upgrade. From day 1 it was not working smooth. Always takes long time to load and most of time it just directs you to hrweb. Now just totally busted.
This app seems to only allow corporate logins from one company and requires device compliance. Isn’t it a violation of store terms to post an app to the App Store that is only for a single company? Isn’t that what Enterprise publishing is for?
The app is only checking in a specific album. If you need to resize your image or edit on your phone, forget it. Not very user friendly if the image is too big. I tried using the camera “in app” and through the phone app.
Uninstalling the app as the only useful feature for me was the health check, that now is a redirect to a web page, faster to just open a browser bookmark as I did before installing this app
This app is very promising, but is only available for Microsoft employees and not consumers. An app like this for consumers would help people improve their work lives with the influence and power of the Microsoft brand
This app provides a view of data available from our web site as an employee. Yet this requires that I give device level administration rights to MSIT just to use it. Why? It just makes it a non-starter.
As of the past 48hrs the app is no longer launching. Yes, the most recent updates have been taking. Yes, a reboot has occurred since taking most recent updates.
Don’t force intune or access to my phone through config profiles
I’d love to use this app, but the requirements that give MSIT control over my phone are a non-starter. It’s extremely unfortunate as some benefits can only be accessed through the app.
I do not want to use the Intune software on my personal device. Why not allow access via dual auth just like the web based versions of outlook,ICM or other LOB apps?
As others mentioned intune enrollment shouldn’t be required for this. The info the app provides is on websites available to employees. Wish enrollment wasn’t needed, will pass.
