Have gone through digital process have a scheduled withdrawal from my acct. but it still says “make a payment”??? Confusing! Didn’t I just do that? If I press it again will it withdraw the amount twice? Would like a true confirmation not one I have to consider calling on the next day to make sure it occurred. Just my opinion.
It’s so good that it help to know when it gets paid and it gives you a notification in telling me when it needs to by Paid for example it says “ your amount is do in five days “ it’s so convenient for sure needs to download
I connected service in Bemidji MN November 2023. When I opened the account your system added an account I closed and sold six years ago. Then your system took $291 from my checking for that old closed account. This was a mistake on your side of the business. You now owe me $292 because of your customer service wrongfully tying that old closed account to my present address. That old account was closed in 2019 and sold to other people. Now your customer service people tell me they can’t credit that wrongful billing to my correct account. I know by Minnesota law you have 10 days to return wrongfully billed accounts when it was your error. I think this disgraceful business practice Michael Monsrud
Sorry, this app is not easy to use. 1. I’ve got two accounts … the app says it has linked them … but no information on second account. 2. I had auto pay set up … but a MN Energy CSR inadvertently shut it down … now I’m in the app and it says it’s in place? What gives … why do I have to waste my time chasing this down?
The only downfall I have with the app is in the payment section. I have to have either a MasterCard or Discover Card. I have neither. I have a Visa Debit card
Worked great right away. Stopped working, won’t allow me to log in, change password, anything. Removed app to re download in hopes of that working. Now can’t reload it but it is deleted from Home Screen. MERC has no idea. Any help?We
App allows payment of bills via Apple Pay, but inexplicably blocks American Express cards. They accept Amex on their website, so it’s not like they lack the infrastructure to use that payment network. Fees for electronic payments are egregious. UI is rudimentary and ugly - looks like someone tried to build an iOS 7 app but using only React libraries.
Downloaded the app, tried to register. I then entered the verification code sent to my email, exactly as it appeared. “Verification code is incorrect”.... three times in a row with three different codes, each one copied exactly right. Ain’t nobody got time for this.
Downloaded this app because it's convient... but who doesn't take a Visa card? That is so dumb!! I ended up having to pay over the phone and there I can use a visa. Like WTH? So dumb
