I attempt to end a call and I can’t press contact or no Contact and I’m stuck on each call until I press Hang up in the top right corner. I’m using an iPhone and this is frustrating.
I’m currently using my iPad Pro as my main machine and the Mojo app is pretty solid, however, I would love to see a few more things fleshed out before I can give 5 stars. 1) I understand the purpose of the mobility of the app, but I would really like to be able to get my data within the app post call rather than having to log into the main website. 2) Would love to have some of the features such as uploading voicemails and other details a part of the app experience. Above all, it’s a function able and useful app, but I fear that once iPad OS drops there will be a mass migration to the website for use versus this data as Sarari on the iPad will default to desktop class browsing.
I like primarily working on my iPad Pro due to saving room and less weight then my MacBook Pro! I would like for there to be able to do neighborhood search within the iPad app other than that the dialer is decent but sometimes there is an issue with some calls being stuck at dialing on the same lead then i have to restart my session
Great app idea, good for portable prospecting, only issue is it has a lot of bugs that lead to crashing during sessions or buffering during power dialing. Worth 5 stars if we can get it fully functional. Adding the ability to create lists from spreadsheets on your phone would be a stellar addition as well. Thanks
The mojo app was working well on my iPhone 13. Then the update. When I open the app the update record button is gone. Please update the app and reinstall the button a time saver. Thanks!
iPad app doesn’t work; no website available on mobile
You guys really need to fix this or have the website available on iPad. Our company is paying 300/month for your service, and we are going to dump you for a competitor if we can’t use our iPads to work.
There is NO reporting feature as apart of this app and for people who only use an iPad that is crucial to have!!! Either bring back the ability to use an iPad on the website or add reporting! Have subscribed for months and will end subscription if this is not changed in 1 week. Development L
App is great if all you want to do is look at the login page. 5 stars for that. But if you want to use if for what it’s meant for, crashes immediately after login. Has for weeks after iOS update. Please fix this!!
Listen... this is a must have tool to cary you’re entire database in your pocket. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE it and use it daily. My whole team does! Get it! 100%. #TheWGR
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS APP AT ALL! THEY WONT REFUND YOU THERE ARE A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THIS APP! IT CRASHES ALL THE TIME! CUSTOMERS INFORMATION IS NOT UP TO DATE! A LOF OF WRONG NUMBERS AND WRONG ADDRESSES! SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO WAIT A LOT TO CONNECT WITH THE AUTO DIALER WHICH YOU HAVE TO KEEP ON LOG OUT AND LOG BACK IN! TROUBLESHOOTING DO NOT FIX NONE OF IT! THEY HAVE TO RE WORK THE ENTIRE DATA AND WAY THE APP IS SET! AND AGAIN ON TOP OF THAT THEY DONT WANT YOU TO CLAIM YOUR MONEY BACK SAYING YOU AGREE WITH THE TERMS BUT IT IS LIKE GOING TO A MOVIE AND THE MOVIE CUTS OF WHILE WATCHING IT , I DIDNT AGREE WITH ALL THESE PROBLEMS AND YET THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE YOU A REFUND! I recently purchased the dialer and it isnt cheap but i cant use it on my ipad if i go to safari it says its not compatible. Bring back website compatibility or fix the app for ipad.
Not sure why I updated the app. Both the mojo dialer on the go and mojo prospecting analyzer don't work anymore. Not good news for Realtors using the MOJO app as a CRM to help stay engaged and top of mind with clients. Lastly why don’t Realtors have the ability to integrate their local IDX or MLS? Critical
This app never works! I am reinstalling it now but I have never had more problems with an app. It will log on and then continually say "updating" and will be that way for over an hour or until you lose it and have to walk away only to find it never updated.... In the past 6 months I'd say I was successfully able to use this app once. Please fix it!
Useful as contact management. Add tasks, follow up phone calls and set up appointments easily. Move contacts to different groups and lists effortlessly. Power and click to call dialing is utterly worthless. The App quits almost immediately; leaving you connected to the server. Consequently, you have to wait about eight minutes for the server to time you out due to inactivity.
All I hear is elevating music when I click start our Darla. Does not ask me for a pin code. Then it starts calling numbers and I cannot hear anyone on the other end. Someone really needs to take a look at this app and fix it.I’m using T-Mobile.
