Update app

I’ve put in a review and this keeps popping up when trying to upload delivery receipts. Can you please have it stop doing so. Thank you in advance.

Poor communication

This app is a great way to make some money but the reality of it there’s a lot of things that they don’t tell you and also there’s a lot of hard work that you’re going to be putting in when dealing with this app. Some days are easier than others but other days you may find yourself in situations like mine I had a shipment that was going to Anaheim from Canoga Park making of around $100 and some change. When I arrive at the facility around 5:15PM that was set to close at 6PM I was greeted with a business that was closed I sent a text to Mothership and they didn’t reply to me until I was on the phone trying to get some help the problem is a lot of times and this is not just for me but also other drivers is that these places will not have accurate closing and operating hours so I have to drive 120 miles tomorrow to re-deliver the shipment when gas in California is $4.79 mind you they’re only paying $25 for overnight fee and another $20 for me waiting. You also can’t book any other loads when you have to re-deliver something so basically my whole day tomorrow will be wasted re-delivering the shipment because they couldn’t have the accurate time posted for this place

Worst experience

Horrible experience with customer service. Receiver refused load because of unpaid invoices (unrelated to our current load). Contacted mothership customer service who had no resolution to the issue at that time. After several wasted hours at receiver with no resolution from customer service, driver returned to yard with freight. Customer service finally got back still with out resolution. Freight stored on truck over night causing missed booked load. Contacted customer service first thing in the morning to find out what had been done to resolve issue to to have freight delivered. No solution at opening of business. Seven plus hours later they contact us with a new delivery location. No problem. We notify them that we need a new rate con as we stored the freight detention and additional mileage. They refuse to negotiate a reasonable fee. Long story shorten slightly, we go back in forth trying to be paid appropriately for our service which caused the shipment to be delayed an additional day and additional missed load. They still refuse to pay us appropriately. Although we picked and delivered on time and we’re delayed two days at zero fault of our own. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Horrible customer service.

No Freight???

Negative: No Freight!! I guess I thought this was a Loadboard. It’s not. Seems more like a Company that only post a load when they are unable to run the load. So it took me like 4 months before I saw a load posted in this app. The load posting is so rare, that it’s not worth keeping. But if you signed up, just keep it since you went thru the process. If they had/get more loads consistently, it would change my view. They’re worth using if you can get the loads. It may just be the area I’m located in and they don’t have the clients yet. Positive: The process is awesome!! Uploading paperwork, Tracking load, Payment, etc… is as good, if not better, than the other Brokers. It’s all digital signatures, no uploading pictures. Again, the process is the best.

Poor payment history

The company claims to pay within 24 hours, 2 weeks have past and we have not been paid. After 1 week of no response or cryptic responses, they finally said via phone that they are experiencing problems with payment system, then it became we have incomplete documents submitted (mind you we completed a load and they still keep sending us more, so if all necessary documents aren’t submitted we shouldn’t have gotten loads). After submitting again the alleged missing documents, they then claimed more missing documents. We submitted those and guess what, still no payment. This company is a sham and needs to be reported to BBB and lawsuits are about to be filed.

Working along side Mothership has been a great experience and profitable. Most off all I would like to say that the support team is absolutely wonderful. They respond almost immediately to any concerns with loads, cancellations, and routes. And definitely don’t want to forget to mention the management and employees at ABF Freight for all their assistance. I would absolutely recommend to anyone in the business.

Have to be active

This app is great. You gotta take it for what it is, it gets me good paying local routes and work in my area. Sometimes there is more work than other weeks is less, but I’m happy to get good work, and they pay way faster than other companies. Overall good app — just remember keep your notifications on to try and get the jobs fast.

Great platform.

3 years going into 4 working with mothership. I gotta say that there’s been ups and downs with the app. However, alongside with growth there’s been drastic improvements to the carrier experience that make it a lot easier and faster to service clients and make money. Look forward to see this platform grow as it’s tech is far ahead any other competitors.

In the delivery world it’s always good to be early but here at mothership your account will be negatively impacted if you show up early you should always want drivers to be ahead of schedule it’s just a better flow of the day yes you can make a profit at mothership but when your account is being dinged for showing up early it puts you in a bad spot with your rating making it harder to receive loads I feel this feature should CHANGE

Amazing company

Mothership is a amazing company to partner with. They will keep you busy and help grow your business. The team at M/S are great they are all professional and are very prompt on response time. And never hesitant to make things right when things go left.

Alright

24 hour pay is good, but the loads disappear extremely fast, XPO is very unorganized and sometimes doesn’t have the whole load I selected, ,some of the routes don’t even have good directions and this app has proven to be unreliable and they do not notify Us when loads are available.

No loads offered in Los Angeles CA

Received an email notice of being dropped as a carrier because I haven’t hauled a load in 90 days here in SoCal -How can I? You don’t send any loads through. Nothing wrong with my app, I’m logged in, sought help through the apps chat and they basically closed the chat without providing any answers or solutions.

Review

Mothership used to be my one and only workload source. I didn’t need anyone else. I used to brag to everyone about MS. Now I feel the total opposite. I can’t get over how much MS’ pay has spiraled downward! Especially the fact that the loads consists of multiple stops and much travel, along with heavy cargo

Put as much info as possible for drivers

Would be very helpful if there more precise directions. Or even contact info for the consignee on all orders. Ex I had a delivery for University of Indianapolis….. no building name no contact number so I’m just walking the campus asking if they were expecting a delivery.

Downloaded app and when I went to use it a screen pops up saying there is an update. You press update and it takes you to the App Store where there is no update. Worthless

THEY DO NOT PAY

Mothership has fail to pay for the loads I’ve taken. Payment was supposed to be made within 24 hours and it was never made. I’ve try to text call and email and no one hade reach back to me.

Fraudsters

Don’t download this app, they will collect all your details, including your card information. Then tell You the load is covered. They put in loads just to make people download their app and collect information. I will report them.
