Motivosity

When I joined our organization six months ago I found they did this Motivosity thing and decided to check it out. I was skeptical at first and thought “Really? People actually say thank you for things and send a buck or two? Sounds corny and gimmicky.” I’ve never worked at an organization that had a institution wide mechanism to express gratitude. I believe that having this mechanism has helped me to look for the good that others are doing and praise their efforts more often then I would have. I don’t send thanks or praise unless I mean it, but I am definitely more conscious of the efforts of others. And yes, if I’m honest, I enjoy hearing about a contribution that I may have made and even getting a nice coffee once and a while with my Motivosity bucks. Little things add up and I think this service helps to set a more upbeat tone in our organization.

The Motivosity app has truly transformed the way we appreciate and celebrate our colleagues at work. It's incredibly user-friendly and makes recognizing team members a breeze. Celebrating birthdays and milestones has never been more fun or engaging. One of my favorite features is earning recognition dollars through peer-to-peer appreciations, which I can easily spend using my ThanksMatters card. Linking the card to my Apple Wallet directly through the app is a fantastic convenience. Overall, the Motivosity app has significantly enhanced our company culture, making it more positive and rewarding. Highly recommended!

You know how you randomly think about things throughout your day? I find myself doing that frequently about work. Something like, Oh! I should have said thank you for that fantastic meeting today to Jen. Or, I’m grateful Todd brought me a drink from the gas station. Motivosity on my phone let’s me take all those thoughts and out them into action! I love that whenever I feel like thanking a coworker I can easily do it in a few seconds from wherever I am. The UI is crisp, clean, easy to navigate, and such a positive place to spend time and browse the feed of appreciations. I hope more employers invest in this for their people.

As a leader of an organization, it’s been easy to see the value of Motivosity and how it impacts our culture and retention rate…. But now with the app it’s easier than ever to be more active in Motivosity. I will often share voice to text appreciations (though I try to check for grammatical errors before submitting) On my way home from work. This ensures I appreciate my team and is a nice way for me to end my day. Personally, as a leader, this has been a game changer, since I always don’t have time to login during the day. I highly suggest for executive teams everywhere. (Final note: yes, this is also a voice to text review)

I've used Motivosity for years now and when moving to more remote work, has been one of the best ways to stay connected with my team and others at the company. Super easy to use, great interface, and always coming out with new updates to expand on the functionality and make things better. I especially love how easy it is to redeem awards through the marketplace or anywhere else by using the ThanksMatters card. Desktop is great, but the phone app is even better - the only "social media" that I truly enjoy using and seeing a positive and warm feed.

As a remote employee the new UI is super helpful. Now I'm able to see everyone on my team or in the company, view their profile and they've made it really easy to say "thank you" to anyone from anywhere within the app. Very intuitive. Things just seem to be where I'd expect them to be. I had the previous app and this is a 1000% upgrade! One thing that might be helpful for new users to the app are a few nudges to help acquaint them to a few key features, otherwise, a total home run Motivosity!

If you have ever questioned if your company needs a recognition platform? Well here is your answer…YES, YES YOU DO! And to make your life easier this is the one you need to implement! It is so easy to use, integrates super flawlessly, and is a fun tool to have within your company. I have loved the way Motivosity has connected me with everyone at my company and makes me feel like I’m apart of something bigger than myself! This is definitely something worth purchasing because it will benefit your company right now and in the long run!

This app makes it so easy to thank my co-workers on the go! I love that I can show my appreciation in such an easy and meaningful way. A quick glance at the home page let’s me see all of the great things happening inside our company. I can congratulate team members for work accomplishments, and also learn more about them personally too. This app is slick, beautifully designed and helps me to stay connected with my co-workers!

In a world where you are bombarded by alerts. These are ones that are actually really exciting to get. I use Motivosity at work and it's a great tool! What's even better is getting an alert on my phone after hours or when I'm on the road. It is so exciting to get one of these messages. Then I get the chance to hop into the app and see what's good at work. This app is easy, it's good looking and most importantly it makes me happ!

This new design is so slick. I love how easy it is for me to pop into the app for 5 minutes and get my daily gratitude hit. Even though I was on the other side of the country from my team the other day, I was able to send a quick appreciation to a team member, then use my thanksmatters card to buy a quick little snack at the store within a few minutes of downloading the new app. Absolute game changer!

Such an easy app to use to stay connected and recognize your co-workers/employees. Having the ability to check your account balance when your on the go is nice and makes the redemption process even easier. Motivosity is the real deal and so is this app. If your organization has Motivosity you have to have this app! And if your organization doesn’t have Motivosity, they need to get it!!

I love Motivosity so much and I feel so connected to my coworkers and company as a whole! I wish every company could experience having Motivosity. I have never worked at a place that is so connected and with such a great culture. Happy to have it and happy to help people feel recognized more at work. I love the new update with the ability to use GIF in my appreciation posts! It is awesome to have a funny GIF to add here and there.

This app makes it so easy to reflect on my day and send appreciations to team members who have positively impacted it. I love scrolling through and seeing all of the good happening and being able to engage with the posts and highlights of team members. Adding the Thanksmatters card to my apple wallet right from the app was super easy as well. Thanks for putting my team members at. my finger tips!

When it comes to staying up-to-date with the fun things in my company’s culture, to quickly shouting out a team member of mine, the mobile app has made that super easy! I literally send appreciations in like 30 seconds. Makes it way easy and helps me want to participate more often. I love all the features that keep coming out to! Keeps getting better. 💯

Love having Motivosity on my phone because it lets me thank and recognize my team while I’m on the go. Standing in line at the store? I can celebrate someone’s efforts that day. Waiting to pick my kids up? I can see all the good things happening across the company. The mobile app keeps me connected, lets me redeem my rewards and is super sleek. Huge fan.

The UI/UX for this app is awesome! It is incredibly intuitive, clean, and easy to navigate. I am a new user of Motivosity and was able to find everything I wanted within the app nearly immediately. Motivosity as a whole has genuinely made me happier while I'm at work. I strongly recommend using the app in addition to the desktop version of Motivosity!

I love the UI in the app. It is so easy to navigate and I love using Face ID to log in. I don't get bombarded with notifications, just the right ones. I showed it to my wife and she thought it was so cool and she figured out the UI pretty quick. One of my favorite parts is the thanks matters card and it was so easy to add to my apple pay.

I love how easy the app is to use when I’m reflecting on my day and want to appreciate a few team members. It makes it so easy to interact with the highlights and see things the great things that are happening with the team. The Motivosity app makes it even more convenient to thank my co-workers on the go! I love that I can easily look up team members to learn more about them, and scroll the home page to keep up on all the great things happening at our company. I can even hold a meeting with my manager in the app. How amazing is that?!

I love having the Motivosity app in my phone. Makes it so easy to send thank you’s to my teammates and/or boss, and I love checking it throughout the day to see all the good that’s happening throughout the company. The app is super slick and easy to use, and so fun! I seriously use this more than Facebook or Instagram.

Love the Motivosity app and how simple it makes it to recognize my peers on the fly and for anything, big or small. Our company now has a culture where recognition can and should come from ANYONE, and not just leadership. I feel happier as an employee and more motivated to make things happen because of that.

My organization uses single sign on, so when I type in my email to sign into motovosity, it comes up with my organizations single sign on screen. I am unable to enter my password let alone, press the sign in button on that screen. I am still able to use the PC version of the website. Still really good idea. Would it be possible to get this fixed?

I am loving this new update! It is so much faster and let’s me do so much more right from my phone plus adds lots of fun tweaks and features. It is such an improvement that now I use the app more than the desktop version. I cannot wait to see what is next!

Motivosity helps me feel closer to my team and my co workers! During Covid, it was the ONLY solution that contributed to me feeling connected with my team when we went from on-site to completely remote! This app mirrors their web based platform, super easy to use and everyone engages!

Several years ago the app used to be pretty bad. But now it is getting regular updates and the new UI is amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about this app. It is such a cool thing to be able to look at all of the fun stuff going on at work that is not task related. So cool!

Of all the apps on my phone, this one is one of my favest! It's intuitive, reliable, and lives in my phone's "happy stuff" folder. Love being able to use when I'm not on a computer, everything that should be there is! 5 stars!

The recent updates to this app make it even easier to recognize co-workers and get notified when I am recognized. Beautiful and clean design with much of the functionality you would find using it on your desktop or laptop.

We have been using Motivosity for several years as a company. The platform is simple and our employees use it daily to show appreciation for one another. It is a really easy way to reward employees for going above and beyond the call of duty and it is super cost effective for the company.

I live rhe new design and how it makes it so much easier to use Motivosity. The improvements with sharing images and other things with coworkers is great and it's much clearer and easier to see what my balances are and who I need to appreciate. Great job MV team.

This is a great way to engage with my company. I spend a good amount of time scrolling through the feed and commenting and liking the posts. Lots of great work being captured. Using it to say thanks is also really easy

I implemented this at my company and it has been a hit! The app is great and makes it super easy to post pictures!! Please make it so we can post pictures with different ratios. The size restrictions are kind of a bummer :)

There's nothing better than being greeted by an adorable yeti when you first open the app. It really makes my day. In fact, the whole app experience is fun and easy to use. I just love it.

A few years ago this app was pretty scary. But they recently launched a new version and the UI is so much better. It’s so much easier to navigate the app and leave appreciations for co workers.
