First, How are you guys going to have earned credit for data when your app store is the only way to collect the reward , that has not opened on the app for well over a year, I don’t understand how a government company can get away with the theft of these kind of companies, Big time oversight frfr…. Also you guys owe me 2 refunds in total of $10 for international data I accidentally purchased that i could not use, I requested on the phone that took an hour & was promised to receive it in my bank account within 7-10 business days…3 weeks later still no sight of it..FRAUDS!
99% of time you can’t understand them and your not able to get upgrade or help. I tried to up grade, finally spent 5 dollars that went through my bank and never got the data!! Your service offers more than any other service of this type but to talk to customer service and get what you paid for is impossible!!
In my opinion. App need to be updated for Easier and better access to help, maybe a virtual assistant may help on certain things, questions and concerns we May have regarding our account or plans etc.
I find this Company very professional and easy to deal with. There customer service is great. They are right with every question and answer. I have never had a problem with any of there service.
App could be a little better. Not many options for your account and if you click change plan it only gives an error message on web and app. But haven’t had any bad experience with customer service or cell service.
In my opinion, this app is very useful because I can now check how many minutes I have, texts left, and how much data I have in all, just by typing my p# and password. Thank you very much for this app!
When I trying to reactivate my account, no one can help no one knows who’s providing me services, I been calling around for two months and the same song. But my service will be disconnected. I never got a letter because I moved updated my address but they won’t send me a new letter to my new address bc they can’t find me in the system as a customer but I have all of my information and full access.
I love this Service I don’t pay no bill and I talk text and search the web when I want to yeah I’m great over here thank y’all I love y’all 1st thing the Government did right in my book !!
They took money off of my card without my authorization and did not allow me to pay my phone bill. I’m contacting the FBI about them manipulating my credit card. It is a federal offense to commit a crime.
I was enjoying the service at this company when I was getting like nine gigs of data a month and it would slow down when I get to the end of my data. Now for some reason I got like 5.8 gigs or whatever it is and when my dad is up, I can’t use anything on my phone. That is crazy, that is going to get somebody hurt when they depend on their phone in an emergency.
Let me start by saying I appreciate the free service for people in need, & am always grateful But they’re literally the only company NOT offering free data. 4GB runs quick, really quick & if they really cared about the people they would offer unlimited & NOT charge $10 for 1,000MB that’s what? 1GB of data? So for 4GB you’re paying $40, WHAT??? I could get a full phone service for half of that with unlimited data That’s NUTS So they’re not really doing ANYBODY any favors in reality If they offered free data like EVERY other company does, it would be awesome & I would have no complaints at all But they don’t unfortunately
App still shows as having unlimited data even though I know I don’t have unlimited anymore, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Also, every time I open the app and sign in, an error message pops up
The service from Trie Connect is awful. I was excited to give them a try. The range is terrible. The device I got is a piece of junk. I spend more time rebooting the phone than I do using it., if you have any other option, go with the other, I am switching. This is a waste. Not worth wasting your time trying them.
The app says I have unlimited talk, text, and data. Then I get a text saying I’m almost out of data, and then my phone's bandwidth drops to almost zero. I have no idea what my data cap is, how much I’ve used, or how much is left. What is the point?
Extremely bad service , most of the operates Are non speaking English people, it is very hard to complicate with them , and at the end they do not do the job properly, there for you need to recall , and recall for service. After two months my problem has not been solved.
I juss recently started service with MyTruConnect. I had high hopes because the advertisement & info I found after I researched the carrier seamed very accommodating based on the prior cell phone issues I had have. However, my data works whenever it wants & I can't stand it
I wish the service was better, and there was more data for the plans offer. 4.5 gab is a joke. Something you give a kid. Especially since this is my third year with service
