Just wanted to comment how pleased I am with my internet service it’s been very enjoyable to have a company that has been very responsive and supportive whenever I’ve had an issue which has been very very rarely. Again I’m very pleased with Blue Ridge
Does nothing about c/o identity theft and fraud. Complained for 2 years that my account was hacked with no help from their IT department or their upper level security department. There is a fake business using my using my identity. They have granted internet access to a business account attached to me by the person who has stolen my identity and is using everything that I have. I feel that there are sketchy people who work for this business who has aided in the theft and fraud that has been happening because I had a few conversations with supposed tech support people who were not really from blue ridge. My account has MDM restrictions and my calls are relayed to the fake business account that were created sing my identity? Pretty wild accusation however I do have documentation that show’s shady dealings and the information is going to the authorities ASAP!
The service i received from this company was excellent. I needed specific speed and security and they did not disappoint. My only wish is that they were in New York.
I’m not sure what’s going on but for the past couple of weeks my Internet has been dropping off, and I have received no notification about the Internet being down
Various apps used to stream movies like Netflix, Pluto and peacock constantly buffer and viewing is choppy. Has been happening daily for past couple months. Trouble shot everything before making this complaint and everything points to my internet service. I have had Comcast for years prior to blue ridge and never had these problems.
Experiencing numerous internet outages for the past week and no customer service reps answer the support telephone line- waited ones 20 minutes (2 times)with horrible elevator music while on hold and still no way to leave a message.
Works ok, but I can pay on the website just as easily, I was hoping for quick access to my data useage but this seems more for trying to get people to upgrade their current services than use what they have.
I have been a customer of Blue Ridge for over 45 years, always paid my bill on time & I enjoy having the channels I love. That being said, I recently received the new box & I have had much frustration with it. Pausing, shutting off & widespread outages due to technical issues. My patience is wearing thin. I was told it’s my router …… Unplug for a few minutes ……. I counted 26 times of interruption in a 1 hour show. This is not acceptable especially with the monthly charges I am paying. I don’t won’t to cancel my cable subscription but I am considering it
Seems like a great place to keep info sorted for you internet services. But the glaring omission is the monthly data usage. Would love to monitor that from the app.
Have not had consistent Internet and cable TV for three days very poor service to get repairs made in a timely manner you need to be more proactive and fix the issues for your customers.
I can’t get my new account number on this app so I’m always paying my bill late and no one will or can help I’ve tried to call either they say they did it and they didn’t or they don’t know how
Fairly impossible to reset username or password. It just never e-mails you no matter how many times ya try. Deleted it. Redownloaded. Restarted my phone. It says it e-mails you. But it never shows up in any folder. Very disappointing
BLUE RIDGE CABLE has an archaic e-mail platform w/difficult user experience whether a simple 👁view at ur daily email or categorizing ur daily email, it’s archaic & difficult to use the offered email platform. Expect yearly price increase & yes BRC, the cost of broadcast channels-it’s definitely taught-to the customer. The local BRC (Pencor) Office is not with a daily stream of customers, tho expect to wait &/or view last wks “digital line-up” in the Ephrata lobby. My cable line is 100 feet from “the alley” so that has been “a BRC excuse” for most any cable disruption. Blue Ridge -has been ripe for a buy-out by “big city cable” for a minimal 15-20 yrs… “personal experience”.
