Cspire app
This is by far the most aggravating app I have ever encountered. Finally got my password reset after 4 tries, had to call and speak to a person. Now after getting into my account, I can only see my primary number info., I have three phones on this account. Where are my other phones usage, etc.?

Poorly functioning Apps
I’ve moved to a different address and have spoken to customer service to transfer service. The billing department and customer service shut off service at my new residence because auto pay didn’t transfer but did continue to bill at my old residence despite there being no utilization of the service. Several emergency payments were made online and by telephone to re-establish service. The current app finally reflects that service at the old residence is turned off but will not link to my new residence. The accounting department has not applied payments to my new address / account! I’m investigating other high speed internet providers. Warning to anyone considering Cspire for internet and home phone services

Worst Cell phone company
I was with c spire for almost 15 years. My last 2 years with them was nothing but trouble. Service was spotty at best even with new phones. Finally made the switch to another carrier. Cancelled my c spire account and made sure it was up to date (I had been out from under a contract for several months). OVER A YEAR LATER I get a bill from collections for $300 (remember I’m not under contract and owed nothing for phones and my monthly bill was only $140ish- it always changed every month). They never tried to contact me, never sent anything in the mail…. Just sent this bill straight to collections. AVOID THIS CARRIER AT ALL COSTS.

Down often
The app is better than most but it’s still garbage as the bar is so low. Whoever is designing and updating their app is terrible. It’s often down which sends you errors and prompts you to create another password despite not needing a new one. It’s a real pain when our lives are already complicated enough. Bills are already breaking our balls so why make it harder to pay access my account and pay them.

Not the best coverage
There are places I have been and I was the only one without service. The other two with two different carriers had service. When traveling I cannot even rely on my maps which when I had a different Carrier I had no trouble. This is scary. Im 2009 they told me it was going to be better in about two yrs. so much for that. I don’t even have service at my house unless I stay in my house for the WiFi. I can’t wait until next year as soon as my contract is up I am going back to the carrier had with my last job. They are sooo much better. However they do have nice staff.

So far, so good
I’ve always loved C-Spire! I left at one point to close the account with another joint owner but have since returned. I have currently had no issues with the app or C-Spire. They have always been easy to use and customer service has always been great. I’m happy to be a customer again!

Device balance
Since you made improvements?? to your website, I cannot find a way to check the amount that I owe on my device. I would like to check it periodically to find out what balance I have left to pay off my device.

Touch unlock
Every month I have to look up my login because the touch unlock does not work. I open the app turn it back on verify my fingerprint and next time I try to open with finger print it does not work look up my log in again open the app and touch is off. This is every month I have many other apps that I have no issue with It is turned on while I type this If it fails to work one more time I’m done with this company please look up how long I have been with c spire cellular south.

My cSpire account
I have been with (Cellular South) now CSpire for ever it seems since day one (late 80’s or early 90’s) I may have left a time or two but came back CSpire! They always given me the best great service anywhere I travel in Mississippi and the southern USA! I love my cell phone carrier and will not change to another carrier!!! ❤️

It is a decent app. Has alright security protocols for requesting personal data. It’s fairly user friendly, easy to read. However, it is mediocre because of the fact that you cannot use your Apple keychain to save or update your password. I’ve been with y’all for 6 years, and as a young person who likes to be in control of my data I would love for a new update to include Keychain access. Thank you.

Autofill doesn’t work to sign in
The title, plus they make it extremely gay and time consuming to leave C Spire. They have gotten rid of texting to manage your account with the 611 number, their online chat is pretty much disabled other than the bot telling you to call the support line, and they hold your number hostage when you are trying to leave. Borderline fraud. They are decent inside of Mississippi but terrible when trying to leave.

New Update won’t let me on
Hey! The newest update won’t let me use the app on my iPhone. It gives me a message that says “legacy fiber customer” and that the app doesn’t support my fiber account. Which is odd because I’ve only got wireless service and I’ve always used the app.

Useless
This app does not work outside of your home. Now why do you want to watch only at home?? Not to mention you can’t even set up recordings unless you’re at home. It always glitches and says you’re not on the network when you are using it on the Cspire network as well. While at home and using the app on the smart tv it does not respond well and takes time to change to guide and channels.

*ERROR* App Doesn’t Support Fiber Account
To everyone having difficulty signing in due to this error message here are steps to follow… 1.) When it prompts to use Face-ID, cancel the login. 2.)Re-enter your password into the box and login without using Face-ID. 3.) The app may prompt you to re-verify your email; follow prompts accordingly. 4.) Go to settings in the left hand top corner and turn Face-ID off and then back on. Hope that helps anyone that’s having issues. It worked for me.

Useless
Every time I try to use this app to pay I get “A network error has occurred, please try again later or contact support” doesn’t matter if I’m using my card or my bank. The only thing I want to use the app for is to pay my bill so the app is completely useless to me and I have to call these people every time I want to pay. Shouldn’t be a struggle to give you my money. That’s bad business 101. FIX YOUR BROKEN APP!

App Not Intuitive and Slow Support
I’m new to cspire, it’s after business hours and I’m having connectivity issues with one of my pods. I was looking for basic troubleshooting assistance but text service didn’t work. Then I sat in live chat waiting for response and after 10 mins of updates, the app stopped engaging me. I also couldn’t quickly find any troubleshooting instructions or next steps to specifically address my connectivity issues.

Login Issues
Overall, this is a fairly good app. However, for several months now, I have not been able to successfully login. I enter in my credentials, and the app starts to process the info, but then it just sits there. It continually says “signing in” and the processing circle spins and spins. I end up closing the app, and have to use the website to access my account.

I am supposed to be able to pay my phone and Internet service without having to check this app and it seems that every time they update it it loses all my information then I have these late fees and texts telling me that I need to pay so how about sending me a text telling me you’re going to update the app therefore I won’t be a month late with my auto pay

C Spire Review
Just joined C Spire December 2018. I can hardly call anyone and if it does reach them then it cuts out while talking to them. The C Spire App doesn’t work on my phone and I can’t pay my bill online for some reason. I have to go into the store every time I want to pay my bill. I even paid my bill on the due date and they still charged me a late fee. If you want better phone service then don’t get C Spire.

Login Trouble
For the last several months I have not been able to access my account through this app. I can enter my credentials and it will act like it’s going to let me in, but then it pops up a message that redirects me to “Express Pay” on the internet.

Most buggy app ever- can’t even log in.
The way the app is set up is fine but it constantly crashes, takes minutes to log in with the type-in password (if it lets you at all), biometric id doesn’t hardly ever work, etc. It gets really annoying when you need to check your bill and it’s constantly crashing

Get rid of C-spire. Save yourself a lot of trouble
This company is run by crooks. They continued to try to charge me for a phone I gave back, and they charged me 2 additional months after I had already cancelled their service and was sent it to a collection agency that harasses me for phone and service I don’t even have. I hope this company goes under. Also, their service is absolutely terrible.

Incapable app
The app is only capable of operating at limited capacity today with multiple drops, much like the issue I am having with my CSpire WiFi right now. Seeing that the app is on my phone and capable of using 5G connection, there shouldn’t be an issue with using the app without the almost nonexistent WiFi the service is incapable of providing.

Face ID not working
For the last couple of weeks, I have had to manually put my id and password in because the Face ID is not working. Please fix it. Other than that the app works great.

Crashing
My app has been crashing all day....what’s the problem? I had to log on using a pc, and that was kind of inconvenient due to me being at work. The app is so much easier to use, because I can just touch to log in and pay the bill. Please fix this issue ASAP, thank you.

Hot Spot Internet
I dropped satellite internet because the CSpire “hot spot” was faster. Now that I have it, it at times (all week) it is 10 times slower. I was late with this months payment by 10 days due to traveling, but am currently paid up. Still, it is next to not having an internet. I’d sent this message to CSpire directly, but couldn’t connect on the internet.

Longtime customers get no love we have Bee with Cspire since it was Cellular South. We got outed out of our unlimited plan because they said we use too much data and now the unlimited plans they have are high and we can’t upgrade unless we are coming off a lot of cash for payout of the device and a down payment as well what a rip-off

I have tried to initiate a chat and a phone call with a real person for over 30 minutes because my sign in info is incorrect. I had not problem signing in to pay my bill which isn’t due until Nov 29 earlier in the day.

Why use the app when the app only takes you to express pay? I can’t even view the app because it automatically sends me to express pay. Please, return to the older app. I enjoyed viewing the app and learning about usage for each month.

Cspire was ok until it wasn’t. Having to go through several staff to have issue resolved is like pulling teeth. If you want a company who actually stands by what they say they will and what their staff says is accurate information, my suggestion is that is not Cspire at all.

Cspire app won’t show current bill
Please fix you app because when using it under current iOS it will not show my home services current bill It only shows the total and when you ask it to show your bill it presents a jumble of digits, symbols and letters. Useless

Needs work
I have tried no less than dozen times to set up Touch-ID login. I set it up, get confirmation then logout to test and it does not work. Touch-ID is enabled on phone for this app.

My app won’t stay open longer than 10 seconds
Every time I try to open the app and log in it barely lets me get far enough to actually see anything before it crashes. I would really like to see my bill, but I can’t with the issues this app has.
