idk if these kind of energy usage apps have been around for a while (if so where have i been?!) but to be able to view daily/monthly/yearly usage with beautiful, easy to read charts/graphs is game changing imho, it looks awfully well polished to be brand new so i'm guessing i'm behind the times. but this app brings me control. having a smart thermostat is useless bc i set it to what i want when i'm home and make sure things r off when i leave so i don't care how this is accomplished, which is all a smart thermostat can tell me. but to know what it adds up to financially is what this app enlightens us on. getting a bill only shows one snapshot each month hindsight, but to be able to see in near real-time let's me actively make decisions to go against or confirm my 'desired temp'. if it's crazy hot and i'm overusing the AC based on usage i can view from this app, i'll likely turn it up to save money b4 i get the bill. but if i have no idea, i know i'll overuse it. brilliant new addicting app for me.
Cirro can be the most amazing electric company out their to work with. They are affordable most of the time and have the best employees you can imagine. But every so often you get that one employee that you would rather shoot yourself in the head. Rather than to deal with Cirro. I’ve had a handful of employees that made me look for other electric companies. But then you get someone from that 75% amazing and stick with them. 75 % of Cirro are some of the best in the business. But that 25% man they could kick rocks. So all in all. Cirro is for me.
The Cirro app is delightfully easy and useful! I love seeing my usage daily with very clear color coding and cost data. I know exactly how my usage relates to the weather and my appliances, which is so helpful! I even saw my usage start to do weird things, which led me to finding an AC problem while it was still a free fix (a fliter issue), before it blew my very expensive furnace fan! This is such a huge positive addition to the Cirro experience. Love it.
I cannot use the app because it says I have multiple accounts. I previously had an account at an address I no longer live at with Cirro about 8 years ago which is inactive. I signed up to switch service from another provider at an address I have been at for 3 years. I now show 2 accounts, one active and one inactive, which I am assuming are linked due to personal information. I called customer support and there is nothing they can do to correct the issue. I am unable to contact the developer or report an issue with the app. Come on Cirro, you can do better!!!
For some reason I have my active account and some very old inactive account tied to my login. Since the latest app release, I can no longer use the app because it says I have multiple accounts, even though only one is active. I contacted Cirro and they said they can’t remove accounts from a login, even if it’s inactive. So now the app is useless for me.
Didn’t work for a few months, an update fixed it. Now it’s not working again. Customer service never got back with me for any of my issues, not even once. What a joke.
Every time I log on the app it attempts to log me in and then kicks me out. This is so frustrating! I have had the app for over 2 months and I have never been able to log on the app to check my account.
The app was amazing until it just quit working. I have rebooted my phone, and deleted the app and reinstalled and it will never log me in to my account. It just has the spinning loading thing forever.
The app is consistently broken. Error9 at login makes it completely unusable. You’d think they’d want it to work since people can pay their bills from it!
When I try to log in all it gives me is an error 9. Code I reported it on the app and other places and like nothing is being done about it I switched to this company for its app and web page to be like this 🤦🏼♂️ can’t even log in to pay my bill
