Easy for an old 76 year old! I lost my current card so I had it only a digital wallet card and was able to extract the information and put it into the payment program and pay with that with the expiration date of 7/24, while I’m waiting for my new plastic debit card to arrive by mail from the United States.
The new app makes it so easy to pay your bill. It remembers you payment method so that you don’t have to enter all the information again. That’s so much faster and easier!
Ever since the changes occurred it has been difficult to make payments on the app. Previous App version worked perfectly fine was able to make payments without any problems. It’s been several months having to make these payments by phone not that is a problem but is not convenient. Not sure about these recent reviews of working perfectly because I’ve uninstalled and installed this App several times and never works!
Finally the app has arrived! But i already have a suggestion: I have two Card numbers on my account and i think it be great to at least see the last four digits of those cards to see which one being charged when making a payment. Thank you!
The customer service team is always on a roll! This is my first phone plan since becoming an adult and they have made my experience a breeze! THANK YOU LIBERTY! the app as well is very easy to navigate.
Please add name of company “Liberty”, info of payment method used, and name of subscriber. Add all this to the screen displayed on the mobile device as payment confirmation. Thanks! Typically , I safe a screen captura for my records.
The biggest puece of garbage I have come accross in years. Not even sure how to describe something that doesn’t work at all. At least is consistemt with anything PR related.
On the Home page the Due Date is showing the data of the Invoice Date, this is causing that it is showing as an Overdue Payment (iOS) this was showing as expected on previous version
“Self care” is hardly an appropriate description for an app for a mobile service provider. Surely you can come up with a more appropriate description that helps identify this as the app one is looking for! There is no obvious “Reset password” function on the login screen!
The payment process and notifications are prompt and I am thankfully as it helps me to always be on time with my payments as I am not in PR all the time.

Why is my bill different every month? Why do you constantly try to charge me extra? I call everytime and you take the extra charges off. We are seniors. Where is my senior discount??
What a disaster and technologically backward company. I am unable to use the app, there is always an error. The so-called support chat is a joke, it does not work. I went to a store and the employee confessed he couldn’t help. Do the public a favor and sell the Company to people who at least have a clue. Stop abusing customer with your total incompetence and mediocrity.
Convinced that those that give the app a 5 star rating are people that have an interest in the company (employees). The app keeps crashing-the payment system is trash. Coming from a platform in which there was so much self service, the tactic for stopping many services such as cancelling your line is very smart of Liberty.
I’m sorry to say my phone service has been awful for a couple months now I have 7 lines I don’t get compensated for loss service If your service don’t improve or bill reduce I am considering taking my business someplace else
The app does the job but it looks a little outdated, would love to have the date of the payment established when paying my bill even if its a future payment.
1st off I’ve been a loyal ATT customer living in the the Virgin Islands for 15+ years. In 2020 Liberty Latin America LTD. acquired AT&T wireless and wireline operations in Puerto Rico and the USVI. It has been a nightmare since for USVI customers. This app pales in comparison to the MyAT&T app. This app is simply to see your bill and pay it. I’m unable to view detailed information like device installments.
