Functionality is good nice interface and options available instead of wasting time going to website. But. Big BUT crashes and crashes everytime I click on pay ….. do you want your money. Come on let’s fix this
Finally, I have been waiting forever for this. The app does need some work but I will give you some slack since you are just rolling it out. I am very appreciative of the usuage data, makes planning my bill so much easier!
The app crashes every time you try to open it. You have to keep opening it several times if not more just to view your account. Despite the “updates” for “bug fixes” this error is still reoccurring. This app is supposed to make paying your bill convenient not stressful. I had a much better experience with the actual website.
I’ve been trying to login since this was released. My login works on the website but just tries to sign in forever on the app before finally producing a server error. I’ve tried other networks including my cellular network to eliminate the possibility of a internet issue. I’ve also reset my login which as I said before, works fine on their website. Removing the app and reinstalling does nothing as well.
Intermittent bugs on using iOS facial recognition/security. Numerous troublesome bugs that make navigating smoothly within the app problematic. Doesn’t seem well integrated with “outage reporting, updating, outage mitigation field reports”. Most concerning is lingering concerns about security, and if this application and its links to COOP’s systems could be exploited.
The sign in page hangs and gives up if google analytics domain cannot be contacted or is not available, which means the app is not accessible on many company owned phones or corporate networks that block tracking.
